Great breakfast.
We paid for the Queen bed premium room with extra bed to accommodate three of us - the room was very small for 3 people. Apparently, the photos of this room on the website and Booking.com are only for the roooms at the front of the property (with the bay windows) - the other rooms of this type are smaller. If you are planning to have 3 in the room - suggest to request one with the bay window.

The hotel was in an excellent location a five minute walk from the Earl’s Court tube station. The neighbourhood was vibrant with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
We were in room 101 which was advertised as a premium room. The room was spacious but had an odd layout and also three different floor levels which made nighttime trips to the bathroom treacherous. The view out the two windows was onto the hotel roof. Overall I was disappointed with the room.

Moving to the Hotel Indigo Kensingston was a last-minute decision, and boy, I'm glad we did! The location is excellent - the curb appeal is adorable (great for pics). The front-desk staff is friendly and engaging; make sure to treat them with the respect they deserve! We got two queen premium rooms with an extra bed for a child. The rooms (on the second floor) were a bit small, and we had to walk up/down more stairs to get to them, kind of a hassle with all our bags. But the decor is wonderful, and they get housekeeping every morning. OK, if you are hesitating -- ADD THE BREAKFAST TO YOUR ROOM. It is beyond compare: fresh and filling, with so many choices and a full sit-down breakfast menu that is made to order. Seriously, if you eat this breakfast, you won't need lunch- just cruise until you sit down for a pint and fish and chips at Blackbird next door!
The queen premium room was small for three people (I think three adults would be uncomfortable). But if you book early enough, you can probably get the double queen premium or a suite. Some queen standards are in the basement and only have a skylight, so be sure to specify what you want. Looks like you have to walk upstairs to get to the 5th floor.

Had a great stay in London. Hotel is well located a few minutes from the Earls Court underground but in a quiet location. Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Will stay here again

Comfortable bed, quiet room, good bed linen change. Excellent breakfast and friendly efficient staf
I was surprised to find that the restaurant only served bar snacks on Saturday and Sunday evenings. I was a solo lady traveller with a tiring itinerary visiting a relative in hospital and so looking forward to eating at the hotel. It meant walking to find restaurants which was not a comfortable experience

I think the standout feature is the brilliant location.Earls Court Station within 50 metres ,M&S just across and High Street Kensington a short walk away. The hotel was self sufficient with everything you needed, the breakfast was amazing and we loved the friendly staff especially Anjali and Shanel.Had stayed at an Indigo Hotel in Bath some years ago which was also nice and will definitely come back again.
Nothing really

The room was comfortable and clean with just the right amount of space despite us having brought quite a few big bags. We loved their breakfast where there was a good spread of drinks, cheese, fruits and cereals plus hot meals such as a full english breakfast. To top it all, the location was excellent as it was a short walk to Earl’s court tube station which connects us to all points of London conveniently. If we’re ever back in London, we will definitely stay here again.

Location is amazing, only 2 minutes walk aeay to earls court station and the hotel area have a lot of good restaurants, cafe, markets. The hotel room sqm is not too big but it was enough for a short stay. Breakfast is really delicious and all the staff is very kind, supportive and friendly. This was our second time and we will probably not choose any different hotel in our next London visit.
Double bed is good but the additional bed for kid is really bad, not comfortable.

The property was very well-designed, clean and maintained nicely. The location was perfect and a two minute walk from the nearest tube station (Earls Court). Wanted something that was not in the busy part of London, and Kengsington was a perfect choice. Nice neighborhood but at night it did feel a little dodgy after all the shops on the high street closed. Breakfast was nice and made to order. Would stay here again next time I visit London.
The bathroom was really tiny, which was to be expected for London. Asked for a bathtub but there weren't any rooms available during my stay with one. Other than that, no major qualms on my side.

We stayed in room 603, located in the basement. The room was spacious, even with the additional bed provided for my child. There was a large coffee table, a sofa, a chair, a desk, and amenities like a kettle, cups, glasses, and a complimentary minibar with water and chocolate. The room had a small, discreet nook, perfect for storing suitcases out of sight, keeping the space uncluttered. The shower was excellent with good water pressure, it was clean, and the water was hot. The bed was comfortable but quite high. There were robes and slippers in the room. I was initially concerned about staying in the basement due to some negative reviews, but I noticed no damp smells. It was very quiet, and since there were no windows near the bed, the morning sun didn’t disturb our sleep. We heard no noise from the busy street outside, and the room’s location meant that almost no one passed by. While we had no issues with the stairs, it might be challenging for others. The breakfast was excellent and hot. They offered a full English breakfast, as well as alternatives like avocado and halloumi instead of pork and sausage, porridge, or pancakes with various toppings. There was also a small buffet with pastries and fruit. The waitstaff were quick, energetic, and very friendly. The coffee was delicious, with a good selection, and tea was also available. The location is ideal for traveling to London Heathrow and has direct access to the city center. It’s within walking distance of Hyde Park, and there are plenty of coffee shops, fast food options, and both Waitrose and M&S just around the corner. We’ll definitely return :)
