The hotel is in a good location for walking to the many sites that Florence has to offer and despite its central location, was remarkably free from external noise (traffic and so on). The room was a good size with good facilities but be forewarned, the bathroom and toilet have part-frosted glass doors so make sure you share with someone you know! :-). The breakfast was very good with a wide selection but the eggs and bacon are not what you might expect in the traditional full-English version. We did not eat in the restaurant other than a lunchtime snack (which was very nice) while waiting for our bus so cannot comment on the full dinner experience. The hotel is themed but I have no idea what the theme is… it is very random! “Quirky” doesn’t really do it justice; it’s weird! We enjoyed our three night stay but it is quite expensive in my opinion.

The hotel is very poorly lit. This is deliberate no doubt, to support the ambience, but I prefer to see where I’m walking! The light switches in our room were unfathomable! The switches rotate so you can’t tell if they are in an on/off position and they all (at least four in number) seem to control all the lights. To get the bathroom light to turn on without all the others, took us about 20 minutes one evening and after it was turned off, we couldn’t get it back on. Perhaps I’m getting old! And the bedside lights are so faint as to be useless!

The overall decor and vibe of the hotel was really great. Rooms were nice sized and had good amenities. Location was mins away from piazza Santa maria novella and the Duomo

I thought the service was a little bit rigid and not very hospitable. We asked for late check out by an hour and they said flat out no for either of our 2 rooms. We also bought some sandwiches and were eating them in a totally empty courtyard adjacent to their restaurant also empty and a staff member told us we couldn’t eat our sandwiches in the courtyard.

Ground floor is gorgeous with a beautiful atrium. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Staff was very nice. Beds were SUPER comfortable with nice down pillows and blankets.

The decor with the Heaven/Hell theme is very off-putting and hideous. Our bathroom ended up being an accessible bathroom but the lighting was so dim and the shower literally sprayed water all over the toilet and toilet paper. There was no shelving to put your showerables. The bathroom was so dysfunctional.

We had the “hell room” ( red room). Had asked for a heaven or white room but none was available. Overall the property is funky and fun. Room is large and the bed was comfortable. Break was is good and has good options. The hotel is located well within Florence and close to major atracciones and activities.

I had a bad experience at the restaurant. Had booked a dinner for 8 pm. We arrived about 15 early and the person at the entrance told me to sit by the bar and wait. My wife and I were completely forgotten. When I walked back up to the same person, he did my recognize me and I had to repeat the whole thing again. The whole experience was frustrating. At that point my dinner started 10 minutes late. While he kept sitting people ahead of me.

The 25 hours is well located with walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do and see. Near by are great local restaurants and cool shops. The most important thing for me was its wide open private and well secluded parking. The museums are likewise so near as well as the market area. Only a few blocks away is the Strozzi Museum area which is where the elegant shops are located. We had breakfast in the cool Alimentari coffee bar of the hotel which was an open planned space in a private plaza area.

Like most 25 hours hotels, the room is unique. But ours was fire red with sign that said Welcome to Hello. And the open bathroom style with no privacy of a door and facing the inner courtyard roof was a bit disconcerting. Also the bathroom windows had large gallery style windows but there was no way to block off the sunlight from the bed while one was sleeping. So this also was a bit bothersome.

it was a very pleasant day. I really enjoyed the service and personnel as well as the facilities and the ambience of the hotel. It was a real pleasure to stay there. I had a small incident with the TV and they provided me immediately with a discount without me asking them. I appreciate this very much. The whole tire is a very very pleasant ambience. Inside with air-conditioning and very green space and the very very pleasant bar where you can sit outside or inside with delicious coffee croissants, sandwiches, etc.

everything was great! It's not in the very very old town but convenient to reach by Trump from the airport with a small walk off maybe 200 m.

We loved the 25 Hours Hotel in Florence. It was a great location - half way between the train station and Piazza Della Repubblica. Coming into the hotel was cool - the decor was unique and cute. The room (we had the Heaven room) was large with a huge shower and separate toilet area (I was also able to do yoga on the rug next to the bed). The sink was also massive and had a huge mirror so both of us could get ready at the same time. The exercise room was a bonus. We had a room with a balcony which was sweet. We sat out in the main terrace and worked one afternoon. It was lovely.

A couple of very minor things: I couldn't do yoga in the exercise room because I couldn't figure out how to turn down the thumping music. The distance from the room to the front door was a long walk so if you forgot anything, you were going to be late for your tour - just fyi - don't forget anything! :) Oh and as someone else mentioned, I never could get the drip coffee to work without the filter breaking.

The hotel is beautifully designed and you feel really immersed in the place. The Companion bar staff were great, as were the reception staff and cleaning staff. The room (a hell room with a balcony) was great and super quiet. The sauna was a lovely addition and the gym was good - although it needed yoga mats.

The dinner menu was quite limited. Plus there was no bar menu which made having a quick bite to eat difficult. Some of the restaurant staff were quite difficult to get the attention of. Plus I feel like every time we tried to sit in the communal area we were asked to move because of bookings (no signs were out) and staff photos being taken. It wasn’t a big deal but it made it harder to relax so we went elsewhere.

Wow!!! What a lovely hotel. 5 minute's walk from the centre. Lovely booking experience, so friendly and helpful. The bedroom was amazing, apart from the comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, lovely towels the actual decoration was amazing!! Loved it. All the little touches were there including a Bluetooth speaker. We had breakfast every day and it was expansive. A bit of everything for everyone. The whole downstairs area is so well decorated and buzzy. Really truly loved this hotel, not that you'd guess from this review! If you are going to Florence please book here.

Rooms were very comfortable (you need to like the style as not everyone would like red as dominant colour, but that is exactly why we chose that room , for its atypical character ;-)).The breakfast was delicious, buffet style, with a variety of options from yoghurt, to fruit, pastries, eggs. The atmosphere is really nice, all parts of hotel are nicely decorated . Lunch at the cafe was delicious as well. Staff is efficient and nice. And parking is available on the premises (closed area). The hotel was recommended by friends and we will definitely come back if we travel to Florence again.
