The location was great close to the center several minutes on foot, and even earlier by bus or train. Every facility was very close.

It was all fine, the only issue was the breakfast place was small, and sometimes you had to wait in queue for your turn of breakfast. Also, it was not clearly mentioned or properly highlighted that the hotel does not accept cash which caused additional stress when arriving at the hotel late night, and wishing to pay bu cash as there was no opportunity for card payment.

A lovely, clean, and charming small hotel. As a solo traveler, I found the room to be perfectly sufficient — comfortable and thoughtfully maintained. Daily room service was a nice touch. Although my room faced the road, the sound did not disturb me, and I managed to rest well by using the pillows to create a quiet, cozy space. I have stayed in other hotels in London before, but this one left the best impression. I would gladly return in the future.

Great location to Hype park. We stayed whilst attending BST festival. Room was good, we had booked one with no window but had a window which was great! Facilities within the room great - tea/coffee etc. Shower ran well, wasn’t a dribble like you usually get! Stayed on 4th floor so couldn’t hear the traffic much - absolute bonus! Staff friendly always said hello. Room good size for London, had Room to get around the bed.

Only 1 lift in the premises so can be very busy and waiting a while. The lift was very very small! Just about got 2 of us in with suitcase / bags. Possibly needs updating as noises it was making were questionable :) however, it still worked none the less.

Hotel has a gerat location - just few minutes to Paddington Station. There are also many good restaurants, bars and cafés around. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Clean rooms, clean towels every day, helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Unfortunately it was very cold in the room. There are quite big gaps in windows. You can turn the heating on, but it is still not enough. The staff was superb when I complained about the cold they gave me extra heater right away.

Hotel feels cozy and recently renovated. Location is really nice and Paddington station is very close by. The staff was super kind and they even helped us with a special request the first day. I think it’s an excellent option if you want to visit London but you want to stay in an area that feels a bit more calm and quiet.

Regular rooms are quite small, I think this happens in many hotels in London, but still I think they don’t feel too small if your plan is to visit the city during the day and you just go there in the evenings to rest. We had a very comfortable sleep zZzZ

I've got a newly renovated room which was wonderful with nice bathroom and shower tiles all beautiful, including the toiletries.

The hotel offcourse has very narrow corridors and walls so luckily the lift works well as I wouldn't be able to carry my luggage around easily. Also the breakfast room is small and I would suggest the hotel to implement a booking system where people at least try to schedule a 15min slot the day before to come in for breakfast and that might help to distribute the volume of guests through out. It would already be a way to inform guest on your limitations without loosing them! After all it is a nice little breakfast and overall the whole experience was good but we should not feel bad or rushed because your space is tiny and we didn't know as often pics and descriptions on line are made to be deceived anyways!

Prince William Hotel's great location and cleanliness made us very happy during our trip. Thanks to its proximity to Paddington Station, we could easily reach everywhere. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily. The breakfast was quite satisfying, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived early on the first day, they kindly held our luggage for us and assisted us. There is no doubt that we will go again.

The room was incredibly spacious for an inner-London hotel room. The location was great, just five minutes walk from London Paddington Station with fantastic access to the Elizabeth line. Breakfast was great, allergy options and good continental breakfast in a comfortable dining room. The staff were efficient at replenishing stock through breakfast too.

The bathroom door didn't lock, so you had to keep your foot on it to close it (room 18) and they're made of glass, it is frosted but you can see through still, even as a married couple, it was a little uncomfortable. My husband was not very comfortable using the bathroom. The flush button on the toilet was a little broken too you had to be careful with it so as not to knock it out of its fitting. However, the bathroom was clean and smart.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room (in fact, whole hotel) looked like it had had a recent refurb so was very fresh; bed comfortable. USB charger wall sockets near bed, shower and bathroom great, wifi all good. No air-con but fan was in room. Safe, hair dryer, TV and kettle/tea-making facilities in room. Continental breakfast of good variety (cereal, pastries, toast, preserves, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, self-serve tea and coffee, juice, etc) and fresh. All in all, great value for money

Pillows a little too firm for my preference and no alternatives in the room but that was a minor point!

The hotel location is just a few minutes walk from Paddington & close to Hyde Park / Kensington Gardens. My son & I enjoyed walking down through the park, past the Royal Albert Hall, to the Science Museum in South Kensington. Stylish decor, & friendly reception staff We were able to leave our suitcase at the hotel on our final day.

The breakfast room is small for the hotel capacity & we had to wait for a table on a couple of occasions. The toaster was not working well & it caused a back up. Food ran out swiftly & the staff were constantly having to replenish.
