Breakfast was good with a range of options. Nice croissants and bagels. Also make your own pancakes. Location was good - not far to walk to a little shopping centre and a range of nearby dining options. Also major shopping centres not too far and reasonably priced for Uber travel. The room was comfortable and it was good having the sofa too.

I booked a room with a kitchenette, including a stove top. There were zero utensils. The excuse was Covid but that is long gone as a major consideration in most of the US. So we had a stovetop and a microwave but were unable to cook anything on the stove. Since the only plates and cups were paper they weren’t really suitable for use in a microwave. I feel I should not have been charged the extra for this suite because of that. Every other country, and even US hotel/suites, with a kitchenette offer a basic pot and pan, and china plates and cutlery at least.

Reception area was nice and it was easy to park. Breakfast by the pool was nice. Room spacious Staff were helpful and pleasant

Perhaps it was the climate, but the carpets in the room spelt very musty. They could be replaced with laminate flooring. One has to ask for your room to be cleaned very day, which is a bit annoying. Hangover from Covid. Breakfast was okay but a bit limited and not of high quality. Since it ended at 09.00, you had to be up early. We got down there by 08.00, After that, it was very crowded hard to get a seat and limited food.

The property is clean, and the parking is perfect, we never struggled to find a space. The breakfast area was always kept clean and tidy even when busy. And the pool area was clean, and pool kept clear. The staff were so helpful, and polite and welcoming

Small thing and can’t really be helped but the lift was very slow so sometimes you had to wait quite a while, especially in busy times. And the pool area could have done with a couple extra sun loungers, there is only 4 in total, along with tables and chairs, but if you want to sunbathe and it is busy there isn’t many beds. Although we were lucky and most of the time the pool area was empty.

The breakfast was not good The king bed was fine but the sofa bed was terrible. It had mold when you unfold it, it creaked with any move at night and kept waking up our baby. The shower didn't have enough pressure unless you put it very hot almost at boiling point. Elevator super old, the laundry machines also very old and not enough for the guests. Very weird that they permit swimming classes for people not staying there, it made it loud and awkard

The Employees were great...There was always fresh coffee, tea and decaf...Also Ice.!!!...I had a fridge and microwave so that heating up restaurant left overs was not a problem...Plus I noticed another in the common area. My room was very spacious and the wifi was excellent...I stayed for an extended period and felt very much at home. Several of the front desk staff assisted me with scanning etc of necessary documentation for important matters. The cleaning staff was also wonderful. The location is very close to most things. Groceries, CVS and restaurants are easy to access on foot.

I had packages arrive while staying there, all of which I received, however, important documents were received days after having been delivered,,,, IF AT ALL ....despite having been marked as URGENT! The room was a little dank without the AC.

I didn’t like that there was not even a bottle of water in the room. That’s something really inexpensive that should be provided in every room. Also they should add more vending machines with sodas, snacks, etc. We got hungry late at night and the only vending machine available didn’t work for us. The room had a strange smell. They need to replace the carpets. Too old, dirty and smelly. Towels were very old and thin. The staff was not friendly at all. I asked questions and they answered but in a very indifferent way. Very cold treatment.

We wanted somewhere between Miami airport and I75. This was extremely convenient. The hotel receptionist was very helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean. There was fresh coffee available in the eating area all night. If we had needed food there was a number of outlets within a short walking distance to obtain it. It was good value for money. We would choose to stay there again.

Although coffee was supplied in the room, the packet creamer wasn’t useable (it had solidified) and there weren’t enough coffee pods for two people who might have wanted more than one cup each. I realise this is a very minor complaint as there was fresh available downstairs, but not everyone would be comfortable at having to go out of their room to fetch it, especially in the early hours.

I don't think some the reviews does justice to this hotel or maybe my experience was a one-off good one. The rooms are dated but was clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast was good standard stuff but good. There was a drink station that was open 24 hrs which was a first for me. The Location is great, walking distance to a lot of stores, restaurants and a Winn Dixie. Staff was great and courteous. I will definitely return.

The rooms need updating...

There are many options for breakfast like juice, eggs, ham, coffe, yogurth, waffles, bread, fruits, it is delicious way to start the day. There are also good restaurants nearby. As for distance, it's very close to the airport. It's perfect for short stays.

They're very strict about closing time for breakfast; they clear everything away at the appointed time, so it's a good idea to get up early if you want to have breakfast.
