I loved.... Location Property Rooms Reception All staff My bed, bathroom and had hair dryer, fridge and a microwave.. Also parking lot had lots of parking. Main was the door 🚪 locked 🔒 I felt safe, relaxed and happy 😊 Love the maids Xoxo ty 😊

The property is kinda out of the mainstream so it was great for us

I did not like that I booked it because it was advertised as having breakfast. I even called the location to ask and they told me they had cereal muffins oatmeal donuts and granola bars and juice. No hot food. I was fine with that. I was NIT fine with what they actually had. Literally you had 2 options a poplar or a granola bar. No juice at all. They. Said that it was because they were remodeling. It would have been nice to know this when I called. I would have stayed just down the road at the other Days Inn. They have a hot breakfast.

When the lady in the office was actually in the office she was super sweet she let us check in 30 mins before with out charging us extra! I asked for bottom as to a handicap issue and with a baby and she gave one with no issue!

The front office lady was not always in the office. She would leave her purse in the office… she even told this one woman to send a picture of her identification…. Which isn’t understandable because she still needed her room information. You could tell something was off with the office lady!

we came to pigeon forge hoping to see snow. well it didn't snow. The hotel clerk helped us find some snow which made our trip. she suggested going to ober and try their skiing and snow tubing. we took her advise and we had a blast. When we arrived back to the hotel after a long day out we need more towels and toiletries we were given them right away. our room was clean and very well kept

Location was great. Access to property was great. Within walking distance to food.

Only negative was the property was under construction and the room had been recently renovated and wasn’t cleaned well before we stayed. It was dusty and still had leftovers from the renovation in it. Other than that it was a great room and we all enjoyed it.

We stay at Days inn during all of our trips and they never disappoint. This trip was a spare of the moment trip we were glad we were able to book at a Days Inn on such a short notice. We walked in to check-in and greeted very nicely by staff. They answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and you could tell they were freshly redone

My family and I travel a lot throughout the year. We always like to try new places to stay. We tried this hotel and I must say it was very pleasant. We walk in to a nice desk clerk that was smiling and welcoming. The check-in process was fast and easy which we like because it was a long trip. We got to our room and we were very happy with the room.

need more tv channels

Staff nice was greated when we walked in. Checkin in process was fast and easy. We got our keys and went to the room. Upon entering the room we were wowed. The room smelt good you could tell they just cleaned it. The bathroom was stocked with everything we were going to need. We were suprised the reviews on this place does not do it justice. We were very satisfied

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have any towels but two and a hand towel. I am glad I brought some towels and wash cloths with us. The room didn’t have any toilet tissue so we went and bought some other then that it really wasn’t a bad place.

nice location, beds were comfy and room was rather large size

site on booking says place offers free breakfast, but the place does not. was not able to get free wifi either. some of the lights did not work in our room like the light above the sink vanity. fixtures were broken off walls for holding towels and toilet paper.
