It was very close to the city centre and the pavilion theatre . Very comfortable beds and lovely food.

The dirty marks on the bathroom wall and on the wall bedside the window in the bedroom. The air conditioning being on all the time no matter what we did we could not get heat. .

Booked for my client a disabled woman who wanted to visit for a few days. Very few hotels in Glasgow offer 2 double beds in a room so this hotel ticked the box. Check-in was easy done online then an email was received when the room was ready and easy to collect and drop the keys at the kiosk at the entrance. I spoke with reception staff breifly and they were happy to explain how to get our keys at the kiosk. The hotel was tastefully decorated and spacious and bar staff friendly. The dining and breakfast area was comfortable. One staff member stood out called Alastair, he was a worker always on the floor and on the go. He welcomed us and explained how breakfast ran, he ordered porridge for us and was constantly clearing tables and greeting customers, unfortunately didn't receive the same experience the following morning, very few staff on the floor & had to go back out into the lobby to find someone to order porridge, you would of thought I'd asked the girl to personally make the porridge, no customer service skills or friendliness. When the porridge was brought out she tried to give it to the wrong people and I had to call out before she returned it to the kitchen, she sauntered around with her mobile phone hanging out her back pocket. She did not appear to be happy in her workplace. I was looking forward to ordering a fried egg after I had gave the porridge to my client however again there was no one around to order and the plates we had finished were gathering on the table as not many staff clearing away. Also on this morning there were no bowls left at 9.30am for cereal and no tea spoons, appeared no one was checking anything apart from the hot breakfast items needing topped up. Small little details being missed and could be inproved on.

Staff friendly, bed extremely comfy, good quality bed linen and towels....in fact everything was good quality Location was superb and will be using again. Easy use taxi call button was easy and quick to use for commuting around city. Car park was usable and within decent easy walk, but also train station was within nice walking distance too for next time.

Air-conditioning was difficult to get right. I'd set it and it would soon revert to higher temp. Lots of loud banging doors, understand it's down to guests but is there any softer closing options.??? 4am - 6am Sunday morning was surprisingly actually quite noisy from doors crashing shut.

Easy walk from Glasgow Central and the the train station on Queen Street, also a short 4 min walk to St Aloysius Catholic church, and is near one of the stops on the hop on hop off red bus route. Near Little Vietnam which is a great Vietnamese restaurant. Clean, big, had a bathtub in the deluxe double double, and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Fast lifts.

Breakfast was a tad expensive £14 or 16/ head for the usual buffet breakfast spread (continental + scrambled eggs/ baked beans/ bacon/ black pudding etc) but if you're headed out early, that's the only option nearby (there's Enzo's opposite the hotel which opens at 630am though). To be fair, it's a buffet, decent variety and it's fresh and hot, so for a hotel, it's likely considered standard/ good value.

Excellent location as it was walking distance to many places, rooms were clean and staff was helpful, overall a great place to stay for a few days. Breakfast with hot food was standard. We requested for an accessible room and it was spacious for our needs. We requested for a room near the lift and all our requests were met.

Overall everything was great, this is a minor point given we were out most of the time, the view from the room as we faced a construction site that was going on next door.

Central location with great views of the city & beyond. Good sound proofing so not disturbed by city life. Comfortable bed, in a well provisioned (plugs, lighting & hot drinks options and clean room) staff friendly & responsive. Best breakfast bar experienced in a long time aiming to accomodate varied dietry needs. Resturant seating laid out to enable easy egress for people using wheel chairs.

No close proximity of bays to enable dropping off/ picking up luggage from car. Having to find staff to ask & then wait for vegetarian breakfast options that are now generally considered mainstream requests. Size of provided bathrobes - i'm a size 10 and they just about covered.me!

Property was close to the bus station where we picked up our tour each day in Glasgow. Room was very comfortable and quiet, very clean with comfortable beds and the bathroom was quite large with a very big shelf to put items on. We appreciated the tea and biscuits everyday and the UBS port to charge our phones. Staff was very nice and food down in the bar area was very good. Area of Glasgow was Ok, some restaurants close by, movie theater across the street.

Room was small and we used the table to put one suitcase on and we put the other on the floor by the bathroom. It was rather tight to walk around. Suitcase stands would be appreciated. Breakfast choices were good but some items were just ok.

The bed was comfortable, good walk-in- shower, plus 2 Free bottles of water in the room and 2 packets of biscuits on the hospitality tray . We were allocated a room straight away, even though we arrived well before the normal check in time of 3pm. There was 3 lifts , so no waiting for long periods of time. Breakfast was good, with 2 toasters and 2 coffee machines available, so no queues. Hotel is very modern and centrally located for shops and theatres.

Missed having some "Scottish favourites" for breakfast .... namely porridge, haggis and hash browns . The bar did not have my first 2 choices for drinks, which was Malibu and Peach Schnapps, but my 3rd choice, a pornstar martini cocktail, was good.

Great location, room was spacious and clean .

Check in was awful. Arrived at 2:30pm room wasn’t ready so was asked to sit in lobby around 3:10 I went back to reception to check again was told no not ready yet. I said will go sit in lounge , but please let us know asap. Ordered a drink and waited and waited no one came . At 4pm went back to reception, was told not yet , I said it’s now 4pm we’ve been waiting 1.5 hours , the girl looked again and said oh I can find another room . We got the room albeit late , made us late for our engagement we were attending . No apology. Everything else in hotel was great .

The hotel was located very close to the train station, around a 10 minute walk. It was very central around shopping centres and restaurants. When we arrived we checked in through the self check in screens and these were amazing, so fast and easy to use. We then went up to the room and for the small price we paid are expectations were not high but it was beautiful and so clean. The beds were beyond comfy and the curtains were dark and heavy which meant we managed to have a lie in! We checked out online which again was so easy and did not have to rush. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Nothing :) the experience always amazing from start to finish
