This was our second time staying here and probably won’t be our last. Our Room was clean and comfortable. Our family of five stayed in a room with two full beds and a pull out sofa bed and it was plenty of room. You can easily walk to Disneyland or to the Toy Story Parking lot. There is also a pickup for ART right outside the front door of the hotel and takes you right to the main gate security checkpoint. The cleaning staff was nice enough to make a cute display of our children’s stuffy‘s on their beds when they came in for turn service.

Great location. Nice guest store with hotel essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, snacks, drinks, medicines, easy frozen meals and tons of other stuff. Restaurant on-site for breakfast and dinner, with room delivery from the local food hall 12pm-11pm. All staff were great, even the cleaning staff were kind and smiley. 5 minute walk to Convention Center.

Wish the pool/hot tub was open till 11pm. Water bottle filling station should be in the lobby, there is one in the gym, but it is not conveniently located. Both treadmills did not work, so missed my morning workout routine 5 days in a row.

The price and location are fabulous! Loved that all of the lights and outlets worked. The in room fridge was a great size! In walking distance to the Disney Parks, but also across the street from the free Disney shuttle to the parks(Toy Story parking lot). The pool was cooler than expected, but felt great on 90°+F days. It was also a lot deeper than expected.

The bathroom was so small I couldn't walk in and close the door. I had to either climb in the shower or shimmy to the side of the toilet. The door also didn't like to lock while in the bathroom. Also, no exhaust fan. Wasn't a fan of the missing security lock for kids on the balcony door either. My son took full advantage of this! The AC wasn't as strong as I'd like it, but it did work. The beds were small(could've sworn we booked 2 queen beds.) We got doubles at best. Oh, and while it was free of pests, there was no mattress protector or bed bug protectors on the beds. Would've loved a microwave in the room, but they for have a great one in the lobby for guest use.

The location is absolutely perfect and feels like it's in a safe area. This is our second time staying here, and we were pleased to know that it was just a pleasant of a stay as it was the our first time back in 2022. Staff were very friendly with excellent service. Our king room was very roomy. The beds and pillows were super comfy, especially after being on our feet for 15 hours! The value was perfect for what we received.

It's not that I "didn't" like anything, but it's mostly informational for future guests... The bathroom is small, since it's an older hotel. The TVs are old (no guide, no apps), and the curtains could be replaced. But none of this hindered my stay or comfort whatsoever!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The area shuttle picks up right out front. We have stayed many times over the years and will stay again. It feels cozy, safe and like a comfy retreat after a long day at Disneyland. It's also a great value compared to other hotels in the area.

The only issue we had was having to wait for a few minutes for a space to become available to park the car so we could check in. It wasn't a big deal though.

The property is walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center.

The building is old and needs some updating. The door was hard to open and we had to shove the door open each time. The shower head was caked with hard deposits, so the water wasn’t coming out as much as it should have. The shower curtain kept sliding towards the middle and eventually we used our hair clips to keep the shower curtain from moving. The first night there was so much water on the outside of the tub that we had to clean.

The hotel is probably one of the older structure in the area and the soundproofing is not the best, nonetheless it is very clean. We have a double bed and it was very spacious. For the value, parking space, and comfort I will choose to stay here again next time we visit Disney. We saw some fireworks from our room even if Sheraton was blocking most of the disney fireworks. We brought our pet and everything was great for our 20lbs dog. there’s plenty of grass space in front of the hotel.

The staff was amazing! I also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location. My view was also amazing!

I wasn't used to not having a microwave in my room. Also, I found a couple of hairs that weren't mine in the bed. Also, the bed was too firm so I had trouble staying asleep. I wish the breakfast was a little less expensive, then I would have probably eaten there a few times during my stay. The price was about $17 for the breakfast buffet.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly . Walking distance to toystory parking. The breakfast was very affordable and the food was good.

The only thing is we didn't know that you had to ask for them to clean your room. I know that most hotel sice covid do that but I miss the days when you leave and then come back to a clean room.Other than that very thing was great.

Staying in Anaheim often means going to the Convention Center or Disneyland. For those, the Hilton and Marriott have the best access, but the Clarion Anaheim is a less expensive place to stay in almost the same location. The building is old, but not unpleasantly so. I liked the historical taste of the floors and pillars. The room furnishings are not bad, and the space is adequate. I especially appreciated the spacious desk (note that some rooms do not have desks). The staff was courteous, not excessive or lacking in service.

You get the best access for less than the next hotel, so sometimes you have to put up with it. There were no amenities like toothbrushes, razors, and the only thing there was soap and shampoo. The hair dryer is the oldest model I have ever seen. The controls are confusing, and when you finally turn it on, it roars and heats up, but no air comes out at all. The air conditioning system is large and works well, but the noise from the outdoor unit is extremely loud. Those who have difficulty sleeping should take measures to prevent this.
