Decent location, close to many stores and restaurants, but far enough from the tacky madness that is Clifton Hill. For being on a main street, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was phenomenal. The one gentleman with the tattoos was an absolute joy to chat with. Host didn't charge me a damage deposit, I appreciated that. Free parking was a really nice touch too. Decent size TV, with easy access to HDMI ports for computer or other hookups. Fantastic water pressure in the shower. The beds were really comfortable.

Payment was supposed to be when we checked in, but it was withdrawn from my credit card beforehand, which I didn't really care for. Not sure if that's Booking who facilitated thst, but I did request to "pay at the property". The wireless Internet was abysmal. It was incredibly bad. Dialup from the 90s was probably faster. Using CIK for their service is a terrible idea. We rarely got anything higher than 1Mbps up when using it. The room was clean...ish. Shower drain had so much hair in it. Sheets had cigarette burns and holes on them. TV remote was held together with an elastic band.

The staff here are BEYOND wonderful. Extremely kind and ready to help when you need it. We weren't 100% happy with our original room, so right away we were shown other room options. They are currently under renovations! Keep that in mind! Location is great as it is near almost everything you could need.

TV did not have many channels. But not a huge deal if you're at the falls to be out and about.

Sheets were clean. Room looked straight out of the 80s. Felt homey and comfortable. Room had no issues with bugs or heating/AC.

There was no hot water (it was lukewarm), making the hot tub a moot point. This also prevented me from a hot shower. Some wires were exposed which wouldn’t be the best with children. Staff spoke broken English which was hard to understand.

Staff are really good. A beautiful lady will greet you. They help as much as possible. Location is good based on what you are there for. Do not take rooms after# 35

All the rooms from #36 need to change the AC, I guess. I was in #39 and it was so badly smelling. I guess smell is coming from cooler or AC or Beer spil. It is the same smell you find in water in Niagara fall so people from east might not mind of westers will really not like. My kid start crying as soon as we entered the roon so I asked then change. Next I got room#34, it was cool. Smokers - lots of smokers. Smoke is not in room but you will see many smoking outside Drinking was you have to dring from bathroom. I am sure if one will mind it or not.

The room was fine the douche was amazing in the room but everything else was good. They was able to let me in the room before the time. That was so help full. They listen what you need

The room has not a good ilumination and the pillows was so heavy and hard.

Don't have a microwave in the room

Location was good, it wasn't far from the main attractions. Price was reasonable, easy to find, and parking was ample

There was a small amount of trash under the bed, meaning they didn't sweep under the bed. or even look, but other than that the room was clean. The heart shaped tub tool over an hour to fill up, but I assume that's the manufacturer's problem, not the motel.. Was disappointed the tub wasn't red, like in the picture, but I assume it's different for each room. Not a big issue issue. Wifi signal was a bit spotty

The Sunrise Inn is an older property and at a very reasonable price, do not expect luxury. What you get, though, is a clean and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Niagara Falls, Ontario. The wifi was good, but a bit spotty. The mattress was comfortable and the pillows were firm. The ac worked flawlessly and was a welcome relief from the 30+ degree heat. The management was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely consider this property again.

The furnishings could use an upgrade

You can tell they are trying to upgrade, everything was clean. I like the tiled floors, I think that’s a nice touch to ensure cleanliness. I hope they keep the old features of the building ex…. The outlining red bars and the front office. I believe if they work with these features , it will add a nostalgic atmosphere. That would be lovely. I would stay again. I wish them good fortune and prosperity!❤️

The locks on the doors was a little weak and the front needs a little curb appeal. I believe it could be lovely

first, the receptionist was welcoming and very cooperative. Rooms were clean with sufficient toiletries and a good breakfast. The layout is such that you can park your car exactly in front of your room's back door and relax on cozy chairs out there any time of the day. Overall a pleasant and satisfying experience.
