Room was well appointed, comfy bed was super nice. Hotel was clean and well run

Room was smaller than advertised on booking (34 sqm, was definitely much smaller). Location was not ideal, as it is a good 15/20mn walk from where shops and restaurants start to be of interest. It is also on the plane path to the airport.

Welcoming, clean, great breakfast, room included all necessary amenities. Also, thank you so much for helping me out when I realised I couldn’t pay taxi by card and had no currency!

Concierge gave information about the main area of Lisbon (by waterfront) but, he should have given other useful information, such as the best way to travel, other landmarks to visit, etc. We didn’t like the omelette ordered for breakfast at all, sorry!

Amazing staff

The hotel boasts an exceptional staff, always eager to assist. They efficiently organized various reservations for me. The majority of them were fluent in English, with a few proficient in Spanish, ensuring seamless communication with the entire team. While the breakfast was satisfactory, there is room for improvement. The bed and room, however, provided a comfortable stay. We booked two rooms for our stay

If you're seeking accommodation close to Avenida da Liberdade, this could be a viable option. However, it's worth noting that it is somewhat distant from the historic area of Lisbon, where many tourist attractions are concentrated

I chose this hotel because it was directly across from a park where I could walk my dog and it was also near a tour bus stop. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great.

I had highs and lows with the staff. Most were very welcoming and accommodating while a few were very brusque. Usually when I travel with my pet, which is all the time, the staff have a bed with bowls and a treat for him, but that didn't happen this time. I was actually concerned that they forgot I had my dog with me. The location was further from the center than I anticipated but I still managed to get around.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transportation. The hotel seems to have gone through some renovation recently so it is rather modern. Rooms are also quiet comfortable and quiet. The hotel restaurant is great along the service.

While the restaurant provides a good service and food, the breakfast room leaves little to be desired. The hot items were low in quality (baked beans with more sauce than beans, sausages seems to be half cooked), and service was lacking (seem we were ignored each time when we want to get some hot beverage, even when the staff are not busy). Gym is well equipped but could use some updating considering the price and service of the hotel brand represents.

We had a function to attend but I was concerned as I was unsure whether the hotel can accommodate the needs of a physically disabled guest who is wheelchair bound. I decided to take the plunge with a wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom with an open shower is large and convenient for people with physical disabilities. The services, that left an impression were the concierge, breakfast and room services. They were awesome. The room amenities met our needs; the charging station is conveniently located on the table top where we were able to enjoy the tea and coffee services and charge our phones at the same time. The concierge team was very helpful; going out of their way to assist. The breakfast spread was good; the breakfast team was prompt and helpful. At the breakfast area, there is an open elevator for the disabled. This is very convenient. This is a hotel that considers the needs of its physically challenged guests. Kudos!

Nothing to hold the door open to move the wheelchair seamlessly. Kudos to the staff who came up with a door wedge that was big enough to do it's job. We like the bed and bed linens except for the pillows which are too large to sleep on but very huggable. :) The bottled water was a boon as the tap water has an off-putting chlorine taste.

The location was great - close to the main attractions. The hotel staff, breakfast and room was amazing as it was quite spacious.

Despite a DND sign early morning, the staff would knock and come in - this was a bit inconvenient.

The room was very comfortable, clean and good size. Had everything we needed in the bathroom and good shower. The desk was very useful as had to work on laptop. Helpful staff and valet parking.

The breakfast was a little disappointing as some items such as the eggs were not hot. On the third morning I ordered the eggs Benedict but that was served warm not hot and also the tea was not hot. However the service was good. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill so walking was a little difficult but we used Uber to return.

Checked in at 3am. I was famished and was able to order a meal, steak precisely. I was soo happy. Most hotels don't have much to offer at that time. The breakfast spreadddddd was to die for!!! Anything and everything you could possibly want!!! Loved my stay
