A Truly Exceptional Stay – One in a Million! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and of the highest standard. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly and professional staff who took care of my bags and car effortlessly. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The room was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, stylishly designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was carefully thought out, making my stay both relaxing and luxurious. The level of service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. This hotel is truly one in a million, setting the bar high in every aspect. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay!

Everything was perfect!

I loved the view from the bf room, the room was lovely and the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel was great. Staff was friendly and had the right level of banter

When we needed a GP, the reception wasn't very helpful or showed any sign of concern for the person's wellbeing. A small thing regarding the staff in the brasserie, lovely people. But there are some small things that were missed and with a bit of mentoring can it be fixed. I shared a twin room, the space between the beds was nothing. When I turned towards the middle of the bed I would be face to face with the person in the other bed

The facilities and location

There was no availability at the spa .I think for a 5*hotel I should’ve been fore warned….There was no apology from the spa staff .We stayed two nights , the first night we ate at the brassiere as we had intended eating at the Italian restaurant the following night but it just closed with no warning…we were told we didn’t have to book…it seems that it just closed because it was a Monday night and sometimes that happens….appears unreliable.We booked a standard room and I found it strange that you couldn’t open the wardrobe fully as the door banged against the locker . Overall I really loved the hotel but some aspects in need of an improvement

The room was comfortable and the pool, sauna area is excellent. Well laid out gym that caters for all needs. Dinner was nice with efficient and friendly service. The setting is as good as it gets. Good breakfast options and the dining room provides an amazing view of the lakes and mountains.

No real instruction or welcome at check in. The bar area is small and the library seating isnt comfortable to sit in for any length of time.

Everything, the most incredible place we’ve ever stayed. Stunning views Staff were all excellent especially Matthew who made a special effort as it was our honeymoon, everyone was so friendly So many food options and the food was fab and lots of drinks and cocktail options Spa was gorgeous Every part of the hotel was spotless

Fantastic spa facilities. Some of the staff were excellent , full of humour snd friendly . The car park attendant and restaurant staff were good.

A minority of staff were inexperienced and unfriendly . We had a long wait for our room and no apology or drink offered and the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful.

The Europe is the Best Hotel in all of Ireland. It is like no other. The pool, the sauna, the spa, golf. You could go on and on. The view from the restaurant is spectacular.

There is no A/C so the room can feel closed in. Later I saw a fan in the closet that would of helped.

The breakfast was excellent good choice of food on the menu and self service was also excellent .The staff were very friendly and helpful.The location of hotel was lovely .Lovely scenery and walks .

I couldnt fault anything in the hotel .My husband and I were very happy with our stay.

Stunning room. As we would just gotten married we were upgraded & greeted with a chilled bottle of champagne! Staff were wonderful & the spa was divine. The weather was the icing on the cake!

Amazing views, staff were excellent, pool area was lovely and the decor was stunning. Breakfast also excellent.

Check in at three but our room still wasn’t ready for another half an hour.
