The bed was sooo luxuriously comfortable and the breakfast outstanding. So much selection and lovely quality! The fitness centre was also one of the best I have seen in all my travels. Well worth a stay!

The airconditioning in the room could not combat the south-facing windows. In spite being set to high all night, the room only cooled 0.5 degrees. I also received a message via whatsapp from front desk staff asking me if I liked my room. I did not authorise the use of whatsapp as a means of communication. It seemed creepy.

Everything we had the Hotel had provided us with during our stay

This was my first time going to Vienna. I made Hotel booking on Booking.com months earlier and had tried to communicate with the Hotel before arriving and barely received response on almost all my requests and information I needed, except one employee his name Thus, the only employee who always responded to some of my request with all information I needed. Thus was in reception and helped with all the check in process and, with smile 😃. I realised smile is expensive in the Hotel, maybe all the hotel employees must be trained how to smile for guests who have paid for Hilton"s price.

The location was perfect - a 3 minute walk from Wien Mitte station where the train comes in from the airport. And then only 10-15 minutes from eg. the cathedral, the Albertina museums and places to eat. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was very comfortable. Our king-size room had a large bed and there was a seating area. One evening we enjoyed cocktails in the bar. There was no noise at night. But there was plenty of lively activity downstairs. The breakfast was well above average - the best we’ve had in this kind of hotel - huge variety, nice coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. We’d definitely go back!

Great location, and nice rooms. Getting from and to airport is as easy as it gets with the S7 line taking you to a stop 150m from the Hotel. Rooms are clean, new and nice.

The Check-in process takes too long (10 min) in a busy hotel like this with 1-5 counters available and meant for me 40 min waiting to get in. That's something they need to work on. Saying that once you get to a counter they are super nice and very helpful. Wifi should be free (it is only free once you sign up for their program).

very well located, great access to public transportation, a car hire service inside the building. the view from some of the rooms is great and the vicinity to stadtpark is also great

the checkin process was at a very low standard. it began with me being asked to pay for the stay, while i already did, the fair some of 2500 euros. it was late and we were tired, so i almost paid. then they sent us to a lower quality room. i paid for a room with a view and received a room looking at the building. so i got back and received better service from a different person.later i received apologies, which is nice, but to be fair i expect better from hilton

Location is exceptional- nearby CAT- direct transport from the airport to city center. The hotel is close to everything. Very nice property, it was a business trip. A bit pricy. For my next trip more than likely I will stay here again. The breakfast was very good- although I did not find gluten free bread, but could manage without it. The breakfast variety is very impressive. Clean property, very nice and pleasant stay- I truly enjoy it. I felt safe.

The staff at the breakfast room is annoying- you just go to bring a coffee and your plate was taken for cleaning. My stay was 5 nights, so 4 mornings I got upset with this mess- no plate on a table. There is a kind of announcements on the table- like busy, do not touch, but not every table has these signs, and even if it has, they take it. From my own experience. You can get mad, really. May be they hint you- leave the breakfast room.

The breakfast was good . The city park just opposite the hotel was beautiful in Spring Time . The noise and crowd to the right to the hotel due to shops and eateries spoiled the otherwise good location of the hotel . The staff was pleasant and helpful. On the first morning the (lady) staff at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant, asked us to eat on the other side of the hotel because the restaurant was too full … but that was not true. There were plenty of tables available in that area. The Live kitchen and food assortment was only in the main restaurant. That is the ONLY thing that I did not like . Otherwise, everything else was good .

My husband and I booked a “King Room.” Upon check-in, the receptionist told me it was my lucky day and gave us a spacious two-room suite with a stunning view of Vienna. The room exceeded all our expectations. It was spacious, had a beautiful view, was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and clean, soft bed linen. The room also included toiletries, which was a lovely and convenient touch. I must give special attention to the breakfast — it was excellent. The food was delicious, with a wide selection of items and drinks. I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included. The location is good. There’s a beautiful park nearby, a supermarket, and a bus stop. It’s a 10-minute walk to the museums. There’s also an S7 train stop right there, which goes directly to the airport.

Super clean, rooms really well thought out and spacious, location convenient, breakfast the best I’ve ever had, fantastic sheets and pillows.

Difficult to fault as all very good - housekeeping only came at 4pm one day. But no big deal.
