This is a very clean place! Great and very helpful staff! Nice breakfast!

I booked through the Booking.com and I thought for a very good price... Until I arrived there and found out that I have to share room with some stranger? I could not believe it ! Apparently in the end of the email with confirmation # was an explanation about that( no I didn't see that ) Why you didn't let people know about that when they are searching? When I booked , I was paying for one room not for one bed with some stranger! After all , I was able to get a room for myself, but price is too high for this kind of room! I was very disappointed!

The hotel is in a nice area, outside of the city center but very close to it and to various transportation means. The breakfast was really nice, having everything we needed, in a modern, bright breakfast buffet room, with polite personnel. The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom too (Deluxe double, with one additional bed for the kid). There was a coffee machine and tea inside the room. The receptionists were friendly and helped us by providing any information we needed, both before we arrive and during our stay.

A refrigerator might have been useful too. The hotel is about 4-5 stops with public transportation to the main attractions in the city center (5-10 min walking distance to tram or train), so someone can count about 15-20 min overall (or 40 min to more distant places like Schonbrunn), but this was not a problem for us and we knew that when we booked the hotel. However, when returning back late at night from a longer distance, this could be a bit challenging. I believe that the main photo of the hotel outside is not representative. The part of the hotel which belongs to this building is only the ground floor which is the breakfast area, while the main building with the rooms is the one right next to it, which is also there in some photos.

Brilliant location just a short walk from Tram stop or a good 30 minute walk to centre. We stayed here for 3 nights and crammed a lot into our trip so didn’t spend much time in the hotel. However it was clean and comfortable, couldn’t ask for anything more. This hotel is perfect for a short trip to see all the sights of Vienna. Viennas public transport is really good there is always trams and busses. We bought a 72 hour public transport pass on the Ivie App and used the City matter app to help us navigate the trams it was easy! Lovely breakfast Lovely staff Great value for money

The beds were comfortable but the pillows were rubbish! So flat and uncomfortable

Breakfast was simply great - wide selection of food, sufficient quantities, same with drinks. Staff was friendly and helpful whenever asked. Own parking (garage) I treat as advantage as well.

Room was not wide enough to go around was not that easy - but for "just" staying overnight good enough.

Staff at reception and at breakfast was outstanding. Professional and kind. Rarely seen somewhere else. We changed 2 rooms...a normal room and the studio with balcony. The room was a little bit tiny, but ok. The studio was great with a very comfortable bathroom. Location is perfect, round the corner is a tram station with good connections. The garage is small but was ok for us. Maybe a little bit difficult for really big SUVs or vans. Breakfast was tasty. We were pleased with our stay and would return again.

Nothing really worth mentioning.

The team at the reception desk, manager included, was the best ever staff we encouter on our many travels. Helpfull, professional and sincerely kind. We were in a studio at the 8th floor which we really liked. Room and bathroom and the whole hotel are very clean, breakfast was OK with helpfull staff. They are there at your disposal but almost unnoticable. The position is good too. There are nearby tram stations, few groceries and restaurants. The garage is small so maybe better to ask in advance, but at a very fair price for Vienna We would choose it again for our stay and we think the staff of this hotel should be a benchmark for others.

The room was amazing, it had all the bare necessities and even an hair dryer in the bathroom! Amazing. The staff was lovely and super efficient & organised. We had up to three lines of trams available to move around the city and reach the center so location was strategic. I appreciated so so much their attention to sustainability

H+ Hotel Vienna has a great location. Brilliant transportation links close at hand. Within east walking distance of trams, buses and trains. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. Everything exceptionally clean. Very quiet at night ensuring a good nights sleep. Breakfast exceptional. Huge choice of things to eat, catering for all tastes. Good quality high speed internet available free of charge. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Vienna. High quality at an affordable price.

Nothing. Great place to stay

the room was big and clean, with a soft bed and big bathroom! the shower was really spacious and also really amazing. towels and a hairdryer were also included. the room was isolated well, we couldn’t hear anything from outside. the staff was more than friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and always saying hello and bye when we left or came back. breakfast was delicious and had a big variety, even gluten free options for my friend.

if i had to name one thing then it would probably be the location. itself, the location was great, in a quiet street. but we had to walk up and down stairs with our heavy suitcases when we arrived and departed, and also to get to public transport. we didn’t mind it so much, but keep it in mind if you’re disabled or anything!
