Breakfast was so good , loved it .

The reception staff, however, was very friendly and informative, suggesting places of interest nearby. Despite requesting a higher floor weeks in advance, we were given rooms on Level 2, though the reason was unclear. The room itself was spacious, with a large bathtub. The location was excellent—close to the tram, nice restaurants, and shopping malls. Unfortunately, since we checked out early the next morning for our flight, we couldn’t make use of the amenities

We arrived at 12 noon after a long flight, but check-in was only allowed at 3 pm. While it was tough waiting, the hotel did store our luggage, which was helpful. Even though we are IHG members, early check-in wasn’t offered.

Breakfast is good ,location is convenient .

There's should have phone charging in rooms. instead of going down to the charging station it's inconvenient for seniors like me.

Staff at the front was wonderful especially Janine. No Spa or Sauna at the pool though. I booked via Booking.com and wanted to add this visit to my IHG membership but I was told I cant. I paid quiet a lot extra for Crown Plaza Gold coast. We always use Crown Plaza for holidays but this time it wasn’t as great.

Booked via booking.com and paid normal price but hd to pay extra for breakfasts for 4 people. I think at the end I was charged for manythings extra maybe- it was adding up but I was running late to get my flight so I paid and left in a hurry. No sauna or spa either. Also breakfast is not as great as other Crown plazas I have visited

Loved the in room/poolside menus, prices and servings. Staff were all amazing. Pool was amazing (heating would be great for colder weather to make it more appealing all your round). Location amazing.

Pool was always out of towels- this was not due to staff as they were constantly topping them up however I noticed several people using several at once, perhaps this was reason. Pool was freezing but such an amazing pool. Evacuation was very scary for children (still trying to recover from it) but was handled well by staff I think. I was bummed out to know there were laundry facilities after I left as this would have really helped my stay had I have known. Also hearing about spa after leaving. Maybe these extra facilities could be advertised on in rooms.

On arriving for check in we where greeted by Kunal. What an asset to your hotel. We had such a bad experience at Sovereign and walked out of Sovereign after 10 mins of the worst experience. To be greeted by the friendliest staff ever at Crowne. All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Service which made such a difference to our stay. The room and breakfast was great and excellent value for money. Kunal thank you again for looking after us and making our experience amazing 👏.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by David at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was smooth and efficient. His friendliness and attention to detail truly set the tone for our stay. Our room on the 24th floor was nothing short of spectacular. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and featured an incredible view that took our breath away every morning. The housekeeping service was top-notch, ensuring the room remained spotless throughout our stay and that all amenities were perfectly replenished. The hotel’s location is also a major highlight – it’s perfectly situated close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions, making it an ideal spot for anyone exploring the Gold Coast. The only minor downside was the breakfast organization. While the variety of food was good, the experience felt slightly chaotic, likely due to the crowd. However, I understand this might have been because of the busy season. It didn’t take away from the overall excellent experience we had. The exceptional service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location of Crowne Plaza make it a standout choice, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Gold Coast. Very spacious room with neat n tidy The staff are very friendly and helpfull specially thanks to manager Kunal for solving my problem and making my holiday very satisfying and happy… All other staff in breakfast area very helpful and kept smiling and look after each guest.. Thanks to Kunal and all staff for such a high standard of customer service…keep up the good work and thanks once again…

Everything perfect except the lift service. Too slow and bit annoying had to wait for few minutes…. Need some more or at least make B2 car park lift accessible to all 4 lifts…
