Location is exelent, room is very big, clean, comfort. Bathroom big and clean.

In the description of the rooms it say that rooms are soundproof. Ours was not. Room have street view and we could’t sleep from music from the club across the street. We stay two nights and it was like we are in some 3* hotel where windows are cheep and dont block the noise.

The location is superb, right in the center of old part of the city, minutes away from main culture attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The spa center was small but enjoyable. In my opinion a good value for money.

Parking in the garage house was charged extra. Don't expect too much from the spa - there was one pool and the sauna was turned on upon a request. The hangers in the bathroom were all not properly mounted to the wall and were hanging loose so you had to hang your towels rather carefully.

Stunning hotel in perfect, central location- easy access to restaurants & main tourist sites. The bedroom was very spacious, the bed exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast buffet good. Facilities include outside terrace restaurant, stylish cafe, really nice (but a little cold) swimming pool & a basic gym. Sarajevo itself was stunning- so much history, culture & interesting things to do. We stayed 9x days and it wasn’t enough! Would have liked to have stayed longer there! Check out Funky Tours web site https://funkytours.com/ . There is a lot of inspiration for day excursions you can do so that you can explore the rest of Bosnia & Herzegovina as well.

It can be a little noisy if you leave windows open as noisy bars outside but if windows are closed, then you won’t hear any noise. The air conditioning is very good as well so no need for windows to be open anyway

The location is absolutely perfect- close to everything you could wish for!

Staff was polite however the customer service was a little slow and one night we waited a good 15-20 mins in the patio area and no one very came to take our order so we ended up across the street at a local pub with live music and it was much better service there. The decor is a little outdated - orange accents and fake wood paneling not the most modern hotel but bathrooms and rooms were clean.

The location is perfect for getting to know Sarajevo. There is a large breakfast space with a a lot of variety, and the spa offers massage (which I recommend - ask for Marisa). The staff were all very sweet.

This hotel feels like it’s working really hard to be fancy, but it’s dark and a little shabby. My bathroom had a dental kit and a razor set available, but they’d been opened and there was writing on the boxes. I had a little kitchenette but no refrigerator or silverware or dishes. When I checked out they asked if I ate anything from the minibar….but I didn’t have a minibar. The picture on the wall of my room was falling in its frame. And they had to replace a blinking light in my bathroom. I am sure that the hotel was emptier during covid, and maybe they’re still getting everything back in order. But it’s July ‘22, so it feels like things should have been spruced up by now.

The room was very large with a sofa, a couple of armchairs, desk and desk chair. There was plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. The staff were pleasant, friendly and very efficient. Laundry was returned within a couple of hours. The large restaurant catered for large tour groups. Yet breakfast was calm, quiet and well organised. There was a good selection of food to suit most tastes. In the evening the restaurant served well cooked dinners with prompt and attentive service. The hotel also had a separate cafe offering coffee and a wide range of delicious cakes. Both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool were available, along with a Turkish Bath, Sauna and Massage rooms. The hotel also accommodated conferences. There was an underground car park. Located in the old town the historical sites were within easy walking distance. A wide variety of restaurants, cafes and bars were close by. A pleasant pedestrian street, including the covered market, was only minutes away.

The hotel would benefit from refurbishment to bring it up to date, particularly the elevators. However we were impressed with the hotel staff and enjoyed staying there.

Europa is one of the better hotels in Sarajevo. The location is amazing, close to Bascarsija; the staff is amicable, though most of the time understaffed, especially at the reception. This was our second visit, the breakfast was better this time.

The hotel needs to be renewed. The rooms are very clean but outdated. There is no parking in front of the door, no doorman / belboy (always) at the door; nobody helps with suitcases. Smoking is allowed inside the cafeteria, which results in no guests entering the premises. So it is always empty, except for a few local visitors.

Comfort left and right in the middle of the old town, amazing. Staff is well trained and naturally welcomed. There is no fake smale undernith the surface just authentic Bosnian Hospitallity.

As a smoker i think you should have some bar/coffee to accomodate indoor smoking. It will go a long way investment return back. I had noticed your main bar is empty all the time while crosroad caffes are full packed.

Great location in between old Town and close to Latin bridge/city Hall. Amazing viennese cafe which is open late for food/drinks. Very classy rooms with well equipped bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of traditional bosnian/continental options.

TV was dated and had no option for netflix/streaming. Air conditioning was not always the best, but still functioned to keep room cool compared to outside.

Great location and friendly helpful staff. The room was excellent and really spacious, and we loved the Viennese Cafe. Being Valentines, our request for champagne and strawberries in our room on arrival was also met without question or complication

The music from the bar across the street was sometimes a little loud, but the room, very central location and hotel staff made up for it a lot
