Room service needs improvement. Was expecting food to be rolled in on a cart but received food in a box.

The elevator was out. It got a little frustrating because you could wait up to 20 min sometimes

The absolute best location in Miami Beach. South of 5th neighborhood is wonderful. Especially if you have a puppy, Stoneman Douglas Park is right outside the hotel which is super convenient for walking puppies. Or kids. Great facilities at the hotel and the park for kids as well. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautifully kept hotel in the best location in Miami Beach. Been going for years and will continue to.

Only one running elevator for the entire hotel as the other one was being worked on our entire one week stay. But I'm sure that will be a temporary issue.

We loved our stay. Very friendly stuff , good restaurants . Very clean rooms. Comfy beds.

Two things that ware really annoying was that one of the two elevators was down and you have to wait quite long to get to your floor up or down to the lobby , And another reason was that one of the pools was closed. Even though the size of the pool is just not enough to serve the hotel.

This was such a great stay! From the moment we arrived and met the valet worker, John, we felt like we were being treated with the highest of service. Check-in was a little bumpy, but we finally got checked in with a complimentary sangria. Our room was very clean and beautiful with the balcony view of the ocean. We woke up and watched the sun rise from the balcony and the next day went down to the beach and watched it. We had dinner at Lolo and had the best tacos and service from our waitress. (forget her name though) The beach is seriously so close to the hotel and just down the street are tons of bars and restaurants.

The only dings were that horrible lip going out to the balcony, which we fell over a couple times. (even after reading the caution label) And our shower was either too hot or too cold, so I had to take cold showers during our stay. Also if you turned it to the red, it was cold and if you turned it to the blue it was hot.

The location is excellent, rooms are ok, clean and well designed, beach service works well, fitness and part of the staff really wanting to help.

The pool area needs renovation, misses space (several times was completely full). The pool bar is not integrated with the pool, and is outdated missing tables, infrastructure, painting and even and some decoration. This are could be rebuilt having all infrastructure at the same level as neiboring Hilton. But the staff is great and try to do their best to serve.

The property was nice but booking.com charged me for a balcony room and when I got to the hotel , I wasn’t booked for what I paid for.I called booking and they were supposed to email the hotel and they said they never received an email from them .This experience was the worst.The hotel itself is a 5 out of 5 but booking.com was not.

Friendly staff, we arrived before check in time and room was ready 🥰.Nice location, room was comfortable, clean with beautiful ocean view. Service on beach and around pool is good. Gym is well equipped. We also liked complementary bike rental. Starbucks coffee is connected with hotel.

Being right on the beach and a short walk to Art Deco area was a real treat . Beach and swimming pool attendants were excellent and helped get some good spots on the beach and around the pool . early disappointment on the room was rectified by a room move. Cleaning staff wonderful .

Initial room on floor 5 overlooking the park was very close to the A/C units below it . Very noisy when on the balcony and asked for a room move . This was sorted to my complete satisfaction .

Amazing experience. The service and amenities are fantastic. The team at the reception is very helpful. I had a problem with denied payment, and the bank needed a letter from the hotel to release this payment. The team was very helpful in resolving my issue with the bank.
