Everything was good, the staff was exceptional, we had a little accident, at first one of the ladies was not friendly, then one of the managers came and the issue was happily sorted the hotel apologized, Mr Artur Conceição the Guest Experince Manager He was very kind and I wouldn't have words to describe it, the way he treated us, He is capable dealing with guests, We found in the room champagne, chocolate, and natas when we were checking out. I will definitely return. I almost forgot we also had a free breakfast as complement 😀

The location of the hotel and the whole area around is quite nice. It is a walking distance from central Lisbon where most tourists attractions are and there are some quite nice places for a meal or a drink around the hotel, as well as lots of nice shops if you are in Lisbon for shopping. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the fact you get clean towels and cleaning services in your room every day. The spa facilities and the gym were also very nice and useful to have. There is a restaurant and a rooftop bar that we didn't get to enjoy but seemed good.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Lisbon Altis Grand Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Philippa, Bruno, and Pedro, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness were genuinely appreciated — and we were even surprised with a lovely room upgrade, which made our experience all the more special. The rooms were beautifully clean, luxurious, and extremely comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a day exploring the city. The spa facilities were lovely and relaxing, and although we weren’t able to get an appointment that day, the environment itself added to the overall calm and indulgent atmosphere of the hotel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to many of Lisbon’s key sights, shops, and restaurants. All in all, this was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

What an incredible welcome! The hotel has everything you need - spa, gym, pool, a rooftop terrace, hairdressers, the works! We loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were. They called us a couple of times to check how our stay was, if we needed anything. A five star welcome and service. Room service was also excellent. Ordered a club sandwich one evening and they delivered it hot and the portion was so generous! Absolutely loved our stay and how easily accessible the city centre was to the hotel. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and for making our trip to Lisbon so memorable.

Loved it. The staff, the location, the hotel. Excellent location. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room, gym et al. All well maintained. Definitely will stay here if I ever need. Unfortunately didn't take names of staff but all front office staff, very welcoming. Made us feel "welcomed" not just words. Security, concierge etc. Loved it

The rooftop bar, had a meal but wasn't great. Shrimps were salty and hard, fries were dry. Informed the staff, though nothing was done but didn't matter to me personally.

The staff at The Altis Grand Hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after throughout our whole stay. We arrived very late after a delayed flight and our welcome to the hotel couldn't have been nicer. The location is great, in a quiet spot but with easy access to transport and local restaurants/bars etc. Very comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast options which were regularly replenished. We also loved spending time by the pool and the hot tub, sauna and steam room were all well maintained.

Our bathroom could've done with a deep clean (the shower in particular) and the room was dusty in places. Although the room was tidy and housekeeping did a great job turning our room over each day, we felt for a 5* hotel it needs a bit of a deep clean/revamp. We were told several times 'to be very careful' when walking around the pool area - the floor was extremely slippery even when walking slowly and carefully which made it difficult to move around the area.

I loved the reception staff. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. The S Jorge Bar and the Roof top Garden they were both exceptional.

There was a situation that could have been avoided. My mother and I were waiting our room to be made on 7th floor. We have to witnessed a staff who probably was the maintenance supervisor or something similar treating another staff (subordinate) so poorly and with inappropriate language. It would be wrong due to the language chosen by him, but it was even worse because us (guests) had to see this uncomfortable and unfortunate event. It is definitely not a 5 star behaviour. It was humiliating for the employee (subordinate) and shocking for us to witness this event.

We were very happy with the service we received at Altis. Especially from staff member, Enis Almeida. She was very pleasant and very helpful with giving us information about the nearby beaches and made sure we had everything we needed in our room. We really appreciated her customer service and care.

the tv behind the glass/mirror enclosure made it very hard to watch tv comfortably because of the glare. I know aesthetically it looks lovely, but not a good idea.

you did really well with the blackout (the whole of the country lost electricity for 8 hours). The grace and calm of the staff was amazing. Our family loved the swimming pool. The kids were given sweets and popcorn when we arrived. I love that - Gabriel (8!). Loved the restaurant at the 12th floor. The pool is really beautiful and love the Jacuzzi once it is warm. The chief doorman (in the tails) is ultra charming, kind and handsome!
