This is a top-rate property, our room can only be described as plush. The size and quality of furnishings exceeded expectations, seems we had been given an upgrade to a one bedroom stadium view suite. The property is only a ten minute walk to the Metro. The bar/restaurant terrace is a lovely place to sit, and the staff were very welcoming. Parking and an on-site laundry were added bonuses.

The rooms were not soundproof and we could hear noises from at least two rooms around us.

We had a fantastic experience at Upon Lisbon Prime Residences. The room was modern, spacious, and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and the large windows provided plenty of natural light with a stunning view of the city and the stadium. The rooftop pool was a real highlight perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It’s beautifully maintained and offers panoramic views over Lisbon, making for a great spot to unwind with a drink. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or directions. The location is convenient with good transport links and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We’ll definitely return (as we have for the 3rd time ) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

While the apartment was overall very comfortable, we noticed that some of the room furnishings especially the bathroom door was in a poor state due to the water leaking from the shower also the floating shelve a the the entrance could pose a hazard for young children, especially toddlers. My daughter bumped her head there and busted her lip due to the edges and made us a bit concerned for safety. Families with small children may want to take extra precautions or check in advance whether childproofing options are available.

Managed to secure the hotel for a great price, I had a young baby with me so required the suite with a kitchen which was well equipped to prepare and store food. The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs. Partner said the gym is tiny only some machines however couple minutes walk away there is a proper gym to use. We had the view of the benfica stadium which was nice and very close in walking distant alongside the huge shopping centre. It is slightly further out from the city centre but the train/metro system is easy to use couple stops away. We used uber in most places as the prices were very good. Theres a supermarket across the street which is useful.

Wasn't too sure as I didn't ask but there was no iron or hairdryer in the room which usually is in hotel.

This is by far one of the most accommodating hotels for families I’ve ever been to. Travelling with little ones can be challenging but Upon made it easy. We had an extra bed provided for our 5 year old, colouring pencils and paper, utensils and plates for little ones too. For our 5 month old baby we were given a high chair, cot, bath tub AND shower gel & body lotion especially for children. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you may need, location is perfect with a supermarket across the street! Parking is affordable compared to other hotels around. The pool has an amazing view to the Benfica stadium and both my kids enjoyed it very much. I can’t praise this residence enough! Extremely impressed with all the details put in for children. Will definitely stay here again.

The attendance and care we got from staff at this place is TOP TOP! The room was fantastic, stylish and comfortable, great living room, kitchen equipped with everything you might need, and more. Appreciated the bottled water and coffee/tea options. The welcome and farewell mini gifts were a great addition. We had dinner at the restaurant, it was cozy, great service, nice food. The pool area is great, fantastic sunset view. Parking was easy and worth the money. The staff made our stay perfect, appreciate everyone's kindness and attention.

Some elements of the property need attention/fixes, as a result of day to day use - bathroom/some doors have obvious signs of use and could be better but this didn't impact our stay, still had a fantastic time.

The staf at the reception was very kind and helping. The same holds for the staff at the restaurant.

The door of our bathroom didn’t close properly, which is weird for a very nice hotel. It didn’t disturb me though. When making the reservations, I got the impression that it was in the center of Lisbon, but that’s not really the case in my opinion. It’s a 20 minute drive to the center. Just to inform people.

Close to everything via a short & cheap Bolt ride (European version of Uber/Lyft). Modern facility and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Initially we received a room that smelled heavily of cigarettes (which irritates my seasonal allergies), but the staff was nice enough to upgrade my room to one with a balcony the next afternoon while we completed some local activities (tile making/cooking, etc.). I love Portugal but it’s highly unlikely I’ll return due to the hills. At least I didn’t gain weight on my vacation.

Hotel is very nice. On the pool on the roof is a great way to refresh on a hot day. The bar at the pool sels very good coctails, the service is exceptional. The pool is not too deep so stay with children is much more comfirtable. The restaurant at the hotel has tasty burgers, overall great stay.

Some more options in childrens menu in the hotel restaurant would be great (like mac&cheese or similar) other than that everything is great.

We had a lovely and relaxed stay at Upon Lisbon Prime Residences. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the rooftop pool was a standout feature. With its sliding doors, it was perfect for both daytime use and cooler evenings, offering a great place to unwind. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of the location was the nearby shopping mall. It was a huge store with plenty of options, and there was also a small supermarket next door, which was incredibly convenient for picking up any essentials. Additionally, the hotel is just a stone’s throw from the football stadium. If you’re staying to catch a game, the location is absolutely perfect for this.

As it’s an aparthotel, the initial supply of tea bags and coffee was quite limited, which meant we had to go out and purchase more ourselves—a small inconvenience that could have been avoided with a bit more generosity. On our first night, we experienced some disturbance from loud neighbors. While the staff were attentive and did their best to address the issue, the noise persisted for several hours, which was disappointing. The location was slightly further out from the city center than we expected, but we enjoyed a nice walk on one day and used taxis on others, which worked well. Overall, it’s a great hotel for a relaxed stay, especially if you enjoy amenities like the rooftop pool, shopping, or football. With a few minor improvements, it could be even better.

I loved the cleanliness and comfort of the room, as well as having independence with the accomodation being an aparthotel, the view from the rooms is spectacular and is an Ideal location for supermarket, restaurants and public transport ideal if you are traveling as a family, the pool was also great before it closed for maintenance

The food in the restaurant was of a good standard and tasty although it would have been nice to have had more choice and variety of meals, The quality of soundproofing within the rooms is not great as we could hear people in the room below and next door talking, The pool was lovely but it was unfortunate that they closed it to guests during the day for maintenance as we were under the impression that the pool was closing from night time on Monday 21st October and not early Morning, this would have allowed guests to have had a swim before closure
