location is nice and quiet, room is very cosy and comfortable, exceptionally clean and cared for. underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely. Jennie was very welcoming and a warm welcome from Harvey the cat too :-) I loved that Jennie kept me in biscuits everyday - lol - everything you need is available to you.

Understandably, no food is allowed in the room, so worth noting that there isn't anywhere near by to eat (there was a pub opposite which was closed for refurb Jan 2024) so If you don't have your own transport its a 30 min plus walk into Harrogate, You can get an uber car though which works out much cheaper than the local taxi companies (about £5 one way) The busses are about 1 an hour.

This has to be the best B&B I’ve stayed in. B&Bs are generally clean and comfortable but this one is sumptuous, luxurious and, if I May wax lyrical, idyllic. The bedroom and bathroom are kitted out to an exceptionally high standard and the host, Jennie, was so lovely to us. She is an excellent cook as well as hostess with the mostest, so make sure you make time for breakfast. Last but not least, the walled garden which can be viewed from the bedroom and enjoyed whilst drinking your morning coffee, is beautiful - the planting is marvellous- if you love gardening, you’ll love this place. Finally, Harrogate city centre is a short walk across the stray - the ancient trees in leaf along route were also a treat for us.

There is nothing to dislike - my husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Jennie was a lovely hostess, made us feel very welcome. The bathroom was lovely very luxurious and in our room there was a big long window looking out onto a pretty garden. Location was quiet and peaceful. The bed was soft and comfortable so got a great night's sleep.

Nothing it was perfect

Jenny was an exceptional hostess and made me very welcome. The suite and garden were perfect and I had the best nights sleep. After a hectic day spent in the hustle and bustle of Harrogate, the suite was very tranquil. Jenny was very accommodating when it came to breakfast and catered to my diabetic needs. Thank you very much 😊

A beautifully presented accommodation, very peaceful with a look out onto a well kept private garden of which you have access to. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was beliciousJenny is certainly the hostess with the mostesss. Thank you for making our 10th anniversary perfect xx

We should have stayed longer.

Lovely room and facilities. Very comfortable, tidy and clean. Host offered breakfast if required. Great place to drive and visit around Harrogate.

Everything great. I would make a point of stating that door into back of house used to enter accommodation is very difficult to operate from the inside.

A super super comfy bed. Gorgeous interior and the underfloor heating was a lovely extra surprise in the bathroom. Such a peaceful nights stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! It was also very very clean inside and out!

Nothing really to say- only that the wifi connection to use the telly apps didn’t work.

Excellent. Tea/Coffee, fruit juice, fruit, yogurt, banana bread, and bacon sandwich- for a tenner. Server by the wonderful Jennie in her own , eclectic, dining room.

We would have liked a firmer bed, but we have a very firm one at home.

Great location for the Yorkshire Show (10mins walk) and to get to the centre (30 mins walk). Opportunity to have breakfast but we didn't take this up due to our plans. Off road parking. Modern, well equipped room and bathroom.

Comfortable warm lots of choice in the tea department. In the bathroom, there were plenty of good towels, toiletries and underfloor heating.
