It looks more like a 4* hotel, not a 5*. But if it would be a 4* it would be perfect. The hotel is clean and nice, more like one night business hotel.

Did not like the fact that we took the halfboard but than we found put that the halfboard dinner is only served in the room. And in the room there is no dining table so where should you eat the dinner in the room. In the end we eat in the restaurant but had to pay some extra money.

I had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Doha. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the signature warm cookie on arrival – such a nice touch! The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. I also enjoyed the stunning views of the city from my window. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options. The location is also perfect – close to the Corniche and just a short drive to major attractions like Souq Waqif and the Museum of Islamic Art. Overall, everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Doha to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure.

The variety of in room dining options were lacking.

If you look for a location in a quiet area the perfect hotel is DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. It near museums and not far from metro station. The staff is very professional and always available. Breakfast is very good with offering lot of choices. Rooms are nice and the cleaning is done daily. We look forward to coming back.

The noise from the construction works on the floor above us (14th floor). I know that maintenance or improvement works must be done from time to time but starting them at 8 in the morning is a little too early, when we try to enjoy our holidays.

Double tree Hilton Doha was absolutely fantastic, fully recommend. Staff were superb and accommodating all our wishes. Room was spacious and very clean. Big beds and super comfortable. Location was convenient: 10-15 min drive from the airport, walking distance to the national museum, longer walking distance to the old town ie 20 -25 min, and 15 min drive to Sands beach. Hotel offered free bus transport to Sands beach and free vouchers (which included towels, water and free beach chairs). This was a very kind offer and a relaxing way to spend the morning. Hotel facilities ie gym, hamam, jacuzzi were also excellent. Breakfast was very good. We also had a chance to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which was very convenient with opening hours and offered great food & service. Overall value for money was also very appropriate.

Overall I am extremely happy, no issues at all. TV english channels can improve a bit.

My second stay at this property in the last 2 months. It was a much better stay than the first time. The staff were friendlier and more helpful. Customer service was much better with staff enquiring more often about their service and my satisfaction. Service at the concierge desk, the front desk and from room service was efficient and exceeded my expectations. The room service food quality was excellent. During my last stay, I was disappointed by the quality of food at breakfast. During this stay I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements and and quality of service during breakfast. Khalil from food and beverages was excellent in his service as he was the last time.

The breakfast experience was excellent. I was especially pleased that my children were able to enjoy a variety of options, including pancakes, French toast, and crispy cereal, all provided at no additional cost. The selection was both kid-friendly and satisfying, which made our morning meal even more enjoyable. The location of the property is truly excellent—centrally positioned with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Our room was immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was of high quality, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning pool area, which not only offered a refreshing place to unwind but also featured breathtaking views of the sea. It made for a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.

The staff were very welcoming, kind and warm. They would always greet us with a smile on their face and would go above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The cleaners did a great job in cleaning our rooms to a very good standard! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and very delicious - a good variety! Thank you to double tree for taking great care of us and definitely plan to stay again I highly recommend this hotel!

I like the staff they were friendly and polite. The room was very comfortable but we had to pay extra for the sea view The swimming under maintenance which is really git disappointed special now in summer. Breakfast was nice, but I had an issue that you are serving pork with the eggs compliments and using the same fryer pan, which is not spouse to be we are Muslim we don't eat port and we don't use same kitchen equipment which is been used for fork this is not really good. Port it has to be used in a separate corner with special kitchen equipment It should be written or labelled with pork . This is a very important point it should be avoided or pork it has to be cancelled, or you can keep on request. Otherwise, overall, we had a great time Thank you we diffently will be our next choice.

All other all nice

We really enjoyed our stayed in this hotel, we stayed for 2 night and we literally did not go outside and just stayed in the room as we really enjoyed the room with exceptional view and comfortable and clean room. We are very thankful to miss Norie in the reception who gave us the best room with exceptional view and room. And also thanks to Rhodney and Khalil in the restaurant who made our breakfast extra enjoyable. these 3 staff need to be recognize by the company since they are very helpful with the guest. Overall I like the hotel and i will be definitely will go back to this hotel again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I like everything

It would be pretty hard not to give this place a 5* rating! From the moment of check-in to check out, 3 days later, we had nothing but good experiences. The staff were super - from check in staff, to breakfast staff, to cleaning staff, all were polite, friendly, and professional. We loved that our room was cleaned every day (that 'little' detail now seems to be a luxury in the western world), and we made full use of the 24hr gym (containing both free weights, machines, and trainers). The location was superb, being close enough to walk to both the Corniche and the local markets, which made for some fun photo ops. I would highly recommend going for the breakfast option as it was an all-inclusive buffet, with a variety of cooked and cold items. We would definitely chose to stay here again, when we next visit Doha.
