Excellent location with bus stop a few steps from the property and Paddington station under a 5 min walk away. Rooms were clean.

1 elevator for the entire building that made getting to and from the room to reception very slow. Breakfast range quite limited, and also found the breakfast staff quite rude, literally chasing us out at 10am on the dot even though we were still eating. Did not understand why we couldn’t be afforded 5 mins more to finish up breakfast, since the dining room was not being used for anything else. WiFi connectivity is not too great in the rooms, but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. Was not aware that hot water is limited at night - after 10pm water was lukewarm.

Location is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk from Paddington. Breakfast was good value and was continually topped up, so was always warm and fresh. Staff were always friendly and attentive and the luggage storage service, was extremely handy and well organised. Rooms are well equipped with tea/coffee, plenty of storage, a fridge and a safe.

The rooms are very small, but the bed is massive! The bathroom is clean, modern and functional, but so small that you have to straddle the toilet to close the bathroom door. Although the room is small, given the small amount of time you'll spend moving around it, it wouldn't put us off staying again.

Great location not far from the centre of London, bus stop very nearby. Good breakfast at the hotel and good restaurants and night stores in the area. Nice to have a bathtub. Lots of clean towels and sheets, and tea facilities in the room, also a small fridge. Friendly and easy check-in and out.

Bathroom very small, with the door opening to the inside, a sliding door would be better. Lift of the hotel in the morning used by cleaning personnel. I don’t mind walking the stairs, but my friend needed the lift.

Accommodation is very close to Paddington station from which I travelled further onwards. Easy access and smooth check in at the hotel. Good bed for overnight sleep and stay for the 2 booked nights. Breakfast was ok but maybe some extra variation on choice of bread (adding some baguette types or buns/rolls) or mini pastries could be appreciated (only croissants to pick) Overall I can recommend the hotel for staying here for some days to wander around the city.

When turning on airconditioning it was blowing very cold air after several minutes and turned it off again when it became too cold. Turning on the sleep sign made the room lighten up more when going to sleep, this is just personal if you want to have the room dark when you go to sleep. The bathroom wall separating the shower and bathroom itself was a bit difficult to close when wanting to take a shower (with some looking into this it can be smoothened again).

The hotel was just minutes away from Paddington Station, where you can get a train or tube. Also, the bus stop was near. You can find different restaurants, cafés and pubs in the Paddington area. The hotel was nice, clean and very quiet. The staff was friendly. The room was surprisingly big. Breakfast was enough for us. There were different coffees, tea, bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans, bangers, croissants, toasts, yogurt, cereals, juices, cheeses, cold cuts, fruit and so much more.

The AC didn't work properly, the room was very hot. Luckily, you can open the window.

My first impression in overall was very good. Definitely so far the best hotel I've been in in Londom and I do travel there ofren. The beds were supercomfy and the bathroom was clean and sufficient. I have only 2 remarks to make. I booked an early check in since we had a theatre in the evening , so we needed to refresh ourselves and change. I received an email from the hotel that check in at 12.00 will be possible for additional 10 pounds and I clicked on agree. The man at the reception seemed to have no idea of this request and said the room isn't clesn. Then after letting me wait so he can ask housekeeping, he told me to pay 30 pounds. I was a bit struck, because the email I received said 10 which I pointed out to him, but he seemed to completely ignore this. In the end, I paid because we really had no other option, but right at the start I had a very bad impression of your reception and it soured my stay. If it's really 30, please tell me that up front and not send a reponse to which I can officially agree that says 10. That is not ok. My second remark would be the breakfast. For a 4 star hotel that looked pretty luxurous, it was very poor. Yes, you could order some things extra for additional 9 or so pounds, but really, no. I was at a point when I was not going to give you any extra money. Not after this early check up absolutely unpleasant slip up. And especially when you literally shrug at me when I say, um... the email I received said 10 pounds. We wanted to have afternoon tea, but we went somewhere else for that

Perfect location with easy access to transport. Really comfortable beds, lovely and clean. Staff were fabulous, attentive and friendly.

Our room was so cold and took a couple of hours to feel warm

Staff and location were really great. Extremely clean and the bed really comfortable- a bit short for 180cm high person but comfortable . This is the reason for my high rating.

Breakfast was poor in terms of choice and quality. No vegetables, eggs are not real eggs but some creamy suspension- backoff that suppliers sell to hotels in a bottle, the bacon was overdone, no vegetables . Going in and out of the bathroom was extremely difficult due to bad construction planning. Air-conditioning system for the whole building is in the backyard and extremely noisy, fortunately, we were so tired of walking that were hearing them only in the mornings

1. 5-minute walk to Paddington Station, where you can take a train directly to LHR (only an approx. 20-minute ride); a bus stop downstairs 2. Quite some eateries round the corner (e.g. KFC, Chicken Cottage, McDonald’s) 3. Very friendly staff, especially the male staff member at front desk at the restaurant. He has been very welcoming and helpful. 4. Breakfast included 5. Provide language storage prior to check-in and after check-out 6. Reasonable room size with a window

1. There is a ‘new’ annex which is at the back of the reception desk - the short walk linking the two buildings have steps - perhaps a concern for those traveling with big bags. 2. Special design of the hotel - Some rooms cannot be reached directly by the elevator. One still needs to walk up or down a short staircase to reach some types of rooms. 3. When wet, the floor of the bathroom can be super slippery. 4. Same food items provided at breakfast every day. Would appreciate one/two new dishes every two/three days.

We had two separate bookings for an Executive Twin room (3 nights) and an Executive Double room (6 nights) because upon reserving online, we couldn't get the latter room for the whole length of our stay. However, during check-in, we were informed that we could get the Executive Double room throughout our 9 nights stay. So yeah, that was a relief as we wouldn't need to check out in between. The room that we got was on the 4th floor with a view of Edna House on Norfolk Square. The room size was good for us and we could put three suitcases on the floor. Bed was clean and comfortable; room and bathroom were clean as well. The housekeeping lady was nice too. We couldn't open the window though. Guess that was understandable. The room temperature could be adjusted too so we wouldn't freeze in the February winter. Overall, we were happy with the room that was given to us.

The elevator, like what other guests have commented on before, was indeed quite small. There was only one available. Sometimes in the morning, we'd have to wait for about 5 minutes before we could get into one. Nevertheless, at other times especially after going out, luckily there was no wait. And upon checking out, we couldn't bring our bags down all in one go. We had to make about three trips altogether. I suppose at least, the lift was functioning well and there was one available.
