The staff was really super informative and pleasant, always smiling, ready to meet all our needs. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Room it self isn't really big, but it's more than enough for 3 persons. When I'm back in London, I have no doubt I'll be back here.

Everything was great and there really wasn't even one thing that wasn't to my liking

We only stayed for 1 night. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and modern. We didn't get any noise from our neighbours. The location was great for us and the staff were nice and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel before and would happily book there again.

There was a really bad smell of drains in the en-suite. Fortunately, this didn't go into the bedroom. We were only there one night, so we didn't say anything to reception. The bed also moved if touched. When sitting up in bed, if you leaned against the wall, it moved away from it! 😊. This really wasn't an issue, though, and won't stop us from staying there again in the future.

its pretty small and kinda hard to find with all the other hotels around it but its always really nice in the rooms and the staff are always really nice

the bathroom is really really small and i dont really like the shower , everytime ive stayed there its sprayed at me whenever i try turning it on and it ends up soaking the whole bathroom and i dont like that the beds are on wheels because when ive been sat on the bed trying to eat and im leaning on the wall the beds starts to move

Great location for taking Tube as its only 2-3 minute walk to Paddington Station which went to everywhere in London. Lots of restaurants and shops and pubs along Paddington station too. Bathroom is really clean too with shower really easy to use. Staff are nice There is a lift to top floor where I stayed on 4th floor.

Room was really tiny and felt claustrophobic as wall slants but I did ask for quiet room not on top floor which they happily accommodated in fairness. TV is wall mounted in fixed position and is not adjustable which makes it difficult to watch sideways. Bathroom is described as separate private which is adjacent

They were very helpful when we went to reception to ask for another room. We got a room on the 4th floor which was way better :) The guy at reception was also very helpful with booking a taxi when needed.

Upon arrival, for the first night we got a room with a window to the hotel corridor. We also had issues with the AC :( The showers are a bit cramped / small but it's not so bad.

The room was a little larger than most around Paddington, which was helpful as we had so much luggage. It was private, with nice leafy outlook. A real bonus that this hotel has a lift!

We found the room very hot. Window wide open but it didn’t seem to help. Our biggest issue though was that the bed is on rollers on a hard floor… Whenever we tried to prop ourselves up to watch tv the bed travelled south leaving a huge gap between mattress and headboard. Very difficult. Would be easily resolved with covers on the rollers.

This district is well connected (bus, subway) to explore London The hotel was quiet, and the beds comfortable The room is small, but it was not a problem because we used it just for sleeping The cost is quite reasonable A big plus for this hotel: it is possible to park a car in the front for 20 pounds a day. (of course, it makes no sense to drive in London, but we were coming from a trip across the UK, and we did not like the idea to leave our car outside the city)

The shower was clogged

The room was a good size, clean, and well-decorated. The bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a quick check in and check out. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to Paddington Station, restaurants and other shops. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future should we visit the city again.

The hotel is located on a busy street, however, it was still very nice overall, despite the traffic noise being an issue.

Check in was easy. I made a special request for a ground floor room. My request was granted, however it was an internal room with no windows. Front desk 24/7. Luggage storage available. Only a few 100 metres walk from Paddington overground and underground railway stations.

On the second night of stay. The vending machine was not stocked and receptionist advised me to walk to nearby shops.

My single room was cosy. It was fairly hot, but not the fault of the hotel due to the weather being extremely hot! Shower powerful. Toiletries provided. Great location for The Hyde Park BST FESTIVAL. Special thanks to Denny who took great care with my bookings.

Wish the hotel would have done breakfast. Apart from that a great find! I shall return!
