Everything was ok in the suite, specious and nice, good equipped with a large terrace. We had three metro stations to the center of the city, and a metro station 200m from the hotel which is great. Also the staff in the lobby bar was brilliant and we enjoyed spending time there.

We booked our suite with breakfast and they didn’t register it in their computer system so we had to explain and go to the reception every morning to settle it. We never experienced something like that, and it was really unprofessional, and embarrassing for us.

Such a beautiful hotel, U-bahn near-by, splended lobby and dining room, spacious room, extra big bathroom. Tea/coffee machine. Bar for the evening drink. The whole interior with lots of details is great. Breakfast! Unbelievable choice of everything from Brie cheese to fish, humus and liver spread! Plus a cook who fries vegetables or eggs of your choice. A sparkling wine! The meal lasted for almost an hour!

I think they have a problem with staff. They never answered my questions through Booking.com. On arrival, in the evening, in our friends’ room heating was off. Next day our two rooms (different parts of the corridor) were not cleaned. Beds as we left them, towels not changed. Cleaners skipped the rooms! Only ours? I don’t think so. Never happened anywhere else. For such a good hotel, it shouldn’t have happened. Yes, after the complaint we were given clean towels. But…

The hotel is from the golden hotel era: spacious rooms with classical wooden furniture. Open 24 hours, with friendly staff who are doing their best to help. The art on the walls was some of the best I'd ever seen.

The hotel is understaffed, there are no masseurs while massage is being offered! Some of the staff are so new they don't even know where the hotel name came from, nor have any information about the neighborhood. The bathroom heater stopped working and I couldn't get help because Sunday night.

A very good stay. Friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room, large and comfortable bar area, large breakfast room with good range of food including hot food plus the opportunity to sit outside in the courtyard. The location is good, being only a few hundred yards from Margaretengurtel U- Bahn station with frequent trains into the city centre ( 5-7 minute journey ).

The rooms are large and spacious. Very good wifi and the location was close to the underground and has an underground garage. Breakfast was also very good.

Cleaning was not done. They only made the beds and neither the floor or the bathrooms were cleaned or the bins emptied. They also never changed the water. Despite having informed the housekeeper the next morning, things didn’t change. At checkout I informed the receptionist and I was not too impressed by the feedback which was not empathetic towards the problem but simply brushed off with the phrase: “I will inform the housekeeping…” could have done better.

Rooms are well equipped, there was no bathrobe or slippers but found some in the spa so borrowed a set for the duration of my stay. Beds comfortable, nespresso machine and a kettle, lovely modern bathroom Breakfast room was small, but they had tables set up in the bar area for when it was busy. My friends had a top floor room with a balcony which was amazing

Only criticism is the air con, only a dial on the wall and it does not seem to make the room cooler, plus the windows do not open as many others mentioned

The room was just as advertised and the terrace very nice, although I could only use it once because of the rainy weather. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice although the waffle dough was too fluffy and I could not make a waffle worth eating. Hot water arrived in the shower quickly and the bath was great. The gym was ok, and the sauna and steam room were excellent. The coffee machine in the room worked a dream!

The cupboard only had a hanger rail and no drawers for socks, jocks and t-shirts. In the cupboard was a shelf above head height where the safe is, it is very impractical and I needed to stand on a chair to look into the safe to make sure I had retrieved all my documents. So there should be a set of drawers in the cupboard.

In the morning I had a little issue with the checkout ... On my arrival I paid for my stay , but the next day in the morning the system was down and they didn't see I paid for my stay , despite I had my receipt in my hand after the card transaction stamped and signed by the receptionist on the day of my arrival but the other receptionist didn't want to accept ... I was on hurry to catch my train so I said I can't wait until they will figure it out because I'm in hurry . At the end another staff coped with the situation but it was very frustrating. I can understand that the system was down, but I had the stamped and signed invoice in my hand from the day before. Other than that it was great to stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The rooms are wonderful. Beds were amazing. Shower and bathroom well appointed. We really liked the beauty of the windows as well. Floor to ceiling windows.

The floors could be cleaner in the room. They need better towels. The worst thing is that they advertise that there is air conditioning in the rooms. That is a lie. And I was disappointed that the hotel would lie to its guests. The windows don’t open either, so it was difficult to deal with. It’s a shame such a great hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, but they say they do. It’s not fair to the customer. They need to take it off of the room description. It’s a lie. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IN SUMMER MONTHS. YOU WILL DIE OF HEAT.

The staff is always fantastic. Super comfortable. Great gym/sauna/rooftop. Quite close to public transportation. This is where I always try to stay when in Vienna.

Why are the bathrooms so dark? They do have a mirror for make-up if needed though. Check-in was also kind of a mess, but perhaps that was just the time I had arrived. They fixed up any issues that I had and ended up giving a room upgrade due to overbooking. So I guess this is a positive review as well.
