The people were amazing (staff), location is perfect for someone wanting to be in the midst of it all and the hotel is frankly lovely. I even went to the roof terrace which is pure perfection and despite not having a booking the staff did everything to get me a perfect spot in time for sunset.

I was initially in a single occupier room which had a lovely bathroom but the bedroom was a bit like a hostel and there was an issue with a light or something that made a lot of sound. The staff was amazing as sorting it out and changing my room thankfully, but just feedback for the next time :) also I was sad the spa was closed so when I booked my massage I was sent to one of the rooms for the treatment which again was fantastic but would’ve been good to enjoy the facilities fully :)

One of the best locations to stay. We had a room with a perfect view on Ponte Viecchio and Arno River. It’s a 15 minute walk to a train station (Firenze SNM) and 5 minutes walk to any landmark or boutique. Couldn’t be more convenient

I booked property with a thought of using the spa and sauna. Unfortunately during our stay it was under construction and this amenities were completely unavailable which my husband and I were looking forward too. It wasn’t listed anywhere on the website that this is happening when I was booking a room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a surprising design hotel in the heart of Florence. Part of the Ferragamo Lungarno group and just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, this hotel is a true haven for fashionistas. My room was an intimate and cozy snug, with a spacious bathroom. However, it might be a bit tight for two people. I was fortunate to be on the alley side and slept soundly throughout my four-night stay. The white room and relax lounge on the first floor were another one of those hidden treasures. Perfect tranquil havens in hectic Florence for a short break. From check-in to turndown service and departure, the staff made me feel like a VIP. They were the true stars of the hotel – professional, personable, and incredibly friendly. When my wallet was unfortunately pickpocketed, they went above and beyond to offer assistance. While the hotel's rooftop was closed for the winter, the rooftop at its sister hotel across the way was a hidden gem with amazing views. I'm already looking forward to returning soon. As a hotel guest, you'll also receive a 10% discount at the Ferragamo museum shop – a wonderful added perk.

This is a gem in the heart of Florence.

Odd layout of all common areas - breakfast in the sister hotel across the street. No coffee machine in room. €850 per night is very expensive for a small room - paid less in Venice during the Biennale last spring for a bigger room in a hotel of similar standing. This would all be fine, but freshly squeezed orange juice costs extra?!?

Great location

For 350€ per night the breakfast was accross the street in another building and the food was very basic. Coffee was horrible. If you book, do not include the breakfast you can find other cafés and restaurants for better value. The bridge view was not worth it because it was on low floor so you were directly on the street with no privacy. When getting changed or taking a shower we had to close the blinds everytime.

Absolutely fantastic staff: helpful, thoughtful, friendly, gave local tips, remembered details about me and my stay, they were attentive providing items I needed right away when I asked for them (iron and board, bucket of ice). Room itself was gorgeous, stylish and the best was incredibly comfortable. Location was also great and I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to see. Even their rooftop bar was lovely: a bit crowded and, of course, spendy, but tasty drinks and bites they were better than some of the restaurants I had visited earlier. Overall, one of the better hotels I’ve visited in my travels.

This is minor relative to all the other great things about the hotel: I purchased free breakfast and its presentation was great, but selection was ordinary. I went one day, then opted to find local brunches and breakfasts instead.

Spectacular service, very attentive, polite, helpful, responsive and accommodating. Brilliant location, comfortable rooms, beautiful decor.

The breakfast spread was pretty mediocre, and add ons like eggs and porridge had to be paid for. The hotel didn’t have much by way of facilities. The spa was closed for refurbishment, and the rooftop bar was also closed. There was no other cafe or bar within the hotel.

We love the rooms that are in the old tower, the rooftop bar, and the location of the hotel. Not our first time here, keep coming back. Love the Ferragamo amenities.

Breakfast is served in another hotel across the street. Can imagine that in poor weather this could be a nuisance.

Breakfast was in sister hotel a few steps over the road. Pleasant staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From front desk to the cleaning service Beds and pillows and linens excellent. Could not be in a better place and even though we were on the Ponte Vecchio the rooms are quiet. I will be back!!

The Front Desk staff/ manager and bellman were the best I have experienced in Europe. They were not only friendly and helpful to a fault but they genuinely were sincere in trying to help guests feel right at home. I will go back in a heart beat.

The views could have been better for my room but really no fault to pick at. Wonderful hotel
