The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean, renovated, and spacious enough for two. I was invited by the University of Queensland, and the hotel was very close (15-minute Uber ride). A nearby supermarket was fantastic. It is also close to many restaurants and shops.

The nightly rate wasn't fair! It was above what was offered (e.g., no breakfast). Brisbane is an expensive city (I have no idea how they plan to host the Summer Olympics). Fair to say, though, this is somewhat of a universal problem after COVID-19.

The location opposite the train station, and with multiple bus stops outside as well as a small supermarket next door, is great for those not driving, and there's plenty around in terms of facilities. The room itself was comfortable and we got an upgrade which was appreciated. The facilities were comfortable. Staff promptly addressed the issue and good to have a 24 hour reception.

The apartment was a bit awkwardly shaped, with a small bedroom and a bit of wasted space in the hallway. The bathroom was a bit awkwardly designed as well, and you do have a washer dryer but because it's one unit it takes a long time. I didn't hear it but my partner didn't sleep all that well due to internal noise, and we found the bedroom a bit hot but the airconditioning a bit noisy. Also not the hotel's fault, but we didn't realise the AirTrain stops running at 10pm so factor in the cost of a taxi if you are coming in late.

I had a very positive experience with Adina. The location is excellent, being right next to brisbane central train station. The quality of the room was top notch and super clean. The staff were all professional and friendly. Additionally, when I had accidentally left a few items of clothing behind, I had got into contact with their front desk and within a day they were able to locate my items and organize international shipping to return the items back. Overall, my stay was excellent, and the support that the staff provided afterwards has increased my desire to return as a guest on future visits.

Location was fantastic. Close to everything we needed. A very nice comfortable one bedroom apartment. We would certainly stay again and recommend to everyone who is looking for convenient comfortable accommodation especially if you are not using a car. Main train station across the road. Airport train an easy 20 minute trip. Bus stop just outside. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as Southbank. Perfect as far as we were concerned. Staff were friendly and checking in and out was a breeze.

We thought the air-conditioning was very cold and turning it up to be less cold didn't appear to make any difference. But it was a minor issue. We found a spare blanket. It would be nice to have access to free streaming services via the TV...e.g. ABC iVIEW, SBS on demand. They don't cost anything really except wifi which is offered for free. But honestly not a huge deal really with the length of our stay being 3 nights.

Location excellent for Anzac Day, train travel, pub still cooking full meal at 8.30pm, literally across the road and it was very nice food and price and great menu! Front desk staff outstanding even at 3.30 in morning for Anzac Day! Left our bag there as we went down to Anzac march and collected later Great service and overall perfect stay

I thought the price was a little dear for one night but cannot fault the service for the price I had to pull the fridge forward in our room as I dropped my earring under it and it really needs a clean under there but this did not reflect on the rest of the room it was spotless and tastefully decorated and perfect climate and bed was heaven !

I booked this hotel as I was attending the NRL & the Dawn Service the next morning and from the moment I arrived I was great by two very friendly staff. When I told them I was attending the Dawn service they advised me about the forecast of rain and suggested I loan one of their umbrellas for the morning. The room was exactly what I needed for a two night stay and the location was great, not only for the Dawn Service but the location to train station and the Queen St Mall. I'll definitely stay here again. The bed was really comfy and so were the extra long pillows.

The aircon, ability to save money and cook, comfy bed and wifi ❤️ Not a negative but look into smart TV's, alot ot younger people don't watch normal television and so having netflix/binge and/or YouTube would've been great!

The overhead for the cooktop didn't work, not an issue but I was worried the alarm would go off and I'm unsure if that would've occurred a fee. I tried calling reception but couldn't get through. Also room service option wasn't really an option and in room massages need to be a bit more clearer as I thought this was a service the hotel ran (not a third party service)

Beautifully rennovated and sparkling new rooms in a fabulous location directly opposite Central station (but without too much city noise). Easy access to buses and within walking distance of the whole CBD. The apartment had everything we needed and having a Woolworths next door meant it was super easy to get in supplies for our stay. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a bit of noise from the room next to us (bedroom noise) and the showers weren't great considering how the rest of the apartment was so well designed and decorated. It would have been nice to be able to open a window for fresh air, or have a ceiling fan instead of having to use the AC.

This was a delightful apartment in which to stay. We enjoyed an immaculate and comfortable room, with a wonderful bed. There was also an en-suite, crockery, cutlery and a microwave. Although there is no restaurant on the premises there is an adjacent food hall and other restaurants nearby. The tariff is reasonable and being over the road from the Central Railway Station we didn't have to worry about lugging our suitcases all over town. The Adina is in a great central location from where you can enjoy the CBD or walk down to the river and across to the Southbank. The tariff is also very reasonable. We were impressed with everything about our stay and would happily visit there again.

Excellent location , staff were great and the apartment was well set up. Unfortunately extremely noisy. Unforseen works going on up the road and noise was excessive. Although warned by staff and offered earplugs I think a discount would have been warranted due to noise level and fact I had booked due to it offering sound proofed rooms. Also found my room particularly loud due to building design and very poor sound proofing across window. However would stay again but ask for another room .
