Little pricey. Area is ok.

Traffic, Cold, No place to park. Have to pay for Valet when u get to hotel. Didn't have that information when I booked. No microwave in hotel room.

The location - you have McDonalds, Hard Rock Cafe, Portillo's, Target and Walgreens across the street. There is also stop 11 in front of the McDonalds for the Big Bus Hop On Hop Off tour. The pool is heated and the outdoor deck area has nice views of Chicago. The pizza is great from the Pizzeria Ora connected to the hotel.

You have to take elevator #2 to the 4th floor to get on Elevator #1 to get to the pool and outdoor deck area. Beds are hard. Parking is expensive $49/night.

Swimming poof and roof deck should be open as listed

Great location close to the river walk, and a short ride away from the united centre. The staff were excellent everytime you spoke with them and theres a nice little cafe/resteranut attached great for breakfast!

Wifi wasn't available in our room, which is minor considering we were out exploring most of the stay .

Good location in Chicago Downtown, walking distance to the airport Blue line, city bus lines, and to Riverwalk plus other attractions. Great and friendly staff at reception and room cleaning. We could check in a bit earlier which was a nice bonus after a very early flight into Chicago. The pool is nice and it has a few longchairs outside to enjoy the sun with a stunning view of the city skyline. The room was very clean and great comfort. The king size bed was amazing. Very happy with the hotel, would stay here again if ever back in Chicago.

The AC unit in the room was quite loud, but acceptable.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating when needed towels, key cards etc! Our view of the city was amazing and the roof top was lovely too! The room was a nice size and comfortable

The halls were a little dark but who am I to judge 😂

Balcony access was prohibited too early at night, couldn’t view the city at night since it closed at 10. If they could close pool access but keep balcony access open that would be great.

Great location, just around the corner of Portillo's & Barnelli's restaurant, and lots of other restaurants. Great view from the rooftop, and very close to Navy Pier and Millenium Park.

I believe that I took a "deluxe suite" (not a standard room but a large room that did NOT have a separated bedroom). It was VERY spacious and a great value for the money and I felt safe despite it not being a posh type of property. Staff perfectly nice. I like to bring my own special touches to the room (flowers, etc.) and the decor was very adaptable to feel at home for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable, TV worked, everything worked, fast wifi, the heating worked well. I was in the back so noise was reduced. A great discreet place to hide away in Chicago and a short walk to everything you'd want. The heated rooftop pool is a nice bonus but not overly steamy. :)

The wear/tear on the hallways and debris around give the impression of a rather unposh hotel but once you're in your room, it's fine.

The staff is great, helped us with everything we needed. The location is also very good, I'm just sorry we didn't have the time to enjoy the pool, we stayed only 2 nights and wanted to enjoy the city. Compared to the prices we saw at other hotels, this is a very good deal They offer luggage storage for the check in day and the check out day

There was a strange smell in the third floor hallway where we went to get ice because we didn't have an ice machine on our floor. And the walls are quite thin, you can hear the other guests showering or when they're talking loud:)
