Loved the pool and spa. Was very enjoyable. Also enjoyed our location of where we were in comparison to town. Just well enough to be away from the city but close by. Staff were very helpful to accommodate us with more towels or supplies for the hotel when needed.

There were issues with the TV satellite where we were unable to watch Sky due to technical issues. Continued throughout the night so we gave up watching TV. Would suggest finding another solution for the laundry and coin use. Were told we couldn't get coins out from reception due to hotel policy. But staff were so obliging they allowed this. If this is the case, I would suggest looking at a coupon or card system for the laundry so that you don't use cash/coins on site. Just a suggestion.

Bed was very comfortable, bedding & pillows nice. Room was clean.

Car park was terrible. Absolutely no spaces. Also I wasn’t made aware that the gates were locked at night got locked out one night alone with another guest who happened to get dropped off in an Uber well I was figuring out how to get it. After an hour I managed to wake up my sister inlaw who had a room there also and she rang staff and got a code. None of us including my family who had rooms, nor the lady I met at the gate were made aware of the code. We checked booking info, confirmation emails nothing then realised the code was written at the bottom of a tiny piece of paper with the wifi on it. Which I didn’t look over because I use data not wifi. Possibly make people aware on check in as I wasn’t nor was my family whom had seperate rooms. Thanks

The staff at reception were amazing we manage an Muriwhenua Kōtiro U15s rugby league team and we're back late every night and the staff were always helpful in making sure we were able to park when every park was taken up. Going the extra mile made our trip much easier considering we traveled from Kaitaia to be apart of the Maori's Tournament.

Maybe have instructions by shower to explain how to use it. And maybe a bit of an upgrade on the shower head but other than that it everything was amazing.

Location is great! Pool and spa is warm. Secure feeling. The public lounging area is great. Lots of relaxing areas to sit in. Staff and room keepers are lovely

I didn’t like that you had to enter only through the reception when our room was all the way down the halls and parking was down there also, so have to walk back to reception for entrance because the other doors are locked.. Also didn’t like being woken up at 8am for maintenance check after a big night travelling. Gym machines need replacing/maintenance but other than that was a great time in Rotorua.

We really enjoy the outdoor spa pools, and the rooms are great too, this time we appreciated the two nice chairs in the room for relaxing. For us, our time in Rotorua is not just about going out and about, but also being able to relax in our room and the facilities provided.

We bring our mountain bikes with us, and although a room was provided for their storage, it was in the board room and possibly not as secure as something designated for this purpose.

Loved the spas and pool,the staff were very friendly and welcoming.The beds were absolutely comfortable as soon as our heads hit the pillow we were out

The door of our room looked as though someone had tried to get out so it was really hard and loud to open and close.There was no lock on the balcony door which worried me as my child could have woken up before me and gone outside.Felt weird filling up the jug in the bathroom

The convenience of town being up the road and having a spa and pool especially after our netball games. Buffet breakfast was really good too. The beds are soft and sooo comfy.

How outdated the rooms are our team and I have been away for 3 years but the rooms are still the same and the shower pressure isn't very good the bathrooms are tiny. Clean facilities just not spacious.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was a buffet and nice. Our room was a good size and was cleaned while we were out which we appreciated as well.

The bathroom needed an extra scrub as there was mold between some of the tiles. However, it wasnt really bad just some missed spots that i noticed while in the batj.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable.

Air con was noisy. Rooms not entirely soundproof. Had a rude family in the room next to us let their young children run up and down the corridor and banging on our door at 11pm at night, not once but twice even after we went out.

Copthorne is always clean and tidy, accommodating for families, staff is 100% AMAZING, thank you for reception manager (older semi bald male) you were fantastic many blessing to you..

Walking through the reception everytime, the door closest to the carpark is unavailable, I understand the security risks I just preferred not to walk the long way
