Great location. Has a really nice atmosphere and vibe. Very clean!

Wasn't aware that the pool was adults only after 5 which would have been good to know. Nice place for couples, but we had our niece this visit. Also there are no vending machines, so we know to bring drinks next visit.

Loved that it had a restaurant.

I did not like that it was adult swim only after 5. We were only staying one night and checked in at 4, my daughter was thinking we could go swimming but ended up that we couldn't because it was adult swim only. And I wasn't going to swim without her.

It appeared to be new or recently completely renovated. Renovated properties often leave some old parts behind. I saw nothing that showed any age. The pool area was better than almost any other hotel pool I’ve seen. The room was large and comfortable. This is about the quickest property I’ve experienced in Pigeon Forge outside of Dollywood resorts.

This particular room didn’t have a very nice view. Some kind of container but that may have been leftover from construction. Our particular room had a little bit of a narrow hall inside the door but it also made it feel more private.

I loved the decor and how the rooms were designed. Very cute for the price.

PARKING IS HORRIBLE! That’s the only thing that I didn’t like. The majority of the time we couldn’t even park in the hotel parking lot after we have paid for a room for multiple nights. The parking lot stayed completely full, and I seen multiple people park just to walk across the road to the island. I feel like if you pay to stay somewhere you at least want to be able to park at the hotel where you are staying!

It was clean and I really wanted to hit up the pool but due to timing I simply wasn’t. It would be nice if the pool was open one hour later, until 11pm

The restaurant and complimentary breakfast were all together a bad experience. The staff didn’t seem trained properly or confident in their job at all. Incredibly disorganized and lacking. The person serving the bar counter top actually told a guest they couldn’t purchase alcohol even though it was behind her and 10 in the morning.

The pool was amazing! They had a no kids past 5pm rule which was really nice for those of us travelling child-free. They also had the beautiful air stream trailer bar in the pool area and the staff were excellent. They allowed us an early check-in since they had a room ready when we arrived, even though we didn't ask. They just offered right off the bat! The location is absolutely perfect! Easy walking distance to the Publix and right across the street from The Island. There is also a Flapjacks restaurant right next door that does an excellent breakfast. We will absolutely be going back again next spring! As an addition: The photo of the room was the day we checked out and this was before the cleaning crew had shown up that day. Check out was at 11am, and room service did our room at about 11:30am each day.

The parking situation was tough after 9:30pm. Luckily we didn't have much we were doing that wasn't within easy walking distance, so it wasn't really an issue for us specifically. After about 7pm, we would walk anywhere we wanted to go. However it was a complaint we heard a few times around the pool.

We enjoyed the stay. When we received our card for 1st room, the room was dirty from the day before people stayed in it. Was never cleaned!!!!. Walked back up to check in and was given another room backside upstairs . Never received housekeeping the 3 days we were there . Called on the 3rd day to check on staying another night was. Told more than i paid for any other night, so i chose to leave and get a room somewhere else . The bar tenders both night we came down were very nice and did well . The experience was ok. i will stay again just letting you know the few issues we experienced when we were there so you know will stay again had a good stay and great location to walk to different attractions close to location of motel. Love the comfortable beds, love the hot tub! The outdoor area is so beautiful.

We have stayed here before, last year. The front desk worker this year was not as friendly as last year. We didn’t get drink vouchers so I called the front desk and asked the man if they still gave them and he said yes but if you didn’t get them it’s because you missed the time. Which didn’t make sense because we checked in at the same time last year as we did this year and we got them. So that was a bummer, we were looking forward to that.
