Location was close to everything -walking distance to major landmarks but not in the city center -which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and warm. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and the extra half bath was an added bonus! We didn’t have a balcony, but we were never in our room anyway since we spent most of our time exploring the city. The rooftop was a great place to relax when we were not out. Even though the website says ‘contemporary’ the hotel decor is not contemporary. It’s exactly what the pictures show- a traditional English decor in warm deep colors. Overall a great hotel and great experience in Rome.

Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice so able to vary it over four days. The bar staff were very attentive and it was nice to come back to the hotel after a busy day for a glass of wine.

The view from the room on floor 6 was not very appealing. It overlooked a tunnel of rooms from the outside dining area up to the roof top. It was quite claustrophobic and we were at the top.

The location is fantastic with easy access to the sightseeing of Rome, but a bit off the bitten track in a quiet street. Many good restaurants nearby. Beautiful rooftop terrace and small gym to excercise in the morning. Decent breakfast and very kind staff.

It could be renovated a little bit, especially the shower.

The staff were always cheerful and ready to help. The breakfast was excellent and hailing a taxi was easy. The location was near to everything.

I was travelling with 7 people and had specified specific 4 rooms with 2 single beds each but when I arrived no such instructions had been received.

Breakfast was nice, the location was good, the room was huge and really clean. The staff were exceptional giving us lots of advice about where to eat and how to get where we wanted to go.

Our room was fairly dark, being an inside room with windows to the internal courtyard. Well appointed though with comfortable beds.

staff was very nice. helpful and kind. great location for people who love to walk Rome. room was a very good size - great for longer stays!

My wife was here for 4 nights with our daughter and her mother. She told me the hotel was perfect and that we would definitely have to go back. From an amazing breakfast to a great location next to the river and great and helpfull staff. All details were great, the best one? That set-up a baby bed for our 2,5 year old and they put a little stuffed animal (bear) in there. This is something I have never seen before! :)

Loved the room, staff very friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and pointed out all of the key locations - and gave us excellent recommendations when we asked. We didn't use the facilities much as we were out exploring so much but it was a good base. Bar prices very reasonable

Not a great view - but we were in the middle of a big city and didn't pay for a view - but that would be the only down side :)

Excellent hotel in everyway. Large spacious rooms very friendly staff and a lovely roof terrace to enjoy a drink or snack. It was sunny winter days for us and the terrace was a great place to enjoy. Location is excellent just 10 minutes walk from all the major sights but not in the busy tourist area.
