Room is ok. Good breakfast. Location is walkable to city center and shopping area.

Parking is limited around 15-16 places. We requested well in advance for bed types, but they couldn't accommodate it at all, saying the hotel is fully booked. Given the price you pay for this hotel, you expect more from it. At least 1 or 2 rooms out of 6 rooms in the same booking should be able to be accommodated with the requested bed types. The room was not clean properly. There's still some hairs in the bathroom - on the wall, on the floor. The hair conditioner is clotted in the bottle. The texture looks like expired.

We had a fantastic weekend stay. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable room to the great location. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. Nicole and Oleksandr went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They greeted us warmly, offered helpful tips about the city, recommended great restaurants and local events, and were always available with a smile and a kind word. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine love for both the hotel and the city created a special atmosphere for us. Thanks to them, we would gladly return to this city just to stay here again. They truly made us feel at home.

The location was great, just around the corner of the shopping street and a 10-minute walk to the old city. There were plenty of options for breakfast, including some local products. The room was cleaned every day (though there was an option to pass on cleaning in return for a free drink in the bar). My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and so the management greeted us with a handwritten note, two pieces of cake and an upgrade to our room. Very pleasant and unexpected touch! Thank you.

From the welcome drink to every other service offered at NH we give 5 stars. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with staff working tirelessly to keep up with clearing,cleaning and filling up food items.

There is nothing which we can mention. As for location there is a bustop 3mins to the right of the hotel entrance which will take you to the main station in approx 15mins. If you choose to walk it is about a 17mins and also conveniently situated to all the main attractions. Salzburg is amazing!

The staff were so helpful, friendly and were genuinely happy, such a lovely atmosphere in the building. The breakfast is outstanding and the bar staff are very attentive and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble, the reception staff helped us navigate our way around Salzburg and provided us with a map. The hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian area and the centre was a 10 minute walk. We will definitely be returning.

A truly lovely stay! The hotel had a cozy, home-like feel, and the reception was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everything was smooth and comfortable—such a great experience overall. Can’t wait to return! Also location was good in city centre no need car or taxi also room service was good and fast everything was beyond my expectations

Nothing at all

EV Charging and secure parking. - we had bikes in our boot. We stayed at 3 NH collection hotels on our trip. In each case all the people on reception were very friendly but the arrival process seemed very time consuming and c opmplicated and not all staff seemed to be fully trained

The room was billed as a superior room. It was really small. The reception kindly showed us another room but it was the same. Not sure that any of the rooms were other than billed as superior, which doesn't make sense! Itcvwould be great if they could upgrade to a fast EV charger

There was no way to have any privacy without completely taking all the light out of the room by closing the blackout curtains. The lobby is really ugly in comparison to other nh hotels. The room does do it justice but the lobby definitely doesn’t. They also woke us up because they confuse the wrong room or something. Housekeeping openned the door to us 2.5 hours before checkout. That was definitely intrusive. I don’t believe the default mode should be to put the sign on the door just to not be disturbed. The default should be to not be disturbed any way

The room was a medium size, but felt about right and nothing was missing. The options and variety in the breakfast buffet were plenty and tasteful. In this hotel you are a few steps away from the main shopping area, so the location feels great. Finally the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

During our stay (between Christmas and New Years) the laundry was not available. It felt odd not to have this option available for travellers in that peak travelling season.

The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to all we wanted to see in Salzburg. Breakfast was very good too.Most of the staff very helpful.

I was travelling with a friend - there were only mirrors in the bathroom so we had to take turns in getting ready to go out - a dressing table and mirror would have been useful in the bedroom. Also a few drawers to put clothes in would have helped - there was enough wardrobe space but no drawers for smaller items that didn't need hanging up.
