Simple check in . The 24 hours availability of coffee and tea station. Also the clean area and helpful staff.

The breakfast time during the week is till 9.30 a.m. however, when you already sit down and use your breakfast and it is already 9.30 a.m. and you want to pick up some drinks, then the lady in charge screams to you that the station is already closed and she closes the door roughly .This is very rude. Also the station was not refilled in time for empty items.

The breakfast was great the staff was friendly

One of the main reasons we stayed there was because you had free transportation to Miami airport. We were told you didn’t at and it sounded like you had not had transportation for a while. That was disappointing.

Location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The breakfast offered is quite substantial and fresh. Staff are friendly and the hotel offers a guest laundry (coin operated machines) which is helpful when travelling (when the machines are working!). Plenty of eateries a short walk away for evening meals which was convenient as the hotel has no restaurant. Bed very comfortable with a choice of comfort level pillows. Rooms are well appointed and roomy. Hotel provides drop off and pick up shuttle to/from Miami International Airport free of charge.

Our room (417) had an air conditioner that was louder than a jet engine. Controls did not seem to talk to the large floor outlet and fan was on high the whole time - definitely not the quiet room we requested.

Our stay was amazing from the minute we entered the door, Alex at the front desk was super friendly and extremely professional, gave great advice about places to go for food and entertainment wise. Hotel and rooms very clean. There was always a bell cart available Rooms were very spacious.

Not that it was a big deal, but was looking forward to some well-deserved rest, but the beds/pillows were just a tad bit too soft for my liking, needless to say everything overall still met our expectations and I can still say we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Location. The area offered several shopping and dining options within walking distance or a short Uber drive. The area seemed very safe and a great option for the night before our cruise. The airport shuttle was prompt and the driver was very nice. Breakfast offered a variety of foods and we were pleased with it. All of the employees that we interacted with were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is older and dated but we were only there one night before our cruise so it wasn’t a bother.

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities listed. The stay felt relatively luxurious for the price we paid and was good value for money. The lobby is very pleasant, with plenty of seating for both relaxing and working. Breakfast was of a high quality, especially compared to other similarly-priced hotel chains. Complimentary coffee and tea was available all day in the lobby.

The breakfast room is very small for the number of guests using it - we had to sit around the corner in the lobby, which was just slightly inconvenient. Breakfast closed promptly at 09:30!

We stayed here for 5 nights. Didn't get bored. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to the airport ebry hour. The room is spotless clean. Very nice location. Ample parking space, but they charge you 5$ per day for parking, which I think is fine given that parking elsewhere can be very expensive. Overall would definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast was ok. The quality of the food needs to improve. Less processed food and more fresh produce, especially on the hot counter, would be great.

Staff was very friendly, room was comfortable and spacious,location was great , walking distance to restaurants and supermarket.

I find that the pool area could be more taken care of. Garbage from the hotel was placed by the pool area and with the heat you could feel some bad smell. They should work in that area, everything else was good.

Super convenient location with a great airport shuttle service. The fitness room was functional. Breakfasts were great. Early check in was super helpful. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable.

Pool was freezing. Maintenance was happening during our stay so main hallway was difficult to traverse.
