The bed was sooo luxuriously comfortable and the breakfast outstanding. So much selection and lovely quality! The fitness centre was also one of the best I have seen in all my travels. Well worth a stay!

The airconditioning in the room could not combat the south-facing windows. In spite being set to high all night, the room only cooled 0.5 degrees. I also received a message via whatsapp from front desk staff asking me if I liked my room. I did not authorise the use of whatsapp as a means of communication. It seemed creepy.

This was my first time going to Vienna. I made Hotel booking on Booking.com months earlier and had tried to communicate with the Hotel before arriving and barely received response on almost all my requests and information I needed, except one employee his name Thus, the only employee who always responded to some of my request with all information I needed. Thus was in reception and helped with all the check in process and, with smile 😃. I realised smile is expensive in the Hotel, maybe all the hotel employees must be trained how to smile for guests who have paid for Hilton"s price.

Great location, and nice rooms. Getting from and to airport is as easy as it gets with the S7 line taking you to a stop 150m from the Hotel. Rooms are clean, new and nice.

The Check-in process takes too long (10 min) in a busy hotel like this with 1-5 counters available and meant for me 40 min waiting to get in. That's something they need to work on. Saying that once you get to a counter they are super nice and very helpful. Wifi should be free (it is only free once you sign up for their program).

The location was perfect - a 3 minute walk from Wien Mitte station where the train comes in from the airport. And then only 10-15 minutes from eg. the cathedral, the Albertina museums and places to eat. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was very comfortable. Our king-size room had a large bed and there was a seating area. One evening we enjoyed cocktails in the bar. There was no noise at night. But there was plenty of lively activity downstairs. The breakfast was well above average - the best we’ve had in this kind of hotel - huge variety, nice coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. We’d definitely go back!

The breakfast was good . The city park just opposite the hotel was beautiful in Spring Time . The noise and crowd to the right to the hotel due to shops and eateries spoiled the otherwise good location of the hotel . The staff was pleasant and helpful. On the first morning the (lady) staff at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant, asked us to eat on the other side of the hotel because the restaurant was too full … but that was not true. There were plenty of tables available in that area. The Live kitchen and food assortment was only in the main restaurant. That is the ONLY thing that I did not like . Otherwise, everything else was good .

Super clean, rooms really well thought out and spacious, location convenient, breakfast the best I’ve ever had, fantastic sheets and pillows.

Difficult to fault as all very good - housekeeping only came at 4pm one day. But no big deal.

Suite is comfortable, everything looks clean. Breakfast was good, nothing to claim about Location is good, right next to central train station

I asked for an early checkin few times (few weeks before departure, and the day we arrived) - both were refused. OK, its hotel right. Checkin took 40+ mins of standing. Lady on the desk continuously was going here and there. Then left for 10+ mins. All open desks were fully queued. Also there was some wedding celebration, so hall was full of loud music and guests. From my perspective, price was higher than average for this hotel.

The size and comfort of the bed, room lighting, upper floor, quiet room, size of safe, wifi connection reliability. Two room keys and bell hop service to hold luggage after check-out. Location close to underground and tram services. 12:00 check out was excellent.

There was a water leak under the sink. Staff said it was fixed but still leaking a day later. Requested an extra top sheet before arrival but one was not provided until we asked a second time in person. The room advertised with a bath robe and slippers but not provided. Most people travel with two suitcases but only one luggage rack provided. Could also use more closet hangers.

Amazing breakfast, great location, excellent staff. Last stay was so great I came back to celebrate my engagement! The lady who checked us in was so lovely to us and we even got a sweet congratulatory message with some chocolates and wine in our room - they really made our weekend feel special. The location is perfect for getting to and from the airport, the CAT is only 16-17 min, and the hotel is just opposite the mall where the train station is located at. The city center is a short 10-15min walk away and everything is within walkable distance. The design of the hotel is stunning and reminds me a bit of Gustav Klimt. The room is spacious with comfortable bedding and warm lighting to make you feel at ease. This is probably one of the few hotels that actually have decent sound dampening which makes sleeping easier. When you wake up be prepared to experience the best breakfast you could imagine. The abundant selection and presentation is immaculate. Fresh egg station, big bread selection, tea selection and barrista coffee, cold cuts, tasty fruits. There's so much choice! A real foodies dream. There's also a gym which my fiancé says was great for anyone needing some exercise after the breakfast spread.

The only downside we had was the air-conditioning not working properly.
