The amenities were exceptionally clean and modern. The entire staff were very welcoming and friendly, beyond pleasant. Always attentive, engaging and greeted you with a smile and an offer for assistance. Their attention to detail and kindness was top notch. The breakfast offered each morning was of exceptional quality, taste, and presentation. The bedding and pillows were luxurious and offered the most restful and cozy sleeping experience. The location of the hotel was central to most desired locations of interest and all forms of transportation was minutes away-extremely convenient.

Not one dislike I could denote. With utmost honesty, the best experience from arrival to departure I have experienced to date.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We loved being given something cool to drink on arrival and appreciated the pastéis pastry which greeted us in our room. The bedroom was regularly cleaned and water and chocolates a daily feature. We benefited from the local knowledge and advice of the staff as we planned our outings. All our questions were greeted with a smile and an answer. The location of the hotel and the history associated with it was what drew us there initially and we weren’t disappointed. We would recommend the hotel highly.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The property and our stay was absolutely wonderful we can’t wait to go back to Lisbon. This was our first time in Lisbon and the staff was extremely nice and helpful with recommendations of things to do, places to eat, reservations, car services etc. The location is so convenient to practically everything even the tours we booked either met right outside the lobby doors or across the street in the square. On our trip next summer we plan to stay here again for 2025. Thank you to everyone we interacted with, you really made our stay in Convent Square an excellent place to be while there.

The location was excellent. As I was travelling alone, I felt very safe. The staff were amazing, very helpful & just lovely

The hotel is located in the centre of the city,close to metro station,restaurants,bars and shops . Room was very spacious,especially the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were available to suit each person (high and low)

Outside of the hotel were many creepy people. The room window was looking into other hotel windows

The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to the train and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The rooms were clean and turndown service was wonderful. I usually utilize my own disposable sheets, but I didn’t this time. The linen was clean and soft. Literally everything was perfect. The grand twin room was perfect for 2 adults and a teen. Even the rollout bed was comfortable. You could possibly utilize a grand twin for 3 adults depending on the size of the parties and luggage. Three large suitcases and one carryon did not cause an issue for space, so long as the luggage isn’t left open in the middle of the floor. Also, the hotel arranged private transport to and from the hotel and our driver on arrival was Bruno. He was amazing and patient and even gifted us a snack on our first day and provided so many recommendations. The cost for a van for 5 people was only 55 euros one way. One more thing, bring a credit card for incidentals, as it is stingingly preferred over a debit card.

No dislikes. It was perfect.

Literally NO storage in one of the two rooms we booked. There was a very short cupboard with a hanging rail which was unusuable as the glasses and mugs for the mini bar and coffee was on the bottom of the short cupboard leaving literally 20 cm for hanging space. I have never come across a hotel room with out any storage ever before and for this to be a 4 star property I was astounded. In the second room there was a small cupboard for hanging and two tiny drawers. We were staying for 3 nights and there was not enough space. So I only gave you 9/10 for this problem. Thank goodness it was my teenage boys in the room without any storage as I would have refused to stay in the room if it was me. Teenage boys just reverted to type and left their stuff on the floor!!!!

We did not have breakfast included.There are quite alot of cafes close to the hotel to have breakfast in.Its a better and cheaper option to have breakfast outside the hotel.The location is sterling and best place to stay to walk around and discover different parts of Lisbon.

The room was not cleaned very efficiently.I had to keep asking for the quality of cleanliness to be improved since it was 3 of us staying in one room.We had to keep asking for basic things like glasses,tea bags ,sugar satches etc.

Hotel architecture and fabulous restoration with lovely design touches blending through gave the hotel a lovely ambience First class service and food with staff who go beyond 100% to make your trip memorable, comfortable rooms with top class bedding and robes plus super cleanliness everywhere meant this stay was very calming. Location couldn't be more perfect, a stones throw from all forms of transport needed.

It only has a tiny plunge pool but with sauna and modern ingym.

I had a great experience during my stay at Convent Square Hotel. Although I encountered an issue with one of the rooms due to some morning disturbance from nearby construction work, the hotel staff was incredibly responsive. Mr. Joao, the General Manager, personally met with me, apologized for the inconvenience, and swiftly moved me to a better room closer to the other rooms I had booked. This level of service really exceeded my expectations! I truly appreciate their efforts to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend Convent Square for their outstanding customer care.
