Comfy king size bed. Nice ocean view. Lovely room set up. Excellent location near the main strip of shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again. Spa pool was great to sit in at night.

Balcony set up was a little depressing and run down. Sounds small, but it's nice to sit somewhere at least a little nice to look at the sea. Tea in the room wasn't well stocked with each type and drinking glasses in the room were mismatched (1x wine glass and 1x water glass).

even on the 31st floor the noise from cavill avenue was so so so loud even with the doors and blinds shut, it sounded like we were in the street with them

We were given a room with an exceptional view, room (3107 Executive Spa King room with Ocean view), for our week long stay. if you're looking for views, this is the room you want. Bed is comfy, mini bar/fridge stocked daily free of charge. Only downside was we don't drink alcohol and asked for sugar free coke instead for the mini fridge, but they had none, no biggie really. The spa bath was lovely..very deep, and oh so nice. Michael our Concierge was amazing, friendly, bubbly and made us feel so welcome. And if you like cocktails the attached Cafe does really nice ones! The elevators were really quick up to the 31st floor too.. no waiting at all except after brekky which is understandable..but still only a few minutes ☺️

Nothing really...our mini fridge died and flooded the floor on our arrival home from Seaworld, and they came and replaced it immediately.. everything else was top notch.

The Novotel staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Thank you, you are appreciated. The room was clean and the bed was comfy but the bathroom was a little outdated. Apart from that, it was pleasant and cosy. Being centrally located meant we were close to everything. We enjoyed the late night markets, dinner and gelato. We had no problem finding the car park which is located next to Novotel for $25/night. I also recommend you go on a whale watching cruise while you are there. It's a great way to spend an afternoon out with your family. We had an amazing time. I would go back again but for short stays only since you have to pay extra for a microwave. There were no plates or cutlery either which didn't bother us at all.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was excellent. Reception, staff and service managers were fantastic and extremely friendly and helpful.

Only bad thing was the room cleaning service was terrible and awful. Room balcony had cigarette buds still. Conditioner was empty or broken and I had to leave a message for it, and they fix it. Some towels had marks, pillows had yellow stains, some had wine spilled and worst of all was the blood stain that was covered with two pillows which we didn’t notice until our 5th night🥺 and one of kids would have slept on it and sniffing the blood stains for 4 nights🤮 The blood stains were revolting 🤢 and had nightmares after that. The head of the cleaning manager was extremely nice and she was not happy with her own staff.

Great location so close to the beach The staff could not have been more helpful The food and drinks I had there were fantastic quality and value for money The land spa below was so handy and I got a discount for staying here at the Novotel When I wanted to stay an extra night in the same room or add additional car parking or order food, they made everything so easy for me and got back to me very quickly

The only thing I did not like was external and that was the loud music and screaming coming from I think the bungee bullet outside my window till midnight Friday night However everything inside the hotel and the staff were of exceptional quality Perhaps the council can modify their sound limits so it doesn’t negatively impact all the surrounding people

I didn't realise I'd booked a room where it could accommodate 4 people at least. There were 2 single beds when I entered the room, thinking it wasn't the right room! However, as I ventured to the right side, I saw my queen-sized bed and was delighted! Love the house slippers (upon request). The location is great as I could walk to the famous beach and had a walk before heading to the airport!

I was disappointed that there was no bottled water as I checked in late (close to midnight) and didn't have the chance of getting one. While I understand the support against single plastic, please give us an option.

Was on floor 32 and 31 with mountain view and loved it perfect view of the main street and surrounding city also got to watch the victims of the slingshot across the road and all the lights from neighboring buildings old building an old bathroom set up but will definitely returnstaff were amazing very helpful

Showers definitely need an upgrade we had a leak in our a/c unit but staff were on it straight away and had us moved to another room would of been handy if hot chocolate was available lifts were abit creeky and worn out but still worked better then 30 flights of stairs

Location was amazing, so close to everything. Room was big enough for our needs and the fridge was super useful for chilling our water and food items. Parking was convenient and having the supermarket just downstairs was very helpful. All staff we interacted with were so friendly and helpful and all the kids christmas activities were very kind and cute to see being offered.

Bathroom was outdated and could use an update but it suited our needs so not an issue.

Shower head needs to be hand held and updated No water bottles provided Biscuits with tea should be provided Screen door on sliding door needed Extra Blankets should be provided in cupboard Buffet breakfast good enough but hot food often too cold eg hash browns and scrambled eggs-needs more vegetarian and/or halal options and timing should be extended to 11 or 12 Airport shuttle would be beneficial even if extra charges
