Great welcome - personalised and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The entrance space is well appointed with interesting art work, comfy seating and well co-ordinate textiles. The bed and bedlinen were extremely comfortable and the room and ensuite very clean. Air con made it easy to sleep at night. The kitchenette area in the room was good as it was tucked away in a cupboard area. It’s in a lively area of Soho but the nightlife sounds didn’t intrude enough to disturb us.

The thick carpet in the corridors made it difficult to wheel our large suitcases!

This was a great hotel in a perfect location! It is right in the middle of Soho, across from Soho Park, and only a 5-minute walk from a tube station. The area is very lively and walkable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to our needs or requests. I loved that they had free wine for one hour during the evenings - it was delicious, and they served it in an inviting and comfortable lobby. The beds were comfortable, the facilities were clean, and we felt safe. Would stay again!

My only real complaint was that our room was the size of a shoebox, with little room to store our luggage. For the higher price point we paid, a little more space would have been desirable. However, given we spent minimal time in the room aside from sleeping, it was not a major concern.

Check-in was quick and friendly, all staff throughout our stay were so nice and helpful. I recommend that if you are travelling to and from Euston, the night before you leave, ask the staff to book you a taxi to the station. Cost £15 to get to the station. The hotel is clean throughout and modern with a cosy vibe. You can't get to your rooms or use the lifts without your key card, so security is on point. The rooms are spacious enough. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and a birthday card for my 40th, which was a nice and unexpected touch. Massive bed, which was very comfy, plenty of wardrobe space with a safe, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the wardrobe. Nice large tv on the wall, plenty of channels. The kitchenette is brilliant, with cutlery, plates/bowls, mugs/glasses, chopping board, brita filter tap, and microwave. Loved having a fridge to store drinks and fab having a kettle as well as a coffee machine (tea, coffee, sugar, and milk pods provided.) Bathroom is spacious and clean, plenty of towels, nice walk in shower and good quality toiletries in the shower and by the sink (molten brown.) Location is great, loads of shops, eateries and pubs within a 30sec walk!! Pizza express is literally opposite the hotel, and Tesco express is a 2min walk around the corner. China Town and the Palace theatre is no more than a 5mins walk. There is no restaurant in the hotel but it is not needed with the amount of restaurants on it's door step, but you can order coffee and snacks. Although the hotel is off a busy street, we heard absolutely no noise at all in our room.

Couldn't open the window for fresh air, the rooms were a nice temperature and the thermostat was easy to use, but I like to have the window open while I sleep, so that's just a personal option.

The Resident Soho is, as the name suggests, in the center of Soho. The tube station Tottenham Court served by the Elizabethan line is only a fey meters away. Travel to and from either Heathrow or City is dead easy. The room was spacious and equipped with a little kitchen. Despite the fact that the hotel is surrounded by pubs, it was very quiet at night. The receptionists were all very helpful with finding dinner places.

Although it was easy to find breakfast places nearby, breakfast at the hotel would have been nice.

After a long tiring journey and landing at Heathrow Airport it is a fairly uncomplicated and easy process to find your way to the doorstep of The Resident Soho which is well situated and connected to several modes of transportation for business or leisure purposes. The Resident Soho itself is found on a quiet street but is nestled comfortably amongst a lively Soho district known for its lively plethora of dine in or take away restaurants for food, deserts or baked items. Other amenities such as a small sized supermarket is literally three minutes by foot. I found it always interesting after a day of sightseeing to return back to The Resident Soho and explore my many options in dining within a ten to fifteen minute walk of this hotel. For those wishing to do a load of laundry on longer stays there is even a coin operated laundromat within a 21 minute walk of the hotel which is open during normal business hours. The front desk were kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I had and were very accommodating to make sure my stay was pleasant and relaxing to me. (special Thank you to the the young lady at the front desk - sorry I did not get your name) The acid test after my prolonged stay at The Resident Soho is the question would I stay here again? Yes I would without any reservations. Sorry for the pun. LOL

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. After arriving from a long flight, they had our room ready early which was much appreciated. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, also providing suggestions for local places to eat. The location was so close to Oxford St shopping and a range of restaurants and night life. The nightly glass of wine in the lobby was also a nice touch. The rooms were very comfortable with quality Molten Brown soaps and small kitchen facilities with coffee machine. Loved our stay!

Comfy bed. The kitchenette and closet felt smartly designed. We appreciated the nespresso. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious - really great rain shower head. The room itself perfectly fit 2 people. The room was quiet and room service always left the space spotless. The front desk even brought by a luggage scale to our room when we asked to borrow one. The location was perfect for us, everything was walkable.

No complaints.

We arrived after a long journey and were quit tired. The room wasn't ready yet, so we had to wait for a while. The hotel staff and the hotel manager were extremely accommodating and took great care of us. We even received an upgrade. The rooms are super clean, and the location is unbeatable. All major attractions are within walking distance and easily accessible, as well Restaurant and Shopping areas. A fantastic hotel with excellent service - the staff truly go the extra mile (especially Saeed). We would absolutely book this hotel again! Bewertung abgeben
