Great location, close to earls court tube station which made it easy to get around the city

No fridge, poor ventilation in bathroom, a lot smaller than we thought it would be.

A perfect stay! I stayed here for 6 days and it was a perfect selection of accommodation. The location is perfect, a few minutes from a main tube station that has 3 different lines and there's a bus station nearby. Roamed around the full city from here. The superior double room is spacious compared to other rooms in London which are very small. The rooms are clean and tidy. It's a basic room which is a perfect value for money if you're here to explore the city. The receptionist, Said, was very professional and very welcoming and hospitable! Made us feel so welcomed. All in all, we loved it here.

All was good, nothing major. Maybe if the hotel can add some basic items such as tissue boxes, complementary bottles of water in the room, hand towels instead of the big ones. Also, the soap/shampoo isn't good at all, maybe change the type.

We have been to London a few times, but we are really glad we chose to stay at Heeton this time. We love that our room was spotless clean, great shower,  strategic location (near Earl Court's Underground Station), lots of restaurants nearby, and most importantly, a functioning air conditioning and TV.

Hotel was nice although there was an issue when checking in and I was surprised to hear the receptionist ask why we had booked a family room as we were travelling as a couple, surely it doesn't matter so long as we have paid for a family room?? Room was tidy and clean and very modern, although in place looked a little tired, marks on the walls etc. Can't comment on the food as never ate and as for location was fine for where I was based if you are want somewhere local to Hussle and bustle, this probably wouldn't be you location but 5 -10 mins walk you are in Hyde park or at tube.

THE LOCATION ❤️ especially if you wanna explore the Kensington gems and some parts of Westminster. The diverse staff (especially the girls from Coruña, Spain, Iran, etc) were ALL truly awesome and extremely professional and helpful. 24 hrs reception service The hotel lobby and common area were pretty modernly done and nice 👍 comfortable. Kudos for the free citrus 🍋🍊 water - I absolutely love that :-) The bed in the double room was very comfortable; while tiny I loved the modern bathroom and the 🚿 shower pressure. Everything was very clean. Kudos for the cool policy to offer a free drink if one opts out of the room service for the next day (as solo I hardly needed that - and you can get extra towels if you need them) I liked the street view and it was pretty quiet. The Wifi was excellent 👌 Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return especially for the price I paid.

The room was pretty tiny but if you're not spending a lot of time there, it should work well. It didn't matter to me. There was a strong bleach smell in the room but it didn't bother me that much especially once the room would get heated somehow it smelled less. There was a super tiny hanger but no closet space. But, I'm a minimalist :-) thus, I didn't mind.

The hotel is very well positioned, in a pleasant street next to Earl's Court tube station. The staff is kind and friendly. The beds are comfortable, with two types of pillows provided. The room clean and with no smell at all. The bathroom features a spacious shower and a small window. When we were there (August 2025), it offered a 3GBP breakfast of coffee and croissant, which wasn't mentioned in the description. Anyway, a great full English breakfast and much more is just a few minutes walk away: Dolci earl's court (176 Earls Ct Rd). It is not included in the list of places with discount, but it is absolutely brilliant and quite cheap. If you want a peaceful and satisfying breakfast, that's the place for you!

The room is small, with just the space to move about, but if you travel without bulky luggage it's fine. The bunk bed is in the entrance hallway, not very comfortable. Still, it is fine!

The location was great, 2 mins to the metro station of Picadilly and District lines, also, bus no 74 was convenient to go to the shopping areas. Quite a lot of good places to eat Chineese, Vietnamese and Korean food. Very good Vietnamese restaurant right in front of the hotel, at the basement floor. The rooms werw small but clean. They were cleaned every day, towels changed, tea, coffee refilled. Easy check-in and check-out process. The wifi was very vood. A pleasant stay for a full week.

The room was cold, but there was additional heeting device provided, so all good. The windows didn't open, so no ventilation. The room floor had some decline 😊 so there was a feeling of going downhill, or up. But this adds some fun. The decline was not major, the cups did not fall from the table.

Above and beyond what we expected. So close to the tube station, a lot closer then what we expected. On arrival we were welcomed by a member of staff with ice cream and a bottle of water each. Check in was easy. Was shown to our room, air con was on and an additional fan in the room too. Could not fault the room, the size was so much bigger then we expected. The getting ready area/ dressing area was perfect for 2 girls getting ready for a concert/ drinks out. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again. Yes, it is a little bit further out of London but transport links were easy to access and the food and drink options in the area were great, we were able to explore an area we never have before when visiting London.

The hotel is in a very good location with many bars and shops, as well as close to Earl's Court tube station with good connection to many different places around London. Room was clean and had all we needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. They also offer several discounts for the restaurants near the hotel. We would like to highlight kindness of the staff, manager Ana Bella, Faima, Ashik, Shanmila and Joy who were really supportive and friendly, especially Ana Bella who helped us sorting out a private issue we had with an event ticket seller. She tried her best to help us solve the problem. We will choose this hotel next time we return to London. Sašo and Miha

We are a family of five and we stayed at the hotel for four days. We are overall satisfied with our stay, nice, clean, and modern hotel. We were a bit disappointed with the room for not being bright enough and having a frosted glass window and no view. We stayed in a triple room with three bunk beds, and we could really use a couple of chairs and maybe a desk or a table. Great location, very close to underground station and bus stops, cafés and supermarkets.
