Great location. The room was very spacious - better than what we expected. Had a massive bath tub, king bed, views and a washer/dryer. We knew the cross river rail project would have some extra noise, as per the warning the hotel provided, but it did seem to go on all through the night rather than stopping at the time they advised. We were hoping to secure parking for some of our stay and again, were warned that it wasn’t guaranteed only to be told later that the particular room we were in definitely had a car park assigned to it. They also shut off 3/4 lifts around peak check out time which made it difficult to access rooms if you forgot something. I was told someone had been waiting over 10mins for a lift.

Excellent location in Mary St right in the heart of the CBD. Reception was helpful and placed us on the 35th floor to minimise noise from nearby construction. Apartment was clean and well setup. Great views from the balcony. Would def stay again if needed to be in CBD.

Not the hotels fault- a lot of construction going on in Brisbane CBD and Southbank with new underground stations going in. This was happening right next door BUT couldn't hear it even at night as they put us up on high level. Staff were very helpful. NO WIFI though- had to sign up with an Accor program which I didnt want to do. Aircon was a bit hard to operate and you couldnt vary the temp- it was extreme heatwave in Brisbane but luckily the locked aircon was ok.

Very spacious apartment. Clean. Great location close to Botanical Gardens, Sunday market and cafes. Good size balcony. Expected a one bedroom apartment however room had an additional smaller bedroom. This wasn’t required but good to know it exists. Definitely stay at Mantra on Mary again.

Batteries missing from the tv and another remote. Washing detergent missing. Minor issues. Didn’t bother to let staff know but certain this could’ve been fixed easily.

The locating and the cleanness of the room.

One of the reception staff extremely helpful and accomodating the other on I dealt with when I can back to check in was less than helpful and when I asked how long the room would be I recieved the comment. It’s just not ready yet. This was 1:45pm in the afternoon.

Arrived early before hotel check-in time. I was assisted with my luggage until a room was available and received a call to check-in. The location is central, no stress. Night Owl is right opposite the property for a hot cup of cappuccino

1 Bedroom apartment was good. Exactly what I needed. Only request that the cooking utensils to be replaced but otherwise I was able to clean a pot and used it to do my cooking. The bathroom is good but can be unsafe if the tenant is not careful. If slippery it will be really unsafe.

The room was very clean and everything seemed very well maintained. Bed and couch were lovely and comfortable and there was a great amount of machines and services within the room.

Gym was a little shabby so a small improvement there would probably be an unnecessary but welcome change. Also some floors smelt a little funny in the hallway but hey, what can you do?

Great staff, very helpful. Great location in centre of Brisbane. Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen with gas cooking

Air conditioning broken in first apartment, so we needed to shift rooms. We requested a quiet apartment but there was major construction going on next door which started up at midnight on our 4th night. After a bad night we needed to change rooms again to a quieter apartment on the other side of the building

For a city apartment, it had lots of wonderful natural light, friendly staff, very clean in reception, elevators and the apartment itself. The bed was so comfortable, slept so well..

In the foyer of our apartment, you had a little of the garbage shute smell.

I had breakfast outside of the hotel...very convenient as there are food outlets just a walking distance

If there was a wheely bin someplace in the hotel vicinity so I could trash out...I had to leave back the rubbish in the room for house keeping to take care off and wasn't feeling good about it...

Staff excellent anything was attended to straight away

Step-in shower over very deep bath(dangerous) people over 70 should be informed Very HIGH setting on outside furniture (very awkward) Dining room chairs very heavy to move Should upgrade pots & pans No fire instructions on back of door!!
