Great rate, the staff were friendly and helpful, and their breakfast they have available for the guests have several options to choose from. The rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy. My teenage Daughter really enjoyed getting In the indoor pool. We will definitely stay here again.

I have no complaints!

First time at a Best Western, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Key components when traveling, especially with kids. Whole family enjoyed our stay. We stayed one night as it was a spur of the moment trip. But we all said we wanted to book this hotel and room again.

Only 2 things I can come up with I didn't like was we only had one bottle of shampoo and one bottle of conditioner for our family of four. But I am certain we could have asked for more if needed and it would have been given. The parking wasn't too great. Almost all parking spots were taken, parking lot was absolutely packed and full. Found a space all the way at the front by the road and we were all the way at the far back corner. Not enough parking to be able to park close to your own room.

The room was very roomy and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

We stayed in the King suite above the office. It would have been cool to have the private balcony in the front so we could see the mountains instead of the shops. Also when it rained the windows leaked and there was a lot of water inside the room upon our return. Weird having 2 doors in the room that cannot be locked on the inside , not sure where they went but made us wonder if someone could come in the room while we were out.

The location is amazing!! The indoor pool is decorated beautifully for Christmas and the rooms are very clean!

They really need more parking

The location was great. The room size was bigger than expected The bed was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pools and hot tubs the breakfast had a good variety the only complaints I have is the parking (there were no parking spots after 9 when we got back from downtown) and breakfast room space, it was very tight I spilled my drink and almost my food because there was too many people with no walking space) but overall I loved the stay would recommend and will be back!

Parking and breakfast area space

The place was quieter than expected. Usually, people and kids are running around all hours and making noise. On this trip, that did not happen. The place was cleaner than most. There was a good free breakfast. The shower had good water pressure. The location was good and easy to get in and out, however in the evening when we returned, we were lucky to get a parking spot near our room. We watched people having to drop items and people off and go park away from their room and then walk.

The housekeeping was a little bothersome to clean your room unless you put the do not disturb magnet outside your door. We were close to leaving for the day and housekeeping knocked 3 times in 15 minutes to clear our trash. We placed the magnet outside the door for about 10 minutes so they would leave us alone until we walked out.

The room was easy access to the elevator and stairs. Pool view with table and chairs out on the balcony that served many rooms. Drink machines and ice machines were available. The indoor pool was clean and easily accessible. The outdoor pool was the same. Lots of parking spaces to accommodate all the rooms. The free breakfast served 7am to 10am was warm, and I had many choices. The staff is very kind and friendly and has you checked in and out quickly. Restraunts are plenty on the Parkway. Easy-to-use in and out driveway off the Parkway to the hotel. The rates are very reasonable booking early or booking open rooms the same day. The cleanliness of the rooms, pool area, and dining area is well taken care of. I'll be staying here myself and with family when visiting Pigeon Forge.

Most everything was a good experience. The pool was very clean and nice.

The beds were like a brick would be the only thing I did not like about the facility. The person checking us in, well lets just be kind and say he did not have the Tennessee charm that we are a customer too. It is not a good thing that this non welcoming attitude is the very first thing that you come in contact with. It sets the tone in a downer kind of way. If you can assure us that we will have a better greeting next time we would consider coming back. I would say that having someone that greets you with a smile and is accomodating and has a can do attitude would benefit this location immensely. Remember, it is the first point of contact that your valued customer will have an impression that is made.

The location is great, comfy beds, friendly staff! Great breakfast! We stayed here for the jeep invasion and this is our 2nd time staying at this location and we have been very happy both times with our stay! The inside pool, outside pool and hot tub are all great! Also the room sizes are great this time we chose a bottom floor with 2 beds and we had lots of space!!!

We couldn't stay longer love pigeon forge!!!

Staff was awesome our ac went out in our room I went down and let front desk know within a few minutes maintenance was at our room didn’t waste anytime trying to fix it said he wanted to just change it out was entirely to hot to go without so from time of going to front desk to the new ac unit being in and finished wasn’t even 45 minutes they maintenance guy was super friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Location was great pools where clean room where clean and location was great reasonably priced especially we went down on 4th of July weekend for a long weekend. We will definitely be back
