Morning coffee in lobby was weak. All the hallways are creepy dark monochromatic teal, not a fan! The bed was incredibly comfy for a platform mattress and I love the padded faux leather headboards with hanging peg details! Shades were near blackout-perfect. Shower was roomy and body wash/shampoo was ok. One of my 2 keys didn’t work but I didn’t need to bother staff about that. Staff was friendly to explain at checkin and I felt the hospitality from everyone. Best thing is location and GREAT PARKING GARAGE. Will be my home base when I visit my son in nashville.

Not crazy about the dark hallways on the room floors.

The Hillsboro area, where the Moxy's located, has a village vibe. The area has numerous excellent eateries on the hotel's door step as well as quaint stores on 21st Ave. The atmosphere of the area surrounding the Moxy was also a welcome respite to the madness of downtown Broadway. Plus the downtown was easily accessed by the WeGo Number 7 bus, so no hassle getting about. Note - don't miss the Frist Art Museum & Cheekwood.

Couldn't find anything to complain about.

The staff was wonderful!! They treated me like I was a friend, not just a customer. The ladies at check in took care to make sure I was cared for. This was my first trip to a Moxy hotel, and it truly reminded me of staying at hotels in Germany.

The little area where you can purchase snacks and drinks could use a little more signage to understand how to purchase snacks.

Cleanliness. Location. Staff. Elevators. Linens. Blind was excellent. Clothing hooks. Ventilation system worked. Much Nicer than holiday inn or Hilton.

Bathroom not private enough. Door did not seal. Also door rolled open to make it worse. Main door needed to be pushed shut. Hotel is far too dark. Black paint depressing. Black lobby depressing. Candy pinky accents outdated. Not quite enough storage space. Needs desk chair. Needs reading light on far side of bed. I try not to stay in hotels with unopenable windows.

It’s modern, trendy style, fun and comfortable. Pool table and foos ball. Loved the free chip for a drink. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Quick uber to Broadway st. and also to the park.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like, but i believe there wasn’t a pool or hot tub. It’s not required for a hotel to have one, but can be fun for downtime.

The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are minimalist, stylish, and clean. I like that there is a bar and it was kind of a social experience staying at the Moxy. I liked the location. Very close to everything, and plenty to do within walking distance. Lots to do even without leaving the hotel.

If there would have been a mini fridge in the room, it would have been perfect.

It was in close contact with activities and great restaurants within five minutes or so of the hotel. Everyone was nice and helpful and it was just a really neat atmosphere.

The room was fine for the stay for the night, but it was on the smaller side of space in the room, even though the bed was king size. But other than that, there’s no complaints.

The hotel had an awesome vibe. I loved the industrial feel of the rooms. The lobby area was fun and full of energy. Parking was so much cheaper than other places I have stayed around town.

The only thing I could say is the elevators. Only one set takes you to the parking deck but doesn’t have separate controls. You have to just push the button until the one for parking deck opens, but wasn’t a huge deal.

The staff love working there and it makes the experience.

Wish the free coffee was decent. It was so weak I could see through it. I wish there was a restaurant attached. All the places close down at 9pm, it would have been so nice to have a meal at the hotel, not a flatbread.

Cute, trendy room. Parking very close to entrance and hotel located very close to concert venue.

Hotel hallway painted a very dark blue, kind of gave creepy ship/submarine vibes.
