The bed was sooo luxuriously comfortable and the breakfast outstanding. So much selection and lovely quality! The fitness centre was also one of the best I have seen in all my travels. Well worth a stay!

The airconditioning in the room could not combat the south-facing windows. In spite being set to high all night, the room only cooled 0.5 degrees. I also received a message via whatsapp from front desk staff asking me if I liked my room. I did not authorise the use of whatsapp as a means of communication. It seemed creepy.

Now this is my favorite hotel chain! The breakfast was beyond praise - varied, delicious, exactly what I like. The hotel has a very comfortable hall, a very cozy lobby and nice restaurant: the arrangement of tables and food, drinks - everything is thought out. The staff is the friendliest and very professional. There were only positive impressions! I am absolutely delighted. Also there was a wonderful, clean, very bright room with an excellent view of the city park of Vienna. A little noisy from the restaurants, which are located nearby - there were warm evenings and restaurant visitors left only in the morning. But with the windows closed you can't hear them, and the room has an excellent - delicate - air conditioner. I would also like to praise the bed mattresses - they are incredibly comfortable. If someone has back problems, you will definitely feel it - this hotel has really comfortable bed mattresses, always fresh high-quality linen and therefore a wonderful sleep. The floors in the hall are soft and noiseless. Excellent hotel. I would also like to separately note the high professionalism of the hotel employee Jenny: she helped us wonderfully with a lost cell phone. We express our deep gratitude to Jenni and on our next visit to Vienna we will only stay at HiltonPark Vienna hotel. It is thanks to employees like Jenny that the Hilton hotels chain is so wonderful and prosperous! Thank you very much!

The location is near the train station that gets you from the ariport. It is also near the metro station that takes you to schonburnn and to the historical city center. The room is very spatious and clean. The bed and pillows are very good. The train station and metro are under ground and very good isolated so there is no noise or any discomfort from that. The streets near the hotel are not main streets so there were no ambulances or other emergency vehicles driving with sirens. Because there is a train station there is always a police car near the hotel so we felt very safe. There is a shopping mall with a hypermarket (closed on sundays) and a supermarket (opened also on sundays) wich also has cooked food. You can bring food and drinks inside the hotel room, they will not say anything. They gave us the room before check in official hour (we arrived at 15 o clock). The official checkout is at 12 oclock.

There is no espresso machine in the room. There is a water boiler in the room and you have instant coffee that can be disolved into the hot water. There is also a starbucks at 2 minutes of walking near the hotel and another coffee shop even closer (i didn t get the name because i went to starbucks every morning). On the last night there was a guest that checked in late (at 1 oclock). I think they had a kid that screamed, ran and hit somethinkg in the room so there was a little noise. The noise woke me up but i am a light sleeper, my wife didn't hear them. The soundproofing is preety good i think the guest with the kid was to blame for making too much noise at a late hour.

This was my first time going to Vienna. I made Hotel booking on Booking.com months earlier and had tried to communicate with the Hotel before arriving and barely received response on almost all my requests and information I needed, except one employee his name Thus, the only employee who always responded to some of my request with all information I needed. Thus was in reception and helped with all the check in process and, with smile 😃. I realised smile is expensive in the Hotel, maybe all the hotel employees must be trained how to smile for guests who have paid for Hilton"s price.

The location is great if you use the City Airport Train, the U-bahn or S-bahn to get around, and it's only a 15 minute walk to Stephansplatz in the centre. Rooms on the higher floors facing the city centre have fantastic views. In a very large hotel, sometimes service can be a little impersonal, but that's not the case here. Every one of the staff we met was friendly, helpful and profession and a credit to the hotel. Special mention should go to staff at breakfast, and in Selleny's Bar, which is a great place to eat and drink in the evening.

There's really nothing to complain about here. Sometimes the music at breakfast and at Selleny's Bar in the evening was a bit intrusive, but no doubt others would think it added to the atmosphere.

The location was perfect - a 3 minute walk from Wien Mitte station where the train comes in from the airport. And then only 10-15 minutes from eg. the cathedral, the Albertina museums and places to eat. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was very comfortable. Our king-size room had a large bed and there was a seating area. One evening we enjoyed cocktails in the bar. There was no noise at night. But there was plenty of lively activity downstairs. The breakfast was well above average - the best we’ve had in this kind of hotel - huge variety, nice coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. We’d definitely go back!

Unorganized reception desks , very long you queue mixed with the Hotel guests and the new arrival guests , for example if in an existing guest and I need an important help from the recitation I need to wait in the line some time for more than 30 minutes as the other are doing there chick in , my suggestion is to have a desk for this kind of guests needful instead of waiting in the chick in line. I would like to give a special thanks for (( Maisam )) the nice lady in the reception for her kind welcoming and for her help and solving any problem facing us at any time with a kind smile 🙏🏻

The location was ideal for my purposes, the room was spacious and well appointed, the whole building was very clean and the staff was unfaillingly nice and professional. Top marks all around!

I didn't book breakfast, as the price is outrageous - I haven't even gotten close to it when eating breakfasts in the nearby cafes. One thing that struck me was the lack of Chromecast in my room. I understand that this is a huge hotel and putting such a device in every room would incur a significant outlay, but still, I've come to expect such amenities from hotels of such a level.

very well located, great access to public transportation, a car hire service inside the building. the view from some of the rooms is great and the vicinity to stadtpark is also great

the checkin process was at a very low standard. it began with me being asked to pay for the stay, while i already did, the fair some of 2500 euros. it was late and we were tired, so i almost paid. then they sent us to a lower quality room. i paid for a room with a view and received a room looking at the building. so i got back and received better service from a different person.later i received apologies, which is nice, but to be fair i expect better from hilton

We arrived early, around noon, and were offered check in if interested to a twin rooms which were available iso the king double room for which we would have to wait. We didn't mind the swap and actually appreciated we could get in the room after the travel straight away. Breakfast was great. Nice selection and even for various dietary restrictions there was plenty to choose from. Location is close to the city center and also good public transport connections nearby.

Noisy guests, not respecting night quiet hours, arguing / banging doors, running up and down corridors. Had to call reception to sort them out. Room was generally clean until you did closer inspection - there was lot of dust on headboards or pictures on the wall even the room phone has not been swiped in some time. Not sure if due to room not being used for some time or just these details get omitted when cleaning.
