Conveniently located, close to touristic spots, such as Souq Waqif, the Islamic museum, national museum, the pearl monument, the old port...etc, all of which are reached within 15-20min. by foot. Would recommend futur visitors to use Uber as the 1st option, as they are cheaper than all other form of transportation. The second best would be the light blue taxis. Superb breakfast spread offered by the hotel highly commendable

The disco noise coming from the 14th floor all the way up until the early hours of the following morning. I was on the 8th floor and could hear the disco music playing Management should look into this issue because a lot of us want to have a peaceful night sleep after having done the excursions and the running around all day. Suggests to make this known to the clients and offer them a quiter room at lower level, Like floors 1-5.

Beds too firm Poor quality breakfast. Traffic congestion and large crowd still milling around outside at 1 a.m. - apparently Thursday & Friday nights are "party night"

Room was good but the hotel is getting tired with age. Breakfast was very good with with nice options available, especially the egg station with omelettes cooked to order. The Hotel location is OK but there is a need to use transport to get around in these hotter months. The Irish Pub upstairs is a real cracker.

The Hotel offers vehicles at the front door but we found the costs of these were 2 to 2.5 times more expensive than the local metered taxis or neogtiated uber prices from other providers.

Room is very large. Beds are very soft - even the sofa bed. Location is the best - really close to airport which made it perfect for a short layover.

Corridor had faint smell of smoke. Before my stay, I read complaints about noise from the top floor nightclub on the 14th floor (which I googled and found that it's quite popular). I stayed on the 7th floor and could hear a little - could still fall asleep, but was definitely audible. I think this hotel is good for the money but definitely don't take the higher floors unless you're into clubbing. Water pressure was enough for a shower, but could be better.

The size of the Deluxe Twin Room was enormous and probably one of the largest sized rooms of that caliber that I've ever stayed in! I had to check out at 3:30 am to catch an early morning flight and the driver was right there waiting to take me to the airport. Although, my stay was more of a lay-over than overnight, the time spent in the room was very nice. Great having a few in-house restaurants to select from without leaving the property. Good value for the price with a courteous front desk staff. I would stay here again if my travels ever brought me back to Doha.

That my stay could not have been longer.

I had an excellent stay at the Best Western Plus. I was always likely to arrive far earlier than the advertised check-in time but was very grateful to Barun who not only had me in a room quickly but who upgraded me to a vast suite. The hotel was busy with guests like myself visiting for the Qatar Grand Prix and Barun did far more for me than I could have remotely imagined. The Best Western Plus is in a decent position around 15 minutes walk from Souq Waqif Metro Station with lovely city views. I did not use the restaurant but found all staff very friendly and accommodating. Taxis, if required, are very easily available. Even putting aside the kindness shown at check-in, I was very happy with choosing the Best Western Plus and would return there if I am back in Doha. It also offered excellent value for money.

Everything was clean and tidy, room was huge with a lounge area. Very comfortable beds, and friendly staff!

Bit outdated, finishes in bathroom where renovations have happened could be nicer!

The location is fantastic once you work it out. You can walk to the sea, to the Islamic Museum of Art and to the National Museum. The room was huge and the television service was good. I had a sofa and comfy chairs and a table, plus a desk. I had a bath and a shower. Breakfast had a magnificent selection of eggs cooked in front of you, cereals, salads, fresh fruit and yogurt, toast and sweet pastries, beans and hash browns and other things of Arabic style.

The bed and linen were a bit uncomfortable.

The communication between staffs is the perfect and special Mr. Abdul Rahman who is working in reception.
