The location is next to all the "strip clubs" (in quotes because they are basically brothels) which was not pleasant when going out at night as I was approached by several hookers and drug dealers and shady men were common in the area due to what all this attracts. Not the hotels fault and is a shame because the location would be great if not for this but still something to consider.

Very satisfied with everything; it was a great stay I recommend it 💯

First of all, very grateful to the staff for the opportunity of an early check-in. However, the hall is nice, clean and more than comfortable to sit and wait. The room was neat and very cosy, with a good view out of window. Although the bed was a bit narrow. Bathrooms and toilets are a few separate rooms on each floor, also nice and clean, some of them have hairdryer. You can buy yourself a breakfast at reception, which is just wonderful and definitely worthy of its price. The bar is very nice too, highly recommend to order something in the evening. The location of the hotel is one of the best things of the hotel. It’s right in the center of Copenhagen, close to metro, Central train station and literally to everything, many cafés, bars and restaurants are around.

The bed in my room was a bit narrow.

- The location is perfect. It was 5 minutes on foot from the railway station and we could take a walk around the whole Copenhagen sightseeing without public transport - I enjoyed the bathroom, it has been renovated not so far - Easy and fast check-in/check-out - We've been staying for 2 nights, but anyway the room was tidied after 1st day

- There was absence of cups and forks in the kitchen, so we needed to take them on the bar. - Some plates were dirty - The room requires some renovation, it isn't fresh

Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, and the location was great! Right next to central station, but without any of the noise from the trains. Close to all transportation options and walking distance to the city centre landmarks and attractions. The self check-in was easy navigate.

Like any major city, it’s located in the area where there was some questionable activity in the night, so use caution. We found that because of the self check-in there were a number of people taking advantage with families with up to 8 people in a room and younger people in the halls, so there was some issues with noise in the halls.

Shared bathroom was very nice, spacious and spotless with full soap and shampoo dispensers. I actually preferred this to the small private bathrooms which you often find in cheaper hotels. Central location just 2 blocks back from the rear entrance to main station in an area amongst many other large hotels, including much more expensive ones, near the trendy eating/drinking Meat Packing district Room, whilst basic, was a good size

Self store luggage, where you pay online by the hour and are given a door code which you use to access the luggage room, didn't feel the most secure but it's better than nothing.

Even for a business traveler, the place was good. Bed was comfortable. Loved my short stay. Price was very good too.

There was no immediate outlet next to the bed. That made charging the phone hard. Also, parking is not convenient at this location. The hotel has a contract with a nearby garage. But it’s a little ways away. It took a long time between bookings confirmation, and the hotel getting their reservation. Several hours. That was not cool. I’m not sure if this is an issue of the hotel or off bookings.

Two Bar staff on our first night were very rude - we wanted late night cocktails 🍸/ bar was still open - yet two staff in particular gave rude looks/ made strange comments/ rolled eyes / it felt awkward / very disappointing Other staff were all fabulous and kind and helpful ❤️

The location - close to the main train station and metro; The room was pretty big; Enough toiletries; Quiet zone.

Really bad lighting - luckily, the room had 3 windows, so plenty of natural light during the day, but not in the evening; The bathroom was small and the shower was flooding if the water had too much pressure; There was no fridge/ minibar in the room, but there was a large (but full one) in the common kitchen.

Very good location, the main train station is two corners away where you can reach every part of the city. There is an excellent Danish restaurant close by. Several shops, many which are open 24/7 are close by. The meat packing district is very close which is full of bars and restaurants.

Hot water is more like "not that cold". The faucet said "38 degrees" but it certainly felt less. Our only real complain as most people would expect to take a hot shower at the end of the day. We thought it was a one-off thing but during our 4 day stay we never had proper hot water in the showers.
