The staff were very nice.check in was easy. The location is outstanding. The hotel is across the street from Disneyland. It is a five minute walk to the park from the hotel.there is a Dennys right next door to the hotel where we had breakfast 2 mornings in a row.Very good highly recommend! There also a Ihop and Macdonald a block from hotel. The area was very clean and I felt safe throughout the stay.We didn't eat any breakfasts at the hotel. We preferred Dennys next door.they do charge 20 a night to park just FyI it is an older hotel that's been remodeled. The beds were very comfortable!! Some reviews were complaining about price of hotel BUT it is literally across the street from Disneyland a five minute walk so worth it on my opinion! One more thing parking is limited so once we got a good spot wr didn't move the car till we checked out.We walked to the park both days!

When I called the office with a question about my reservation, I'd mentioned we were going to the Oogie Boogie Bash for my grandsons 9th birthday. When we opened the door to our room, my grandson was so surprised and excited to see Disney birthday decorations all around the room, including candy and a note wishing him a happy birthday! What a nice surprise! Completely unexpected! It really made his birthday, and our stay, extra special! Thank you for going above and beyond! Thank you!

Perfect positioning for Maingate at Disneyland. Good size room with two queen size beds. Had a fridge and small microwave. The basin and counter area of the bathroom was separate to the small bathroom which is a good feature. The included breakfast was great! The hot spa (and pool) was a great way to relax after a massive day in the park. Restaurants close by (Tony Romas - best ribs!) and a convenience store in the next block. A really good pizza place just a bit further up (to the left of Tony Romas).

The aircon is loud but the room is too stuffy without it. A ceiling fan might be a quieter alternative? We could have done without the daily 5am arrival of garbage truck emptying garbage from restaurant next door (not within the control of the hotel).

Opposite the main entrance. In terms of location, it couldn't be more perfect. The rooms are recently refurbished so are lovely too. Didn't use the pool. It was tiny and the aesthetics of the surroundings aren't great. Breakfast did the job but wasn't the nicest coffee. There is an ihop just beside the hotel though. If we ever came back, we wood strongly consider staying here again as the location was amazing!

If we were staying longer, the pool. But we only stayed here for the theme parks.

I loved the close proximity to the Disneyland park. The rooms were clean every time we came back at the end of our day. The front staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Price of the stay was reasonable compared to other hotels. Overall I had a great time on my trip staying at this hotel.

The only downside to my stay was being woken up by noise above us around 6am. We assumed it was the morning breakfast being prepared. I just wouldn’t have a room close to that area next time. Besides that it was a great experience.

Excellent location very close to Disneyland, a decent breakfast, and great and friendly staff, convenient parking option available. Staff did their best to accommodate early requests, and accommodated our early checkin.

TV kept randomly turning off, and climate control units need updating as they don't control climate evenly across the room. Unfortunately our rooms suffered from flooding from the restroom, however, the staff quickly found us new rooms.

We were glad to have breakfast available to us. That saved us time and money when planning to go to the park. On the last day, we just missed the cutoff, as they closed at 9:30. I'm sure that is posted somewhere, but we were not aware. The room was as expected. Overall, it was clean. We were happy to have room service every other day (not sure if they would have come everyday, but we kept our privacy tag on every other day because we really didn't need it everyday). You really can't beat the distance to Disney! At the end of a long day, it was a super quick walk to get back.

Honestly, our stay was overall pretty good. The only thing that we didn't like was that the carpets seemed quite dirty (though everything else was clean). We did end up wearing our flip flops in the room.

The staff was amazing. I had Martha and Carlie both were kind and respectful and super accommodating. There was a hiccup in our original booking but the staff was quick to call me while at Disneyland to offer the alternative needed to house our party and no inconvenience. They even did late night check in after our Disney trip.

There is AC but maybe the only tiny gripe was that it was off when we arrived and we had to turn it on. Other thank that not 1 complaint about this amazing location.

Disneyland is just right across the street which was perfect. Dennys, IHOP and other food places which are accessible. Great location especially if you’re visiting Disneyland. The free breakfast provided was fantastic as well. Many thanks to all the staff there for making our stay feel very welcoming. Many families occupied rooms but it was never a bother as we slept through the night anyway. Plenty amount of towels were provided in the room as well. We will definitely stay here again on future visits!

The staff has been amazing. So helpful from the very beginning. They go the extra mile like I've never seen in a hotel before. We had to leave our bags in the office since we got there early and our rooms weren't ready yet. They actually called us to tell us our rooms were ready which was so kind and then when we got there our bags were all put in our rooms! And there were a lot! The next day I had groceries delivered to the hotel. We weren’t back yet when they got there, so again they put them in our room and even put the milk in the fridge. Amazing! The rooms are very nice and the drains all drain well ( a big deal for me) and the beds are comfortable. Any minor issues I've had they have fixed right away and never made me feel like i was being a nuisance. Honestly, it was the most impressive hotel staff experience I've ever had. Thank you!!
