The hotel was absolutely beautiful. A ten minute walk from the ancient city , ideally located in a quiet area , secure off road parking . The room was comfortable and stylish and the outdoor terrace was amazing - large with hot tub . The reception staff met us as we got out of the car and showed us to the room . After explaining the features of the room , including the electronic blinds , she brought us a lovely welcome drink to have with the fruit , biscuits and chocolates that were waiting in the room . The little details and touches are what makes this hotel feel truly 5 star . Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice and again the staff were very attentive and friendly . Breakfast could be taken in the restaurant or in your room . We tried both . We ate at the 2 Star Michelin restaurant on one evening , which was a fantastic experience . The food and service were amazing and it was nice to meet Chef . A massive plus for us was this hotel is dog friendly and they welcomed our little dog .

Absolutely incredible stay at Hotel Le Parc possibly the best place we’ve ever stayed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was a junior suite with plenty of room and a large sitting area as well as an am balcony which we ate breakfast on every morning. The breakfast was plentiful and you order your own the evening before. Sheep yogurt with fruit was very tasty in fact everything about this hotel is first class. Definitely a place for special occasions as it’s not cheap however, it is worth every penny.

We loved everything about this place. Beautiful interior design, the little complimentary pastries, huge and delicious breakfast served in the room for no extra charge and, of course, the hot tub. Staff were friendly and really helpful. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked beautiful. A bit off the beaten track so away from the hustle and bustle of the historic centre but within walking distance of it - best of both worlds for us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect.

The jacuzzi on the terrace was a real plus to have in the cold winter after all that walking in town. It's long enough for a couple to stretch their legs completely. We received clementines and cannelé in our room upon arrival too. At first we thought that breakfast was a bit expensive, but it turns out that it really was very copious (we didn't realise you could choose not to check several boxes, so we checked them all...). So just be careful of this if you order in-room breakfast and don't want to waste food! The bread basket is massive!

There's nothing around the hotel so be prepared to drive to a restaurant if you're not eating at the hotel one.

Warm, welcoming and helpful staff upon arrival, tasty culinary welcome gifts (a Madeleine and drinks), large and beautifully decorated room, high class ambience.

The view from the room basically was down to a driveway/parking place and into a bush. The location was relatively far away from the Cité (ca. 25-30 minutes walk to reach the city limits). Keep in mind that the hotel's restaurant is not open on certain days (and don't opt for the alternative "Brasserie de 4 temps" - not recommended). The staff upon exit was somewhat more reserved than the one we encountered upon arrival.

We stayed here as a well located base for our trip to Carcassonne. 7 min walk up to castle area.Dinner at the restaurant (2 star Michelin) is a once in a lifetime memorable experience (the tasting menu). A joy & a thrill. Everything from food, service, room, every detail to perfection. Bedroom was large, stylish & comfortable, terrace, nespresso machine, welcome drink, fruit & small bites. Bikes available free of charge to explore Carcassonne. Gardens, great breakfast, top class staff.

Great location for the old city.

Little wardrobe space, the air conditioner wasn’t very effective and so the room was very warm, would have liked a bar - there was nowhere in the hotel to get drinks or snacks other than the mini bar. The breakfast was amazing but, you had to order what you wanted the day prior. This lead to over ordering and food waste.

Our room was comfortable, stylish and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located with a manageable (if steep!) walk up to the old city.

Breakfast was good but I didn't like the fact that you had to fill out a form every evening saying what you want for breakfast the following day. My only other small gripe is that I didn't think the pillows were very comfortable.

this is a restaurant (2 Michelin stars) with rooms so as such no usual hotel facilities (bar / lounge etc) We were aware of this but other visitors may not be - no restaurants in the immediate area. cute is 10 minutes walk (up hill) / or the town 25 minutes away The brasserie in town owned by the same group (Brasserie a 4 temps) was excellent

Hotel at the restaurant. The restaurant is primary - haute cuisine, an excellent option for dinner. The wine list is excellent. The hotel itself is very small - 6 rooms. Colourful, link to restaurant shown everywhere, 1970 Michelin Guides, chef awards. perfect for a one night stop while passing by. The only thing - do not forget to order breakfast in the evening, otherwise it will be extremely scarce.
