Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Really helpful and friendly waiter in the restaurant in the evening with good food. We also had breakfast, which was great to have that start to the day before travelling. Also, a real bonus to just be able to walk into the terminal to check in for our flight without even having to go outside.

Can't fault it as an airport hotel

We stayed at the hotel ready for an early morning flight. Our room was upgraded but this meant it was at the far end of the hotel which was quite a distance from the main reception. The room was clean and very comfortable. Perfect for our needs. There is an undercover walkway from the hotel to Gatwick which is extremely convenient but the signposting from the airport isn’t great. We were dropped at the airport to drop our bags before heading to the hotel and did get a little lost trying to find the walkway (it’s much easier hotel to airport). If you’re at the airport and trying to find the hotel: Come out of the main entrance and head straight over to the car parks, turn left until you reach the first set of lifts then take it down (think it was level one but it is labelled). Then turn left and you’ll locate the walkway.

The spacious room was comfortable - the bed enormous, nice linen, pillows and a convenient desk provided. Also an upholstered chair with footstool is nice to sit and watch TV, or read, rather than sit on the bed. The shower is also spacious and everything spotless. The room service is good and the staff who delivered it courteous and friendly. Breakfast excellent in the dining room. The hotel is incredibly convenient for Gatwick South Terminal and the long stay car park. I've returned more than once.

No complaints. I prefer the rooms where you can see the sky through the window rather than the inner courtyard, but still an airy pleasant room, not claustrophobic.

The room was a basic hotel room - it was fine. Location was a bit further than we expected from Gatwick North but easy enough to get to Fridge in the room was a plus

The food choices at the hotel are either expensive, at the Japanese Steak House or pretty basic food from the a la carte. It was a long wait for food. Having waited so long for food we just wanted to settle in our room with a movie and eat supper. Not wanting to pay the £5 charge for room service we asked to take the food to our room, which was not facilitated, so we paid, then picked up our food and left. Next time we'll take our own picnic/food

Beautiful hotel. Reception staff are very attentive, explained everything perfectly. The ease of parking at Gatwick terminal 3, then walk straight into the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The available products in the bathroom were fantastic. The hotel itself is massive, with the amount of eateries to choose from was impressive, food and beverage service was impeccable. Checking out the following day was easy, no hanging around. We walked straight in to terminal 3 from the hotel, through check-in, security, and in the airport lounge in 25minutes, very impressive. Would definitely stay again if traveling from Manchester

Room was spacious and soundproof; the bed was comfortable. Toiletries were great. Thermostat worked perfectly (which is not a given in many hotels!) Breakfast buffet looked excellent.

Surfaces were not very clean and carpet was badly stained. The room didn't smell 'fresh'. The signs from the car park to the hotel itself were poor (and staff were not able to tell me which car park was best other than 'Short Stay' when I called prior to driving there!) - it would be enough to have this info clearly stated on your website. If booking a room with a dog, you should fully disclose that dogs are not allowed in the main restaurant area for breakfast (I had pre-paid for breakfast but were not able to go in - and I also couldn't take food with me to the room, only coffee...so that was a bit of a waste.)

On arrival had a perfect experience I only wish I had the name of the most attentive young lady who undertook this. Following a 2am notification of cancellation of flight your gentleman at Reception assisted me at that time with total ease in arranging a taxi to my new early morning airport of departure. On checkout all so easy and the operative remembered my taxi pick up time which he made and gave perfect reassurance to a lady of older years. Very impressed 😁

Lack of signage to your hotel once entering garage albeit I have stayed there since 1989s. I may have missed such en route on foot.

For me it's the little things that make it for me, on top of the absolutely amazing staff, facilities and the size and cleanliness of the rooms. The patience and kindness of the the staff with my elderly parents and care taken with them both was great especially as my mum has dementia, so I really appreciate how patient they were with her. Also the thoughtfulness of the staff with my youngest children aged 6 and 3, just brilliant. Loved loved loved and DEFINITELY going back every time I travel from Gatwick South 🤗 THANK YOU

Conveniently located around a 10 minute walk to the airport terminal, connected via a walkway bridge. It is a little confusing to reach the hotel from arrivals, but once you’ve mastered that, it’s all good. Lovely large rooms, plenty of space, good facilities and a nice bathroom. Beds are exceptionally comfortable with indulgent pillows. The restaurants and bars on site are convenient and served great food. We completed the online check-in in advance, which allowed us to select our room, this was very useful as we had 2 rooms so allowed us to ensure we were next door to each other. I also like that your phone can act as your room key.

On arrival our air conditioning wasn’t working, it was very hot in our room. We called Reception but nobody came to the room, so after 40 minutes we spoke to one of the Housekeeping staff in the corridor. The lady was very friendly and immediately called her Supervisor who passed by and managed to fix the air conditioning. Felt a bit let down by Reception, but we were just pleased that it got fixed.

Location was convenient because I had to be at the airport early the next morning to catch my flight. The room was comfortable, I had a tea station so was able to make myself a cup of tea, toiletries so I didn’t have to go into luggage to get mine, and wall plugs to charge my devices. I was also able to control the temperature of the room with the adjustable thermostat, which came with instructions. The bed was also comfy. The breakfast at the Garden Restaurant was delicious and so convenient, I am vegetarian and had a variety to select from. Staff were gracious and helpful.

I was woken up by people going in or out of their rooms at odd hours. I did initially thought I had to walk to far to find my room but then once I new where it was it did not feel like that.
