Our room was as large as an apartment with an elegant bathroom, fireplace, and very comfortable king-size bed. Dinner at AG is a must!

The step-down from bedroom to rest of the hotel room (to bathroom, hall, and living room) is a bit unexpected and treacherous—be careful. We didn’t expect the overnight parking fee which should be mentioned on Booking.com.

We, a family of four (kids 15, 18), had a wonderful time in Niagara, supported by a great stay in Sterling Spa and Inn. Rooms were very spacious, as well as the bathroom, and very clean. The hotel is located in walking distance from the Niagara river, about 10 minutes to get a view on the US side of the falls. Canadian falls are about a 30 minutes walk. This is a big benefit as you don’t need to use your car, which is a hassle since roads are very busy. Although located so closely to the action, the environment is very quiet. Breakfast is served in your room, no breakfast room available, and of good quality. Obviously, choice is limited, but it’s a nice combination of yoghurt, cereal, croissant, eggs and coffee / tea and juice. Reception is very friendly and supportive. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. We would highly recommend the Sterling Spa and Inn.

We had a room on the first and second floor. We would recommend staying on the second floor if you have a choice, thus missing out on the foot steps from the higher floor. Overall, it’s a quiet place.

The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The coffee bar in the lobby was a welcome addition. We could also use the pool at their sister hotel, which we appreciated at the end of a long day.

We had a sleeper sofa in our room that they made up for us into a bed, but it was so uncomfortable that we could not use it. You could actually feel the coils from the springs sticking up, even through the foam topper they provided. There was a lack of waste receptacles in the room. The shower was great, but grab bars should be added to the showers for safety. We were charged $18 CA per night for parking. This should be included in the price.

The Sterling Inn & Spa is a hidden Gem very close to the Niagra Falls strip, literally 2 short blocks over. It is spa-like whereas it is aeromatic with its own restaurant AG Cuisine. The food at the restaurant is a la cart style and pricey but Delicious. We received a complimentary upgrade to a King 👑 room with Jacuzzi, I think for my bday 🎈. This room is huge, romantic and pleasing to be in, meaning updated furniture and the bed was ridiculously comfortable.

All new guests are supposed to get 20% off at the restaurant but I had to ask for it. If that is a standard why not take it off the bill before presenting it for payment? Made us feel like something awry is going on.

Superb! Healthy, hot and cold food and great coffee. Much more than expected in quality and quantity. Beautifully presented on large wooden tray. China and good cutlery. Cloth napkins. Delivered and brought into room by friendly staff member exactly at time requested. Really an excellent idea to include such a magnificent start to the day in the cost of the room. The bathroom was stunning. A fireplace was a lovely cosy surprise

Vinyl flooring was a little stark! TV Operation was a bit complicated so I was grateful for the very easy to understand instructions!

Loved this hotel. Was a bit put off by the exterior but inside the hotel is lovely. Big room, large comfy bed, great power shower and we got upgraded to a room with a hot tub! We also loved the free healthy breakfast they bring to your room which we had in bed - yoghurt, granola, fruit, fresh juice, boiled egg and a croissant. Very easy walk to the falls and the main strip of bars and restaurants. Also had a lovely meal at the restaurant - we did the $29 bistro menu and the steak and Mocktail were delicious. Farm to table so everything was really fresh.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, it was our anniversary and we got upgraded to a jacuzzi room, they put tea lights and petals on the bed and decorated the towels into a heart shape and left us a card saying happy anniversary which was lovely. The bed was so comfy and roomy, the black out blinds were perfect for a great night's sleep and the shower was incredible. Breakfast was fantastic and we loved the orange juice, the pastries were nice and we liked the chefs quiche.

Staff were absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean and beautiful!! It was extra nice to get a robe and slippers as well. Breakfast in your room in the morning was absolutely fabulous!! The shower and jacuzzi tub were top notch! Only thing was the mattress was extremely hard and stiff sheets. We just happen to like a softer bed with some sort of topper. Overall wonderful stay!!!

A fabulous Spa to stay at. The staff is welcoming from the moment you step in, and the ambiance is tranquil, but you'll miss out on this if you're solely focused on checking in. Breakfast in bed is a nice set up. An excellent location, away from the main street, but walking distance to main attractions. The room size is great. The steam shower is awesome, really! The fire place is warm feature. Enjoyed the aroma therapy. Looking forward to our next visit.

Needed an Ottoman!

The inn and spa are located close to Clifton Hill but far enough away that it's quite. Rooms are clean, nice breakfast in bed included.

The bedroom area is raised from the living room bathroom area, there is a small step down that you forget about in the middle of night when heading for bathroom. My husband fell and broke 2 toes. (8 wks off work intotal because of it) The step does light up a little as you approach it, so the hotel did it's best to warn.
