Location location. So clean, tidy, gives you a 5 star vibe! The staff is extremely friendly ready to help at any point. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and to keep you informed if you have questions. Gym is small but works well. Clean and new. Sauna is a plus and the indoor dipping pool is nice. I have to say the location is wonderful! The beds, so comfortable and clean. Gorgeous pillows. We stayed in the cozy room it had a full closet, safe, fridge mini bar Nespresso machine hot kettle.. just wonderful. They had a turn down service every night with chocolates by the bed. A welcome and goodbye plate of pastelle de natal as well. It was wonderful in every way. Oh and the windows are so well insulated you can hear any outside noise

I didn’t like that I was asked for a deposit of 200 euros when the standard is 50 euros and the fact that I was told to pay extra for a room with a shower. I hope you will mention this when the client is making the reservation so that it knows what he books. Also I was told that the rooms with shower are renovated while the rest are not.

The check-in was easy and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room service meals were awesome and the breakfast the next day was fantastic. We had a great view of Lisbon with a room on the 17th floor. The location close to the airport was ideal and made catching our early flight a breeze.

The room decor was a bit dated and the style was very 80's. We wanted to enjoy a glass of wine and we had some with us but I did not have a corkscrew. When I called the front desk to request one they told me that they could not send one up for some unknown reason. They instead said that they would send someone up to open the bottle for us. When the person arrived they said that they could only open the cork of the bottle halfway, and then I could pull the cork out myself?? I have never heard of this restriction at any other Hotel and they could not give me a proper reason why. Very strange.

The rooms were very clean and bright. The balconies were nice as were the bathrooms. The breakfast was top-notch! The outdoor facilities, such as the patio and pool were lovely. And the location was great.

Parking was a little difficult and expensive. But the main problem is that our bill was totally messed up and we still have not been able to unravel all the wrong charges.

The hotel is lovely with a spacious room and very comfortable beds. The staff were very obliging, helpful and polite. The bar and restaurant food was very good.

However, we completely forgot how much road noise there is in Lisbon from the motorways, we found the road noise throughout the night almost unbearable and difficult to obtain any full sleep before continuing our journey, as such we were very tired when leaving the hotel in the morning.

The Room was attended to every day and a fairly good job was done. However I felt that some pleasant smelling detergent in the bathroom will be a good idea. I have mixed feelings for breakfast as the same fruits were available everyday. Cooked breakfast was mediocre

The staff is great and very helpful. The rooms are nice and in general the facilities are well kept up inside and outside. Location is not bad if you are using pubic transportation around Lisbon. I would and have recommended this Hotel to others.

When we were staying there, the hotel was hosting a fairly large convention for a High-Tech company and for me, service was a little lacking for the regular paying customers. I do realize that hotels can make a lot of revenue from hosting conventions and probably more money than just taking care of the regular customers,

I appreciated the impeccable cleanliness, the comfort of the room, and the pleasant swimming pool.

The location was not particularly convenient, and the price is far too high for what it offers overall. I would consider it an average accommodation rather than a premium one.

The staff was super friendly. The house keeping was very good. Breakfast was fantastic. Also the location was great and within walking distance of great restaurants and play areas and shops. Easy access with the elevators and broad hallways made it easy with a baby stroller. The hotel also provided a camp cot which was fantastic.

We made our booking on the same day as check in and the hotel took very long to connect with bookings.com and so we had to wait for 4 hours in the lobby even though we had a booking confirmation. This was quite challenging with a baby. Only when we started breastfeeding in the lobby did the hotel quickly assist us. Besides that, our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed and can recommend.

The restaurant was closed for maintenance/renovations, I was downstairs looking around and saw a restaurant there and I asked 2 of the porters from out the front if the restaurant we were standing in front of was open for dinner and they said yes and it opened at 7pm. Turns out this was the restaurant closed for the renovations. I felt they should know what is going on in their hotel.
