We had a room at the back & it was so quiet, difficult to believe we were in the centre of London. The room looked onto Argyle Walk, a peaceful London view. The location is great, under 10 minutes walk from King's Cross and St. Pancras thus the best area for Eurostar riders with good fast connections all over London. The staff were extremely helpful. Thank you.

It's a two-star hotel so obviously basic. The price was pretty high. I booked months ago as absolutely needed accommodation very close to St Pancras and Booking were stressing about availabilities. In situ I saw I could have got a much better deal booking later and directly.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and thoughtful. We arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage before check in while we went into the city. Also staff thought to give us a convenient ground floor room which was more suitable as we had a significant amount of luggage - climbing the stairs would have been less convenient. The room was what I expected for the price and being so close to the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras International. While it was small (expected) it was comfortable and clean and just what we needed to be close to St Pancras for an early departure for Paris the next morning.

The shower was a bit tight on space, but otherwise was fine.

The young lady-Deval- at the reception went above and beyond any high quality and informed customer service standards we have ever interacted with in similar hotels. We wanted to book a taxi and we did not have the app. She booked the taxi, paid, and texted us to make sure we arrived at our destination safely. Cannot have enough words to thank her for her kindness.

The staff was exceptional and very helpful in every way. Every person we came into contact with, maids, waitress, servers, concierge, front desk, everyone, was perfect!!! Everything was exceptionally clean and thoroughly placed.

We had a small problem with the toilet continuously running at night and called for assistance, but no one came. My husband was able to manage it and we called back to say it was taken care of. This was the only situation we encountered there’s but it was not a problem.

The location was perfect. So close to Kings Cross/St Pancras. We were getting there at 5.30am for the Eurostar so this made a huge difference. Pillow was soooo comfortable. Had everything we needed.

There was no hot water for a shower at 4.30am so I just wet my hair with cold water (fresh!). 3 of the light bulbs were out but it didn't make a difference.

The staff were so lovely and friendly and the location is excellent.

It had everything you need but was very small for you pay. Staff were amazing and location was amazing. London prices I guess but if your just looking for somewhere and your not fussed then it's ideal. Lots of stairs to room but staff help with luggage.

The room was small (as is the case in most budget hotels in London) but clean, with a kettle, biscuits, tea/coffee and so on. The bathroom was clean with a decent shower. The hotel is very close to King's Cross / St. Pancras, and fairly quiet (this form said "bonus question - you stated a preference for a quiet room" - actually, I didn't state that at all, but the room was fairly quiet anyway; despite its proximity to the busy Euston Road, the hotel is on a quiet side road). The bed was comfortable, and there's a large window that can be opened vertically, and even a small balcony - being able to open the window was very nice as it was a very hot day!

Nothing that I didn't like. It was fine, and just as I'd expected - I've stayed here before.

Really nice clean hotel with exceptionally pleasant staff. Booked a twin room which was very clean with comfortable bedding the only downside is that it was a bit too small but for a one night stay no complaints at all. Many thanks to all the staff

Room a bit on the small side

Location superb for museums West End,railway stations and public transport and plenty of food outlets and public houses nice little park a few feet away. Staff were lovely and it was surprisingly quiet concerning the football was on and plenty of fans around.I will definitely stay again

Delightful location with delightful friendly staff just a three minute walk to Saint Pancras Kings Cross train stations and about 40 minutes walk to Leicester Square and the theatres

The was small but if you know London, you understand that most rooms are small and the building is late 1800s early 1900s. But this is minor.
