The Fullerton is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. The "tunnel" that leads to its sister hotel, Fullerton By The Bay, is convenient. I enjoyed strolling to the Landing Point, a lounge overlooking the Marina Bay Sands, for a glass of wine and a snack. I woke up early each day and walked along the bay and the river, then had morning swims before having a delicious breakfast at The Fullerton. It's a nice 25-minute walk along the bay to Marina Bay Sands. The coffee in the room was of high quality, and my room was very comfortable. I can't wait to go back.

Staying here can be very expensive, depending on when you go. I went during a slower season and found tremendous value in my stay.

Good location for sites. Walking distance to attractions. Whiskey Bar was great.

Was too large (too many rooms) of a property. We were given Room 653, terrible room shape. Toilet crammed in a corner, legs hit wall. No comfortable sitting chair

Our entire stay in Singapore was unforgettable, largely thanks to the exceptional level of both elegant and unique Fullerton hotels. They are completely different; the first feels like you’re in Monaco, while the second has a stylish modern design, but both are equally splendid, and we recommend trying a bit of both. Although it may not look like it in pictures, the pool at The Fullerton is more exotic and beautiful, featuring an infinity pool, while the breakfast area and breakfast itself are more interesting and refined at the Fullerton Bay Hotel. A minor complaint is the limited menu at the Lantern bar, which is a must-visit iconic spot. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful historic hotel in a great central location. All areas are exceptionally presented and spotlessly clean. Great ambience throughout. The Pool and pool area was fabulous and the ability to use the gym changing area to shower and change after check out was a great bonus and was well equipped. Staff and service were outstanding. Very close to the MRT and the concierge was extremely informative. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Singapore and would return

Staff vacuum the foyer and open areas in the middle of the night. As it is an old building and the noise can be clearly heard in the courtyard rooms. Also, the music starts in the courtyard very early in the morning. If you are easily woken choose a Heritage room which is much better from that perspective and feels more open

The property was very pretty, very classic and traditional glamour. The room was lovely and the staff were very professional and efficient. The property was very well located - a three minute walk underground to the Merlion and Harbour front, a five minute walk to the city and ten minute walk to the largest hawker market in Singapore. A walk around the harbour to the Marina Bay Sands mall and hotel took 25 minutes.

The room with balcony and view of Marina Bay were all very nice. The decorations for the holidays added a festive atmosphere to the lobby.

Did not feel well informed about the amenities at the hotel available for our stay. Maybe our own fault for not asking, but there were places listed on the elevators (garden, lookout, etc.) that we could not access with our room key card.

This hotel is beautiful through and through. The rooms have recently been refurbished to a seriously high level. Anika at reception was super helpful and kindly upgraded us to a Heritage room which made the trip even more luxurious. We had delicious cocktails on the bay hotel rooftop bar Lantern. Highly recommend for the amazing view of the bay. The location is also great for getting into town compared to the Marina Bay Sands which does involve an extra 25 min walk around the bay. If you’re in Singapore for three nights and want to do Marina Bay Sands I would recommend one night there so you can enjoy the pool and view and then moving to the Fullerton for two nights or vice versa.

The ambience of the Fullerton was calm and cool and the location was perfect to visit the many sites in Singapore. Staff were helpful and the quality of food great.

There was little to dislike about the hotel. If anything the space around the swimming pool was limited and sun beds few and far between.

The Fullerton is well placed for a first visit to Singapore. Easy to walk to points of interest, and proximity to the MRT for those areas a little too far to walk. I was lucky to be upgraded to a Bay side room after my initial room, with curtains open faced onto an event room. As an older woman I really appreciated being able to boil filtered water(in room filter) in a dedicated kettle, as I do not drink tea and very little coffee. The bedding/pillows were exceptional and I slept very well. Reception staff were quite lovely and very helpful. I only dined in twice during my six night stay and again the staff were efficient and approachable and the food was plentiful and delicious.

I discovered I was allergic to the bathroom soaps. As they were in dispensers I had no way of knowing for sure what I was using, and a selection was not available. Fortunately the Seven 11 was close by and I was able to purchase a skin sensitive product. I found the rooms a little dated but was not unduly bothered as it is a heritage building

The un-refurbished rooms are sad and lonely. Many rooms look out to the inside courtroom, which not everyone fancies.
