Loved the pool and spa. Was very enjoyable. Also enjoyed our location of where we were in comparison to town. Just well enough to be away from the city but close by. Staff were very helpful to accommodate us with more towels or supplies for the hotel when needed.

There were issues with the TV satellite where we were unable to watch Sky due to technical issues. Continued throughout the night so we gave up watching TV. Would suggest finding another solution for the laundry and coin use. Were told we couldn't get coins out from reception due to hotel policy. But staff were so obliging they allowed this. If this is the case, I would suggest looking at a coupon or card system for the laundry so that you don't use cash/coins on site. Just a suggestion.

Great staff, comfortable room and beds. Great location. On-site facilities

The entrance is unwelcoming. When first arriving by car, there are several signs warning about being towed near the entrance where you would expect to stop temporarily to check in. There was no obvious place we should park to check in. The property feels dated when walking to our room. Although the room, reception, and restaurant are nice, the building would benefit from some modernisation to the outside and circulation areas.

Bed was very comfortable, bedding & pillows nice. Room was clean.

Car park was terrible. Absolutely no spaces. Also I wasn’t made aware that the gates were locked at night got locked out one night alone with another guest who happened to get dropped off in an Uber well I was figuring out how to get it. After an hour I managed to wake up my sister inlaw who had a room there also and she rang staff and got a code. None of us including my family who had rooms, nor the lady I met at the gate were made aware of the code. We checked booking info, confirmation emails nothing then realised the code was written at the bottom of a tiny piece of paper with the wifi on it. Which I didn’t look over because I use data not wifi. Possibly make people aware on check in as I wasn’t nor was my family whom had seperate rooms. Thanks

The staff at reception were amazing we manage an Muriwhenua Kōtiro U15s rugby league team and we're back late every night and the staff were always helpful in making sure we were able to park when every park was taken up. Going the extra mile made our trip much easier considering we traveled from Kaitaia to be apart of the Maori's Tournament.

Maybe have instructions by shower to explain how to use it. And maybe a bit of an upgrade on the shower head but other than that it everything was amazing.

Location is great! Pool and spa is warm. Secure feeling. The public lounging area is great. Lots of relaxing areas to sit in. Staff and room keepers are lovely

I didn’t like that you had to enter only through the reception when our room was all the way down the halls and parking was down there also, so have to walk back to reception for entrance because the other doors are locked.. Also didn’t like being woken up at 8am for maintenance check after a big night travelling. Gym machines need replacing/maintenance but other than that was a great time in Rotorua.

Easy check in, lovely staff, clean, tidy, no hassles, liked there were security gates. Beds were warm and comfy. Will defs be bak. Still yet to try the pool. Looked gud, was always full with other guests soo must b gud 😊

The shower head needs some love lol, water sprayed everywea, pressure is not that good. No hot chocolate in room. Plates n cuttlery be good aswel. Wasnt a deal breaker just be nice to have in rooms.

The property was quiet. The refurbished room was perfect. Nice colour scheme and furnishings, clean and cosy. The bed and pillows! Omg so comfy, had the best sleep.

The only thing that needs attention is the water pressure of the shower. The rate of water out of the spout was promising but when I switched it over to the shower 🥲 And another suggestion would be to have one spa a few degrees hotter. Current setting is warm .

Super comfortable beds. The room was very clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff both mornings were incredibly kind and welcoming and happy to help us. The bar was relaxing and affordable. The pools were warm and inviting.

There were no robes which would have been helpful as our rooms were not near the pool area and there are no changing facilities.

It was warm inside the property the weather was wet and cold when we stayed Staff were lovely Spa was nice and relaxing and the bed was perfect to sleep in,comfortable and spacious

The doors,you couldn’t get in from the outside into the corridor to get to your room you had to walk in from reception to the room which was abit of a walk,however that was no issue at all

We really enjoy the outdoor spa pools, and the rooms are great too, this time we appreciated the two nice chairs in the room for relaxing. For us, our time in Rotorua is not just about going out and about, but also being able to relax in our room and the facilities provided.

We bring our mountain bikes with us, and although a room was provided for their storage, it was in the board room and possibly not as secure as something designated for this purpose.
