The Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved how centrally located the hotel was to get everywhere. Gym was way bigger than expected and fully equipped. The room had everything we needed - there was a slight issue with one of the bathroom sinks draining slowly and they arranged to get it fixed right away. Loved that we were able to play a game of pool and borrow umbrellas from reception on those unexpected rainy days.

The bathroom/shower didn't have a door, so was open space layout to the bedroom so just one thing to be mindful of depending on who you travel with.

The room and especially the bed were very comfortable.

Staff (except for the reception) not very friendly. The pool has no atmosphere and no helpful staff. I do not recommend it.

Beautiful, stunning, modern, spacious room very romantic with stand alone bath and open plan shower room. High tech with everything controlled from the wall panel like drapes, blinds, lighting options etc. Very comfy bed. The room really has everything you could want. Very good location easy to walk to anywhere. Staff can’t do enough for you. Really go out of their way to get / do anything you need. Laundry service was well priced & efficient.

The hotel bar is VERY top end, with all day DJ, models for waitresses, low lights, more like a pre nightclub club, cocktail bar vibe. Would have been nice to have an easy going lounge bar for drinks, meals comfortable seating etc at least as an option.

From the moment we booked to the moment we left - everything was prompt and prefectly executed. The service is attentive and personal, the room was a dream, with city views through floor to ceiling windows. We loved the little touches like chocolate strawberries for our anniversary and the fantastic room upgrade, as well as the rubber ducks. I think this is hands down the best hotel we have stayed at, ever. There is nothing that can be faulted.

We did use the Karma Lounge for breakfast once and the wait was long. Staff seemed puzzled and clearly didn't keep up with what was not a busy time at all. We probably waited 30 minutes for coffees only to go up and ask and realise they forgot. The food took around an hour. It was a shame that the Karma Lounge service and food quality did not match the hotel offering.

Great rooms. Nespresso machine. Plenty of towels. Very big TV with seamless casting from tablet or phone. Staff is amazing. The rooms are sound proofed from each other. I would have liked an arm chair instead of having to sit on bed. Location is very convenient.

Party hotel:the hotel has a club on 3rd floor & karma lounge. The room next to mine was a party room. Lots of people got a room to continue partying slamming the door while screaming drunk. The main entrance is in a dark alley designed for cars drop off. If you like to walk in the morning keep company to garbage crew/dump truck+ delivery trucks.

Amazing staff first and foremost. So polite and helpful. Makes some 5 star hotels look rubbish. So clean. So comfortable. Great location. Super comfortable beds. Massive room. Cleaning staff went above and beyond too each day. Turn down service too which we haven't had in our next hotel in Seattle....and that's 5 star. We were staying for our wedding anniversary and we were made to feel very special. Will recommend to everyone. Well done all.

A few more tv channels wouldn't hurt like hgtv or similar. Gap in blinds a little exposing as floor to ceiling windows...but we're being picky.

The servicing of the room was incredible. Didn't see anyone but every time we left and came back, our room was impeccable. It was clean, quiet and the view was good. Loved the layout of the room, all of the storage space and the mini bar was great. The facilities at the hotel are amazing. Loved the gym, the pool and the hot tub.

We didn't make it to the Chinese restaurant but frequented Karma Lounge a lot. It was very hit and miss.... The service always started well but then died off almost every time we went. One night we went for dinner and enjoyed a lovely meal but at the very end we couldn't find a single waitstaff to serve us again and in the end when we finally found someone decided we'd had enough so just asked for the bill. The gentleman who served us then informed us that the other waitstaff were all making a TikTok. Not okay. Our last day there was probably the best. The lovely lady who served us brunch was awesome and the gentleman behind the bar in the afternoon was great. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but appreciate their service.

My stay at Hotel Paradox Vancouver was exceptional from start to finish! The value for what you get here is outstanding. Everything from check-in to room service and even the thoughtful turn-down service with chocolates was top-notch. It’s the little details that set this place apart. The pen in the room? Surprisingly high-quality. Fresh canned waters provided daily? A nice touch. Even the bath mat and toiletries mat were a step above what you’d expect for a hotel in this price range. If you’re looking for a stay that balances luxury with affordability, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be returning!

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was in a great area, easy to walk around. The staff was amazing! They were all so friendly, from the Desk attendant, the concierge , bell man, to the housekeeping...everyone was very helpful and nice. The rooms were. beautiful...Modern, new, well cared for. An amazing view of the city and water. It was a great stay.

I requested rooms by each other, we got rooms that were next to each other but to get to each room you went down another hall. So, technically next to each other, but, in reality....not....but, not a big deal..

We loved the Paradox hotel. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations - the room was fabulous - plenty of space and had everything we could possibly need. The welcome on arrival was warm and the advice from concierge Andrew was excellent and really helped us make the most of our time in Vancouver. The location of the hotel was perfect -plenty of shops & restaurants close by, a short walk to Coal Harbour and it was easy to get everywhere we needed to go in Vancouver from the Paradox.

Nothing at all.
